目的:CTA对于评估颅内动脉狭窄程度和颅内支架随访是一种无创性检查.我们通过分析一组病例来评估CTA关于颅内血管支架成形术前后的动脉狭窄程度及支架随访的可行性.方法:颅内放置支架前后的8例患者接受CTA检查,一共有9个动脉狭窄并有临床症状.用CTA与传统血管造影对观察血管狭窄程度和植入支架的大小进行比较.结果:对于支架植入前的血管狭窄程度,CTA与传统血管造影比较,相差约为-15%～12%.对于支架植入术后, CTA能准确评估支架的的位置、膨胀及通畅情况.传统血管造影术测量支架植入后的平均残余狭窄为33% (13%～48%);在5例患者中,CTA能准确反映平均残余狭窄,其误差为±15%.在4例患者中,CTA对残余狭窄往往高估或者低估,其范围为-20%～26%,而且通过对照,发现CTA能准确观察支架内增生情况.结论:CTA对颅内狭窄放置支架前后的观测和随访是一很有前途的检查方法.CTA能准确观察颅内支架及其管径情况,特别是在椎基底动脉处.但是,CTA对于颈内动脉的残余狭窄、再发狭窄和血管壁钙化斑往往不能准确评估,对于可疑病人必须进行动脉DSA.总之,CTA对于颅内支架早期随访是可行的.CTA是一种避免创伤性血管造影的方法,并且不妨碍进一步诊断和治疗.

Detection of γ-ray emissions from a class of active galactic nuclei （viz blazars）, has been one of the important findings from the Compton Gamma-ray Observatory （CGrO）. However, their γ-ray luminosity function has not been well determined. Few attempts have been made in earlier works, where bl Lacs and Flat Spectrum radio Quasars （FSrQs） have been considered as a single source class. In this paper, we investigated the evolution and γ-ray luminosity function of FSrQs and bl Lacs separately. Our investigation indicates no evolution for bl Lacs, however FSrQs show significant evolution. Pure luminosity evolution is assumed for FSrQs and exponential and power law evolution models are examined. Due to the small number of sources, the low luminosity end index of the luminosity function for FSrQs is constrained with an upper limit. bl Lac luminosity function shows no signature of break. As a consistency check, the model source distributions derived from these luminosity functions show no significant departure from the observed source distributions.

In the preparation process of crosslinked polyvinyl chloride(c-PVC)foam by isocyanate,the formulated mixture is generally required to be carried out under the condition of isolated water,so as to avoid the mixing difficulties caused by the reaction between the introduced water and *** this paper,NaHCO_(3) was added to the mixture to indirectly introduce water into the system,and the effects of NaHCO_(3) on the cell structure and curing time of c-PVC foam were *** results showed that NaHCO_(3) not only played a role of foaming agent,but also was a good nucleating agent for *** the same time,the introduction of NaHCO_(3) held back the exudation of modified diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate(MDI)on the cell *** effects of NaHCO_(3) on the cell structure and aggregation structure of c-PVC foam were studied by thermogravimetric analysis,infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron *** results showed that decomposition of NaHCO_(3) occurred during the molding stage,which made small amount of MDI react with water to form polyurea,improved the compatibility of MDI with PVC and inhibited the exudation of MDI.

The rational design of efficient heterogeneous catalysts for Friedel-Crafts acylation reactions is highly desirable for meeting the need for the industrial production of various aromatic ketone compounds and biomass-derived ***,we reported that graphitic carbon wrapped FeCo bimetallic nanoparticles confined in nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes,which were prepared by pyrolysis of FeCo-based Prussian blue analogue and melamine via a two-stage programmed heating procedure,exhibited excellent catalytic activity and recyclability for the acylation of aromatic compounds with acyl *** oxidized bimetallic species embedded in the external graphitic carbon shell should be the main active sites for the acylation *** graphitic carbon shell and the carbon nanotube could provide effective protection on the active metal species against leaching through multiple interactions,leading to the formation of a highly active and durable heterogeneous catalyst for the acylation reaction.

Background:Forests perform various important ecosystem functions that contribute to ecosystem *** many parts of the world,forest management has shifted from a focus on timber production to multi-purpose forestry,combining timber production with the supply of other forest ecosystem ***,it is unclear which forest types provide which ecosystem services and to what extent forests primarily managed for timber already supply multiple ecosystem *** on a comprehensive dataset collected across 150 forest plots in three regions differing in management intensity and species composition,we develop models to predict the potential supply of 13 ecosystem *** use those models to assess the level of multifunctionality of managed forests at the national level using national forest inventory ***:Looking at the potential supply of ecosystem services,we found trade-offs(*** both bark beetle control or dung decomposition and both productivity or soil carbon stocks)as well as synergies(*** temperature regulation,carbon storage and culturally interesting plants)across the 53 most dominant forest types in *** single forest type provided all ecosystem services *** ecosystem services showed comparable levels across forest types(*** or richness of saprotrophs),while others varied strongly,depending on forest structural attributes(*** availability or cover of edible plants)or tree species composition(*** nitrification activity).Variability in potential supply of ecosystem services was only to a lesser extent driven by environmental ***,the geographic variation in ecosystem function supply across Germany was closely linked with the distribution of main tree ***:Our results show that forest multifunctionality is limited to subsets of ecosystem *** importance of tree species composition highlights that a lack of multifunctionality at the stand lev

Contribution of the winter salinity barrier layer to summer ocean-atmosphere variability in the Bay of Bengal

It is found that the winter(December-February)barrier layer(bl)in the Bay of Bengal(BoB)acts as a dynamical thermostat,modulating the subsequent summer BoB sea surface temperature(SST)variability and potentially affecting the Indian summer monsoon(ISM)onset and associated rainfall *** the years when the prior winter bl is anomalously thick,anomalous sea surface cooling caused by intensified latent heat flux loss appears in the BoB starting in October and persists into the following year by positive cloud-SST *** January-March,the vertical entrainment of warmer subsurface water induced by the anomalously thick bl acts to damp excessive cooling of the sea surface caused by atmospheric forcing and favors the development of deep atmospheric convection over the *** March-May,the thinner mixed layer linked to the anomalously thick bl allows more shortwave radiation to penetrate below the mixed *** tends to maintain existing cold SST anomalies,advancing the onset of ISM and enhancing June ISM precipitation through an increase in the land-sea tropospheric thermal *** also find that most of the coupled model intercomparison project phase 5(CMIP5)models fail to reproduce the observed relationship between June ISM rainfall and the prior winter bl *** may be attributable to their difficulties in realistically simulating the winter bl in the BoB and ISM *** present results indicate that it is important to realistically capture the winter bl of the BoB in climate models for improving the simulation and prediction of ISM.
