Molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the Hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,cantharellula,cantharocybe,chromosera,chrysomphalina,cora,corella,cuphophyllus,cyphellostereum,Dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidicutis,Hygroaster,Hygrocybe,Hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of chromosera,Gliophorus,Humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus Hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andcantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to Hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,Macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,Sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.

Objective:To prepare a composite skin graft consisting of porous porcine acellular dennis matrix (PADM) with the aid of laser to improve quality of healing of burn ***:PADM was prepared by the trypsin/Triton X-100 *** were produced on the PADM with a laser *** distance between micropores varied from 0.8 mm,1.0 mm,1.2 mm and 1.5 *** thickness defect wounds were created on the back of 144 SD *** rats were divided into six groups:micropore groups Ⅰ-Ⅳ in which the wound were grafted with PADM with micropores,in four different distances,respectively and split-thickness auto-graft;mesh group rats received meshed PADM graft and split-thickness auto-graft;control group received simple split-thickness *** status of wound healing was histologically observed at regular time points after *** wound healing rate and contraction rate were calculated. Results:The wound healing rate in micropore groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was not statistically different from that in control group,but was significantly higher than that in mesh group 6 weeks after *** wound healing rate in micropore groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was lower than that in mesh and control groups 4 and 6 weeks after *** wound contraction rate in micropore groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was remarkably lower than that in control group 4 and 6 weeks after surgery,and it was significantly much lower than that in mesh group 6 weeks after *** examination revealed good epithelization,regularly arranged collagenous fibers,and integral structure of basement ***:Laser micropore PADM (0.8 mm or 1.0 mm in distance) grafting in combination with split-thickness auto-grafting can improve wound *** PADM with laser micropores in 1.0 mm distance is the better choice.

To assess the peripheral refractive changes that occur when eye growth decelerates in *** We measured peripheral refraction and on-axis vitreous chamber depth on a total of 53 marmosets;36 treated monocularly for 12 weeks 9 hrs/day(26 with-5 D contact lenses,10 with+5 D)and 17 untreated *** the 26 marmosets treated with-5 D,10 wore contact lenses 9 hrs/day without interruptions and were mea-sured at the end of 10 weeks of treatment(T10)and after 4 weeks of recovery(R14).Eight had both contact lenses removed for 30 mins twice/day(mid-morning and mid-afternoon)during the first four weeks of treatment(early interruption group)and eight had the lenses removed during the second four weeks of treatment(late interruption group).The two interruption groups were measured after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment only(T4,T8,T12).
