重金属污染会引起严峻的环境问题。因此,必须对重金属离子进行测定,但由于重金属离子的含量低并受基体效应影响,检测前需要先将其分离富集。利用一锅法制备沸石@聚丙烯酰胺复合材料,将其作为分离富集材料,结合火焰原子吸收光谱仪,研究对Pb^(2+)的吸附性能。为了得到最佳的吸附性能,对制备条件中的沸石用量进行了优化,并对优化后的复合材料进行了扫描电镜、热重分析和比表面积表征。利用单一变量法,对固相萃取条件中的溶液pH值和振荡时间进行了优化。研究了复合材料在吸附Pb^(2+)过程中的动力学模型、等温线模型和热力学参数。结果表明:在沸石用量为333 mg/g,溶液pH值为5和振荡时间为80 min时,复合材料的吸附效率最佳;沸石@聚丙烯酰胺复合材料吸附Pb^(2+)的过程符合二级动力学和Freundlich模型,且在298.15 K时,热力学参数ΔH=15614.18 J/mol、ΔS=65.2 J/(mol·K)、ΔG=-1878.059 J/mol,是一个吸热且熵增的自发过程;此外,复合材料经过连续三次吸附和解吸实验,对Pb^(2+)的吸附量基本不变,且解吸率保持在89.7%以上,说明沸石@聚丙烯酰胺复合材料具有较好的再生性能。

随着运营年限增长,水泥混凝土路面会出现不同程度的破损,工程中常采用加铺沥青面层的方式对破损水泥混凝土路面进行修补。依托某水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层养护工程,对沥青加铺层常见病害及其成因进行分析,并对预防性养护技术在沥青加铺层中的应用进行研究。结果表明:反射裂缝与车辙是沥青加铺层中最常见的病害,采用裂缝填补及微表处技术能够很好地控制沥青加铺层病害发展。

基于理想格构造的Aigis-sig数字签名方案具有实现效率高、签名长度短、抗量子攻击等优势。针对Aigis-sig方案,构造了一种改进的模乘计算元件,设计了一种基于快速数论变换(NTT)算法实现环上多项式运算的紧凑硬件架构;同时以此架构为基础,提出了Aigis-sig数字签名方案的FPGA软硬件协同实现方法。实验表明,在Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC平台上,CPU频率和硬件频率分别设置为666.66 MHz和150 MHz时,该实现方案相较于纯软件实现,签名阶段和验签阶段分别取得约26%和17%的性能提升。

Sand particle lift-off velocity measurements and numerical simulation of mass flux distributions in a wind tunnel

Lift-off velocity of saltating sand particles in wind-blown sand located at 1.0 mm above the sand bed surface was measured using a phase Doppler particle analyzer in a wind tunnel. The results show that the probability distribution of lift-off velocity can be expressed as a lognormal function, while that of lift-off angle follows an exponential function. The probability distribution of lift-off angle conditioned for each lift-off velocity also follows an exponential function, with a slope that becomes steeper with increasing lift-off velocity. This implies that the probability distribution of lift-off velocity is strongly dependent on the lift-off angle. However, these lift-off parameters are generally treated as an independent joint probability distribution in the literature. Numerical simulations were carried out to investigate the effects of conditional versus independent joint probability distributions on the vertical sand mass flux distribution. The simulation results derived from the conditional joint probability distribution agree much better with experimental data than those from the independent ones. Thus, it is better to describe the lift-off velocity of saltating sand particles using the conditional joint probability distribution. These results improve our understanding of saltation processes in wind-blown sand.

OBJECTIVE: To examine whether electroacupuncture(EA) treatment inhibited cell apoptosis of intervertebral annulus fibrosis(AF) via tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)-tumor necrosis factor receptor 1(TNFR1)-caspase-8 and integrin β1/Akt signaling pathways in a rat model of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration caused by unbalanced dynamic and static ***: Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were included in this study, of which 24 rats underwent surgery to induce cervical intervertebral disc degeneration, while eight rats received EA treatment at Dazhui(GV 14). Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect TNF-α, TNFR1, and caspase-8Apoptosis of AF cells was examined with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated d UTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) staining. The m RNA and protein expression levels of integrin β1 andAkt were evaluated with real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot analysis, ***: Treatment with EA decreased TUNEL-positive AF cells and lowered TNF-α, TNFR1 and caspase-8 positive cells compared with control groups. EA treatment also increased integrin β1and Akt m RNA and protein levels compared with ***: Treatment with EA inhibits AF cell apoptosis through suppression of the TNF-α-TNFR1-caspase-8 signal pathway and increases the expression of integrin β1 and Akt. EA may be a good alternative therapy for treating cervical spondylosis.
