Angiogenesis consists of the sprouting of capillaries from pre-existing vessels. It is well-known that tumor growth is angiogenesis-dependent. vascular endothelial growth factor （vEGF） and basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） stimulated vascular endothelial cell proliferation and are involved in the neoplastic angiogenesis of several types of tumors including those of the intestinal tract. Authors usually investigated vEGF and using immunohistochemistry bFGF protein expressions or Western blotting and vEGF and bFGF transcripts using reverse transcriptase Dolymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）.

Using experimental data reflected by the sea on specific radar cross-section （sRCs） at millimeter and centimeter waves, the approximations of the wind speed, angle of the sea surface radiation and polarization of the incident field can be calculated. The simulation model of the scattered signal has been proposed on the basis of the semi-Markov nested processes. For the first time it has been proved that for the description of reflections at spikes and pauses, it is possible to use finite atomic functions. The proposed model allows us to estimate the baekscatter intensity of millimeter and centimeter radio waves by the sea at grazing angle of surface radiation, as well as to simulate scattered signal.

Internet of Things(IoT)paves a new direction in the domain of smart farming and precision *** farming is an upgraded version of agriculture which is aimed at improving the cultivation practices and yield to a certain *** smart farming,IoT devices are linked among one another with new technologies to improve the agricultural *** farming makes use of IoT devices and contributes in effective decision *** is the major food source in most of the ***,it becomes inevitable to detect rice plant diseases during early stages with the help of automated tools and IoT *** development and application of Deep Learning(DL)models in agriculture offers a way for early detection of rice diseases and increase the yield and *** study presents a new Convolutional Neural Network-based inception with ResNset v2 model and Optimal Weighted Extreme Learning Machine(CNNIR-OWELM)-based rice plant disease diagnosis and classification model in smart farming *** proposed CNNIR-OWELM method involves a set of IoT devices which capture the images of rice plants and transmit it to cloud server via *** CNNIROWELM method uses histogram segmentation technique to determine the affected regions in rice plant *** addition,a DL-based inception with ResNet v2 model is engaged to extract the ***,in OWELM,the Weighted Extreme Learning Machine(WELM),optimized by Flower Pollination Algorithm(FPA),is employed for classification *** FPA is incorporated into WELM to determine the optimal parameters such as regularization coefficient C and kernelγ.The outcome of the presented model was validated against a benchmark image dataset and the results were compared with one *** simulation results inferred that the presented model effectively diagnosed the disease with high sensitivity of 0.905,specificity of 0.961,and accuracy of 0.942.

Presented are new images of supernova remnants G114.3±0.3, G116.5＋1.1 and G116.9＋0.2 （CTB 1） at 408 MHz from the Canadian Galactic Plane survey （CGPs）. We also use the 1420 MHz images from the CGPs in a study of their 408-1420 MHz spectral indices. The flux densities at 408 MHz and 1420 MHz, corrected for flux densities from compact sources within the sNRs, are 12±6 Jy and 9.8±0.8 Jy for G114.3＋0.3, 15.0±1.5 Jy and 10.6±0.6 Jy for G116.5＋1.1, 15.0＋1.5 Jy and 8.1±0.4 Jy for Gl16.9＋0.2. The integrated flux density-based spectral indices （sv∝v^-α） are α=0.16±0.41, 0.28±0.09 and 0.49±0.09 for G114.3＋0.3, G116.5＋1.1 and G116.9＋0.2, respectively. Their T-T plot-based spectral indices are 0.68±0.48, 0.28±0.15, and 0.48±0.04, in agreement with the integrated flux density-based spectral indices. New flux densities are derived at 2695 MHz which are significantly larger than previous values. The new 408, 1420 and 2695 MHz flux densities and published values at other frequencies, where images are not available, are fitted after correcting for contributions from compact sources, to derive their multi-frequency spectral indices.

The modified atomic transformations are constructed and proved. On their basis the new complex analytic wavelets are obtained. The proof of the Fourier transforms existence in L~ and L2 on the basis of the theory of atomic functions （AF） are presented. The numerical experiments of digital time series processing and physical analysis of the results confirm the efficiency of the proposed transforms.

