Let(Zn)be a supercritical branching process with immigration in an independent and identically distributed random *** necessary moment conditions,we show the exact convergence rate in the central limit theorem on log Zn and establish the corresponding local limit theorem by using the moments of the natural submartingale and the convergence rates of its *** similar approach and with the help of a change of measure,we also present the so-called integrolocal theorem and integral large deviation theorem to characterize the precise asymptotics of the upper large deviations.

The overabundance of the red and massive candidate galaxies observed by the James Webb Space Telescope(JWST)implies efficient structure formation or large star formation efficiency at high redshift z~*** the scenario of a low or moderate star formation efficiency,because massive neutrinos tend to suppress the growth of structure of the universe,the JWST observation tightens the upper bound of the neutrino *** A cold dark matter cosmology and a star formation efficiency∈[0.05,0.3](flat prior),we perform joint analyses of Planck+JWST and Planck+BAO+JWST,and obtain improved constraints∑m_(ν)dence level,*** on the above assumptions,the inverted mass ordering,which implies ∑m_(ν)≥0.1 eV,is excluded by Planck+BAO+JWST at 92.7% confidence level.

Vanadium oxides,par-ticularly hydrated forms like V_(2)O_(5)·nH_(2)O(VOH),stand out as promising cathode candidates for aqueous zinc ion batteries due to their adjustable layered structure,unique electronic characteristics,and high theoretical ***,challenges such as vanadium dissolution,sluggish Zn^(2+)diffusion kinetics,and low operating voltage still hinder their direct *** this study,we present a novel vanadium oxide([C_(6)H_(6)N(CH_(3))_(3)]_(1.08)V_(8)O_(20)·0.06H_(2)O,TMPA-VOH),developed by pre-inserting trimethylphenylammonium(TMPA+)cations into *** incorporation of weakly polarized organic cations capitalizes on both ionic pre-intercalation and molecular pre-intercalation effects,resulting in a phase and morphology transition,an expansion of the interlayer distance,extrusion of weakly bonded interlayer water,and a substantial increase in V^(4+)*** modifications synergistically reduce the electrostatic interactions between Zn^(2+)and the V-O lattice,enhancing structural stability and reaction kinetics during *** a result,TMPA-VOH achieves an elevated open circuit voltage and operation voltage,exhibits a large specific capacity(451 mAh g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1))coupled with high energy efficiency(89%),the significantly-reduced battery polarization,and outstanding rate capability and cycling *** concept introduced in this study holds great promise for the development of high-performance oxide-based energy storage materials.

Objective:Metabolic disorders are regarded as hallmarks of multiple myeloma(MM)and are responsible for rapid cancer cell proliferation and tumor ***,the exact biological roles of metabolites in MM cells have not been fully *** study aimed to explore the feasibility and clinical significance of lactate for MM and investigate the molecular mechanism of lactic acid(Lac)in the proliferation of myeloma cells and cell sensitivity to bortezomib(BTZ).Methods:Metabolomic analysis of the serum was carried out to obtain metabolites expression and clinical characteristics in MM *** CCK8 assay and flow cytometry were used to detect cell proliferation,apoptosis,and cell cycle *** blotting was used to detect the potential mechanism and apoptosis-and cycle-related protein ***:Lactate was highly expressed in both the peripheral blood and bone marrow of MM *** was significantly correlated with Durie-Salmon Staging(DS Staging)and the International Staging System(ISS Staging)and the serum and urinary involved/uninvolved free light chain *** with relatively high lactate levels had a poor treatment ***,in vitro experiments showed that Lac could promote the proliferation of tumor cells and decrease the proportion of G0/G1-phase cells,which was accompanied by an increased proportion of S-phase *** addition,Lac could decrease tumor sensitivity to BTZ by disrupting the expression of nuclear factor kappa B subunit 2(NFκB2)and ***:Metabolic changes are important in MM cell proliferation and treatment response;lactate could be used as a biomarker in MM and as a therapeutic target to overcome cell resistance to BTZ.

The denoising of microseismic signals is a prerequisite for subsequent analysis and *** this research,a new microseismic signal denoising algorithm called the Black Widow Optimization Algorithm(BWOA)optimized VariationalMode decomposition(VMD)jointWavelet Threshold denoising(WTD)algorithm(BVW)is *** BVW algorithm integrates VMD and WTD,both of which are optimized by ***,this algorithm utilizes VMD to decompose the microseismic signal to be denoised into several Band-Limited IntrinsicMode Functions(BLIMFs).Subsequently,these BLIMFs whose correlation coefficients with the microseismic signal to be denoised are higher than a threshold are selected as the effective mode functions,and the effective mode functions are denoised using WTD to filter out the residual low-and intermediate-frequency ***,the denoised microseismic signal is obtained through *** ideal values of VMD parameters and WTD parameters are acquired by searching with BWOA to achieve the best VMD decomposition performance and solve the problem of relying on experience and requiring a large workload in the application of the WTD *** outcomes of simulated experiments indicate that this algorithm is capable of achieving good denoising performance under noise of different intensities,and the denoising performance is significantly better than the commonly used VMD and Empirical Mode decomposition(EMD)*** BVW algorithm is more efficient in filtering noise,the waveform after denoising is smoother,the amplitude of the waveform is the closest to the original signal,and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and the root mean square error after denoising are more *** case based on Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine shows that for microseismic signals with different intensities of noise monitored on-site,compared with VMD and EMD,the BVW algorithm ismore efficient in filtering noise,and the SNR after denoising is higher.

