Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-associated.lymphoproliferative d.seases(EBV-LPd.)are common complications that occur after solid.organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation(HSCT).However,their occurrence and.treatment post-chimeric antigen receptor-mod.fied.T(CAR-T)cell therapy has not been *** patients had.been d.agnosed.with EBV-positive aggressive B-cell lymphoma and.experienced.relapses after multiple lines of *** receiving CAR-T cell therapy in tand.m with autologous HSCT,the patients achieved.complete ***,with a med.an time of 38.5 months after CAR-T cell therapy,B-cell-d.rived.EBV-LPd. were d.agnosed.and.they were relieved.through the ad.inistration of immune checkpoint inhibitor or B-cell-d.pleting ***,our report suggests that EBV-LPd. may represent a long-term ad.erse event after CAR-T cell therapy,especially in patients who previously had.EBV-positive d.sord.rs,and.they can be resolved.by immune normalization strategy or B-cell d.pleting therapy.

BACKGROUNd.Insulin antibod.es(IAs)affect blood.glucose control in patients receiving insulin *** To investigate the relationship between d.fferent hypoglycemic treatments and.IAs in patients with type 2 d.abetes mellitus(T2d.).METHOd. This cross-sectional,retrospective stud. includ.d.1863 patients with T2d. who were receiving exogenous insulin *** patients received.stable antid.abetic therapy in the last 3 months and.IA levels were measured.using an iod.ne-125 *** A total of 1863 patients were *** were 902(48.4%)patients who had.positive IAs(IA level>5%),with a mean IA level of 11.06%(10.39%-11.72%).IA levels were positively correlated.with high fasting blood.glucose(od.s ratio=1.069,Pd.highest in patients using human insulin only(70.3%),Pd.s(8.3%),metformin(9.6%),and.d.peptid.l peptid.se-4 inhibitors(8.2%)were all lower than in patients without these d.ugs(all Pd.es,and.IA antibod. levels are associated.with blood.glucose *** glargine and.a combination of oral glucose-lowering d.ugs were correlated.with lower IA levels.

Hypoxia is a typical feature of the tumor microenvironment,one of the most critical factors affecting cell behavior and.tumor ***,the lack of tumor mod.ls able to precisely emulate natural brain tumor tissue has imped.d.the stud. of the effects of hypoxia on the progression and.growth of tumor *** stud. reports a three-d.mensional(3d.brain tumor mod.l obtained.by encapsulating U87MG(U87)cells in a hyd.ogel containing type I *** also d.cuments the effect of various oxygen concentrations(1%,7%,and.21%)in the culture environment on U87 cell morphology,proliferation,viability,cell cycle,apoptosis rate,and.***,it compares two-d.mensional(2d.and.3d.*** comparison purposes,cells cultured.in flat culture d.shes were used.as the control(2d.mod.l).Cells cultured.in the 3d.mod.l proliferated.more slowly but had.a higher apoptosis rate and.proportion of cells in the resting phase(G0 phase)/gap I phase(G1 phase)than those cultured.in the 2d.***,the two mod.ls yield.d.significantly d.fferent cell ***,hypoxia(e.g.,1%O2)affected.cell morphology,slowed.cell growth,red.ced.cell viability,and.increased.the apoptosis rate in the 3d.*** results ind.cate that the constructed.3d.mod.l is effective for investigating the effects of biological and.chemical factors on cell morphology and.function,and.can be more representative of the tumor microenvironment than 2d.culture *** d.veloped.3d.glioblastoma tumor mod.l is equally applicable to other stud.es in pharmacology and.pathology.
