This paper is devoted to a class of inverse coefficient problems for nonlinear elliptic hemivariational inequalities. The unknown coefficient of elliptic hemivariational inequalities depends on the gradient of the solution and belongs to a set of admissible coefficients. It is shown that the nonlinear elliptic hemivariational inequalities are uniquely solvable for the given class of coefficients. The result of existence of quasisolutions of the inverse problems is obtained.

Herein we describe the first general SELEX method for boronic acid-modified aptamers (boronolectins) that allows for carbohydrate-focused selection of aptamers for a glycoprotein(Scheme 1). Using fibrinogen as a model glycoprotein,we have selected boronic acid-modified DNA aptamers that have high affinities at low nM K and the ability to differentiate changes in the glycosylation *** method should also be applicable to the development of aptamers for other glycoproducts,such as glycans, glycolipids and glycopeptides.

Aim:To examine the potential effects of Astragalus polysaccharide （APS） onhepatic endoplasmic reticulum （ER） stress in vivo and in vitro and its link withhypoglycemia activity,thus establishing the mechanism underlying the hypogly-cemic action of ***:The obese and type 2 diabetic KKAy mousemodel,which is the yellow offspring of the KK mice expressed Aygene (700mg·kg-1·d-1,8 weeks) and a high glucose-induced HepG2 cell model （200 μg/mL,24 h）were treated with *** oral glucose tolerance test was measured to reflexinsulin sensitivity with the calculated homeostasis model assessment （HOMA-IR） *** 1 （XhoI site-binding protein 1） transcription and splicing,an indica-tor of ER stress,was analyzed by RT-PCR and real-time *** expression andactivation of glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta （GSK3β）,an insulin signaling protein,was measured by Western ***:APS can alleviate ER stress in cul-tured cells in *** hyperglycemia status,systemic insulin sensitivity,fattyliver disease,and insulin action in the liver of diabetic mice were partly normalizedor improved in response to APS ***:Our results indicatethat APS enables insulin-sensitizing and hypoglycemic activity at least in part byenhancing the adaptive capacity of the ER,which can further promote insulinsignal ***,APS has promising application in the treatment of type2 diabetes.

The major issue in reconstruction of optical imaging might be the ill-posedness of the problem. In this paper, four different algorithms, including singular value decomposition (SVD), the truncated SVD, Tikhonov regularization and adaptive regularization, are analyzed and applied for solving the matrix equation generated from diffuse equation based on finite-element method in fluorescence molecular tomography. Results illustrate the need for either imposition of regularization term or elimination of too small singular values in reducing the illposedness. The results also suggest that the adaptive-regularization method offers superior performance in the reconstruction among the four methods in most cases even if the initially selected regularization parameter is not optimal, thus providing the convenience for the reconstruction.

Boron isotopic compositions in marine planktonic foraminifers can record changes in seawater pH and hence provide a new tool to reconstruct the changes of paleo-atmospheric *** a comparative study was done on boron isotopes and trace element abundances of planktonic foraminifers,Globigerinoides sacculifer and Globigerinoides ruber from three tropical ODP sites,Site 806B,Site 664C and Site *** is demonstrated here that *** is a better species to be used for downcore boron isotope analyses on glacial-interglacial scales,particularly since *** is prone to dissolution causing unexpectedly light boron isotopes during glacial *** has been shown that the trace elements composition of foraminifers (i.e.,Mg/Ca,U/Ca,B/Ca,and Li/Ca) can reflect the variations of seawater temperature and/or [CO3 2-].However,all of these systems are highly species de-pendent and affected by other vital effects,and it is therefore important to perform necessary calibrations when applying them to the downcore analyses.

While analyzing overall planning and coordinated development of urban-rural areas, this paper shows that overall planning for the development of urban-rural areas is a requirement for the best use of productive forces. It means the setting up of a policy mechanism for coordinated growth. Recognizing this, the government should set up a way to lead and manage a unified program to increase service and decrease controlling administration power, while safeguarding and fulfilling the farmers' ownership to the means of production.

Chaos as a very special type of complex dynamical behaviors has been studied for about four decades. Yet the traditional trend of analyzing and understanding chaos has evolved to controlling and utilizing chaos today. Research in the field of chaos modeling, control, and synchronization includes not only ordering chaos, which means to weaken or completely suppress chaos when it is harmful, but also chaotification, which refers to enhancing existing Chaos or creating chaos purposely when it is useful, by any means of control technology. This article offers a brief overview about the potential impact of controlled chaos on beneficial applications in science and engineering, and introduces some recent progress in chaotification via feedback control methods.
