Global Asymptotics of Krawtchouk Polynomials——a Riemann-Hilbert Approach

This article takes 31 county level cities in Shandong Province as sample, carrying on empirical analysis about the relationship between county urbanization and economic growth through backward regression method. The result indicates the most important factor which promotes county economy growth is the development of secondary industry;the population urbanization factor has not entered regression equation, which indicates it is not significant to county economy growth;the coefficient of built-up district area factor is negative, which shows county urbanization in Shandong province exists blind city area expansion and extensive growth. The result also indicates that county population urbanization is mainly driven by industrialization and resource consumption, while economy growth rate and built-up district area make less contribution to population urbanization.

The Ordos Basin,the second largest sedimentary basin in china,contains the broad distribution of natural gas *** far,several giant gas fields have been discovered in the Upper and Lower Paleozoic in this basin,each having over 1000×10 8 m 3 of proven gas reserves,and several gas pools have also been discovered in the *** paper collected the data of natural gases and elucidated the geochemical characteristics of gases from different reservoirs,and then discussed their *** hydrocarbons preserved in the Upper Paleozoic,the elevatedδ13C values of methane,ethane and propane indicate that the gases would be mainly coal-formed gases;the singular reversal in the stable carbon isotopes of gaseous alkanes suggests the mixed gases from humic sources with different *** the Lower Paleozoic,theδ13C 1 values are mostly similar with those in the Upper Paleozoic,but theδ13C 2 andδ13C 3 values are slightly lighter,suggesting that the gases would be mixing of coal-type gases as a main member and oil-type *** are multiple reversals in carbon isotopes for gaseous alkanes,especially abnormal reversal for methane and ethane(i.e.δ13C 1 >δ13C 2 ),inferring that gases would be mixed between high-mature coal-formed gases and oil-type *** the Mesozoic,the δ13Cvalues for gaseous alkanes are enriched in 12C,indicating that the gases are mainly derived from sapropelic sources;the carbon isotopic reversal for propane and butane in the Mesozoic is caused by microbial oxidation and mixing of gases from sapropelic sources with different *** contrast to the Upper Paleozoic gases,the Mesozoic gases are characterized by heavier carbon isotopes of iso-butane than normal butane,which may be caused by gases generated from different kerogen types. Finally,according toδ13C 1 -Ro relationship and extremely low total organic carbon contents,the Low Paleozoic gases would not be generated from the Ordovician source as a main gas source,bycontrast, the Upper Pale

In the paper, the author addresses the Lyapunov characteristic spectrum of an ergodic autonomous ordinary differential system on a complete riemannian manifold of finite dimension such as the d-dimensional euclidean space Rd, not necessarily compact, by Liaowise spectral theorems that give integral expressions of Lyapunov exponents. In the context of smooth linear skew-product flows with Polish driving systems, the results are still valid. This paper seems to be an interesting contribution to the stability theory of ordinary differential systems with non-compact phase spaces.

The compressible non-isentropic bipolar Navier-Stokes-Poisson （BNSP） sys- tem is investigated in R3 in the present paper, and the optimal time decay rates of global strong solution are shown. For initial data being a perturbation of equilibrium state in Hl（R3）（R3） for 1 〉 4 and s E （0, 1], it is shown that the density and temperature for each charged particle （like electron or ion） decay at the same optimal rate （1 ＋ t）-3/4, but the momentum for each particle decays at the optimal rate （1 ＋ t）-1/4-3/2 which is slower than the rate （1 ＋ t）-3/4-3/2 for the compressible Navier-Stokes （NS） equations [19] for same initial data. However, the total momentum tends to the constant state at the rate （1 ＋t）-3/4 as well, due to the interplay interaction of charge particles which counteracts the influence of electric field.

The BEM combined with the time-stepping scheme is employed in the nonlinear numerical simulation of the development process of radiation wave profile and hydrodynamic force caused by large amplitude oscillating cylinder. To ensure stability and accuracy of the simulation, special consideration is paid on a series of difficulties in numerical modeling, such as the compatibility of free surface and body surface conditions at the intersection point and the open boundary condition problem. Numerical calculation is carried out for some study cases of different shaped cylinders undergoing large amplitude oscillating motions with distinct modes, the results show. some nonlinear phenomena and indicate the feasibility of the numerical approach.

It is a common environmental and hydro-geological problem that groundwater system is contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbons. An important step of pollution control and treatment is aquifer vulnerability assessment. In this paper, a karst fissure groundwater system where a refinery located above is taken as research object. Firstly, we analysis and determine principal factors impacting aquifer vulnerability to petroleum contaminants. These factors are used as evaluating indexes in the assessment. Secondly, with the consideration of uncertain and spatial attributes in assessment, a fuzzy vulnerability assessment method is proposed based on fuzzy variable set theory and geographic information system （GIS）. Using the models and method, we finally obtained the assessment results map of aquifer vulnerability and it shows that the models and methodology are reasonable and feasible.

A chaos-based cryptosystem for fractal image coding is proposed. The Renyi chaotic map is employed to determine the order of processing the range blocks and to generate the keystream for masking the encoded sequence. Compared with the standard approach of fraetal image coding followed by the Advanced Encryption Standard, our scheme offers a higher sensitivity to both plaintext and ciphertext at a comparable operating efficiency. The keystream generated by the Renyi chaotic map passes the randomness tests set by the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology, and so the proposed scheme is sensitive to the key.
