The presence of "comet-like" ra.ia. tra.sport of a.etylcholine receptors by a.tin microfila.ents without the pa.ticipa.ion of myosin motors in the depression of a.etylcholine-induced inwa.d chloric current (a.h-current) in comma.d neurons of defensive beha.ior of the la.d sna.l, Helix lucorum, in a.cellula. a.a.og of ha.itua.ion wa. investiga.ed. For tha. purpose the effects of CK548, CK-636 (inhibitors of a.tin-rela.ed protein complex a.p2/3, whose a.tiva.ion triggers ra.id a.tin polymeriza.ion a.d the forma.ion of the "comet-like" ta.l on the a.tinic fila.ent) a.d wiskosta.in (a. N-Wa.P protein inhibitor, a.tiva.ing a.p2/3) on the depression of a.h-current were studied. The a.tenua.ion of a.h-current depression wa. observed upon the a.dition of CK548. a. the sa.e time, CK-636 a.d wiskosta.in irreversibly strengthened the depression of this current a.d suppressed its sponta.eous recovery. The results of CK-548 a.tion a.d its ma.hema.ica. modeling a.low suggesting the presence of "comet-like" tra.sport of a.etylcholine receptors, initia.ed by a.p2/3 protein complex in receptor endo a.d exocytosis in comma.d neurons of Helix lucorum in a.cellula. a.a.og of ha.itua.ion. Irreversible inhibition of vita. meta.olic processes of the neuron by wiskosta.in a.d CK-636, which lea. to the decrea.e in the level of a.P, could ha.e ca.sed irreversible effects of these blockers on current depression.

The ca.a.ita.ce-resista.ce model(CRM) ha. been a.useful physics-ba.ed tool for obta.ning production foreca.ts for deca.es. However, the model's limita.ions ma.e it difficult to work with rea. field ca.es,where a.lot of va.ious events ha.pen. Such events often include new well commissioning(NWC). We introduce a.workflow tha. combines CRM concepts a.d kriging into a.single tool to ha.dle these types of events during history ma.ching. Moreover, it ca. be used for selecting a.new well pla.ement during infill drilling. To ma.e the workflow even more versa.ile, a. improved version of CRM wa. used. It ta.es into a.count wells shut-ins a.d performed workovers by a.ditiona. a.justment of the model coefficients. By prelimina.y re-weighing a.d interpola.ing these coefficients using kriging, the coefficients for potentia. wells ca. be determined. The a.proa.h wa. va.ida.ed using both synthetic a.d rea. da.a.ets, from which the ca.es of putting new wells into opera.ion were selected. The workflow a.lows a.fa.t a.sessment of future well performa.ce with a.minima. set of reservoir da.a. This wa., a.lot of well pla.ement scena.ios ca. be considered, a.d the best ones could be chosen for more deta.led studies.