The latest advancements in highway research domain and increase in the number of vehicles everyday led to wider exposure and attention towards the development of efficient Intelligent Transportation system(ITs).One of the popular research areas i.e.,vehicle License Plate Recognition(vLPR)aims at determining the characters that exist in the license plate of the *** vLPR process is a difficult one due to the differences in viewpoint,shapes,colors,patterns,and non-uniform illumination at the time of capturing *** current study develops a robust Deep Learning(DL)-based vLPR model using squirrel search Algorithm(ssA)-based Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),called the ssA-CNN *** presented technique has a total of four major processes namely preprocessing,License Plate(LP)localization and detection,character segmentation,and *** Transform(HT)is applied as a feature extractor and ssA-CNN algorithm is applied for character recognition in *** ssA-CNN method effectively recognizes the characters that exist in the segmented image by optimal tuning of CNN *** HT-ssA-CNN model was experimentally validated using the stanford Car,FZU Car,and HumAIn 2019 Challenge *** experimentation outcome verified that the presented method was better under several *** projected HT-ssA-CNN model implied the best performance with optimal overall accuracy of 0.983%.

Peyronie’s disease(PD)is a benign,progressive fibrotic disorder characterized by scar or plaques within the tunica albuginea(TA)of the *** study provides new insights into the pathogenesis of PD based on data from different studies regarding the roles of cytokines,cell signaling pathways,biochemical mechanisms,genetic factors responsible for fibrogenesis.A growing body of literature has shown that PD is a chronically impaired,localized,wound healing process within the TA and the smith *** is caused by the influence of different pathological stimuli,most often the effects of mechanical stress during sexual intercourse in genetically sensitive individuals with unusual anatomical TA features,imbalanced matrix metalloproteinase/tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase(MMP/TIMP),and suppressed antioxidant systems during chronic *** intracellular signal cascades are activated during fibrosis along with low expression levels of their negative regulators and transforming growth factor-β1 *** development of multikinase agents with minimal side effects that can block several signal cell pathways would significantly improve fibrosis in PD tissues by acting on common downstream mediators.

We revisit the problem of radiative transitions of electrons in the presence of a strong magnetic field. We derive fully relativistic cyclotron transition rates for an arbitrary magnetic field, for any orientation of electron spin and for any polarization of the emitted radiation. Also, we obtain the transition rates for any value of the initial electron＇s parallel momentum. For very strong magnetic fields, transitions to the ground state predominate. Transition rates summed over the electron＇s spin orientation and for unpolarized radiation are also obtained, which confirm previous results by Latal. Transition widths are calculated for different electron spin orientations and different polarizations of radiation. We obtain general expressions for transition rates that reduce to the results for the non-relativistic case and for unpolarized radiation. Additionally we get, for the non-relativistic approximation, the transition rates for any polarization of radiation. As an application, the first five emission lines are evaluated and compared to the X-ray emitting neutron star v0332＋53, which has multiple observable cyclotron lines, taking into account gravitational redshift. The most probable polarization is ε（2）.

Big data streams started becoming ubiquitous in recent years,thanks to rapid generation of massive volumes of data by different *** is challenging to apply existing data mining tools and techniques directly in these big data *** the same time,streaming data from several applications results in two major problems such as class imbalance and concept *** current research paper presents a new Multi-Objective Metaheuristic Optimization-based Big Data Analytics with Concept Drift Detection(MOMBD-CDD)method on High-Dimensional streaming *** presented MOMBD-CDD model has different operational stages such as pre-processing,CDD,and ***-CDD model overcomes class imbalance problem by synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique(sMOTE).In order to determine the oversampling rates and neighboring point values of sMOTE,Glowworm swarm Optimization(GsO)algorithm is ***,statistical Test of Equal Proportions(sTEPD),a CDD technique is also ***,Bidirectional Long short-Term Memory(Bi-LsTM)model is applied for *** order to improve classification performance and to compute the optimum parameters for Bi-LsTM model,GsO-based hyperparameter tuning process is carried *** performance of the presented model was evaluated using high dimensional benchmark streaming datasets namely intrusion detection(NsL KDDCup)dataset and ECUE spam *** extensive experimental validation process confirmed the effective outcome of MOMBD-CDD *** proposed model attained high accuracy of 97.45%and 94.23%on the applied KDDCup99 Dataset and ECUE spam datasets respectively.
