This paper addresses the problem of spherical parameterization,i.e.,mapping a given polygonal surface of genus-zero onto a unit *** exist some methods to deal with the problem in *** the paper,we construct an improved algorithm for parameterization of genus-zero meshes and aim to obtain high-quality surfaces fitting with *** parameterization consists of minimizing discrete harmonic energy subject to spherical constraints and solving the constrained optimization by the Lagrange-Newton *** also present several examples which show that parametric surfaces of PHT-splines can be constructed adaptively and efficiently to fit given meshes associated with our parameterization results.

＜正＞In this paper,we examine some basic properties of colored Hopf algebras,in particular,pay our attention to the colored（twisted） Ringel-Hall algebra of a finite dimensional hereditary algebra over any finite *** turns out that the colored Ringel-Hall algebra is isomorphic to the positive part of a quantized enveloping algebra of the corresponding Borcherds superalgebra and the positive part shares a colored Hopf algebra structure.

This paper provides a fast algorithm for Grobner bases of homogenous ideals of F[x, y] over a finite field F. We show that only the S-polynomials of neighbor pairs of a strictly ordered finite homogenours generating set are needed in the computing of a Grobner base of the homogenous ideal. It reduces dramatically the number of unnecessary S-polynomials that are processed. We also show that the computational complexity of our new algorithm is O(N2), where N is the maximum degree of the input generating polynomials. The new algorithm can be used to solve a problem of blind recognition of convolutional codes. This problem is a new generalization of the important problem of synthesis of a linear recurring sequence.

In this presentation, we describe our preliminary work concerning the development of the local discontinuous Galerkin method to solve two classes of two-dimensional nonlinear wave equations formulated by the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation and the Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation. Our proposed scheme for the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation is by the use of a new class of piecewise polynomial basis functions, which satisfies the constraint from the PDE containing a non-local operator and at the same time has the local property of the discontinuous Galerkin methods. The scheme is also easy for implementation and details related to implementation process are also shown. The scheme for the Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation extends the previous work on local discontinuous Galerkin method solving one-dimensional nonlinear wave equations [3, 4] to the two-dimensional setting. The methods for these two nonlinear equations can be easily designed for non-periodic boundary conditions and such non-periodic boundary conditions are used in the numerical experiments. We prove the nonlinear L stability of the schemes for both of these two nonlinear equations. We use the explicit exponential time differencing method for time discretization, which can achieve high accuracy and maintaining good stability while avoiding the severe explicit stability limit of the traditional Runge-Kutta discontinuous Galerkin methods which use explicit and nonlinearly stable high order Runge-Kutta time discretization due to the presence of the high order derivative terms. Numerical examples will be shown to illustrate the accuracy and capability of the methods.