With the large-scale integration of renewable energy,the traditional maintenance arrangement during the load valley period cannot satisfy the transmission demand of renewable energy ***,in a market-oriented operation mode,the power dispatching control center aims to reduce the overall power purchase cost while ensuring the security of the power ***,a security-constrained transmission maintenance optimization model considering generation and operational risk costs is proposed *** model is built on double-layer optimization framework,where the upper-layer model is used for maintenance and generation planning,and the lowerlayer model is primarily used to address the operational security risk arising from the random prediction error and N-1 transmission ***,a generation-maintenance iterative algorithm based on a defined cost feedback is included to increase solution *** cost is determined using long-term security-constrained unit commitment,and the operational risk cost is obtained using a double-layer N-1 risk assessment *** electrical correlation coupling coefficient is proposed for the solution process to avoid maintenance of associated equipment simultaneously,thereby improving model convergence *** IEEE 118-bus system is used as a test case for illustration,and test results suggest that the proposed model and algorithm can reduce the total cost of transmission maintenance and system operation while effectively improving the solution efficiency of the joint optimization model.

Background Acute normovolemic hemodilution(ANH)was first introduced in glioblastoma surgery,and its role in reducing allogeneic blood transfusion was investigated in this *** This study enrolled supratentorial glioblastoma patients who received total *** the ANH group,the patients were required to draw blood before the operation,and the blood will be transfused back to the patient during the *** association between ANH and clinical features was *** Sixty supratentorial glioblastoma patients were enrolled in this study,25 patients were allocated in the ANH group,and another 35 patients were included in the control *** dramatically reduced the need for allogeneic blood transfusion(3[12%]vs 12[34.3%],P=0.049),and the blood transfusion per total of patients was dramatically decreased by the application of ANH(0.40±1.15 units vs 1.06±1.59 units,P=0.069).Furthermore,ANH also markedly reduced the requirement of fresh frozen plasma(FFP)transfusion(2[8%]vs 11[31.4%],P=0.030)and the volume of FFP transfusion per total of patients(32.00±114.46 mL vs 115.71±181.00 mL,P=0.033).The complication rate was similar between the two *** ANH was a safe and effective blood conservation technique in glioblastoma surgery.

development of metal-organic framework(MOF)films is of great importance to expand their ***,we report a facile and universal method of liquid-phase epitaxial(LPE)layer by layer(LBL)brushing approach for fabricating MOF films on various substrates in a high-throughput *** MOF films preparation method offers a great prospective to cost-effectively construct films with short preparation time and little reagent ***,this LBL brushing approach has been implemented successfully to assemble various MOF films,including HKUST-1,zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8),Cu(bdc),and Cu_(2)(L)_(2)P(L=bdc,ndc,and cam;P=dabco and bipy).Afterwards,the classic MOF HKUST-1 and ZIF-8 films were grown on sensor chip electrode and porous fiber support for good volatile organic compounds(VOCs)selective sensing and water purification *** study demonstrates that this LBL brushing preparation method can be employed to synthesize various MOF films with a variety of characteristics to realize their sensing and separation applications.

Currently,the enhancement in electromagnetic interference(EMI)performance of polymeric composite generally relies on either improving electrical conductivity(σ)for stronger electromagnetic(EM)reflections or tailoring structure for higher EM ***,we proposed a novel technique called cyclic pulsating pressure enhanced segregating structuration(CPP-SS),which can reinforce these two factors *** structural information was supplied by optical microscopy(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),both of which confirmed the formation and evolution of segregate structured ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)/graphene ***,the result showed that CPP-SS can significantly improve theσof ***,advanced specific EMI shielding efficiency of 31.1 d B/mm was achieved for UHMWPE/graphene composite at 1-mm thickness and a low graphene loading of 5 wt%.Meanwhile,it also confirmed that the intrinsic disadvantage of poor mechanical properties of conventional segregated structure composites can be *** work is believed to provide a fundamental understanding of the structural and performance evolutions of segregated structured composites prepared under CPPSS,and to bring us a simple and efficient approach for fabricating high-performance,strong and light-weight polymeric EMI shields.
