Tendon adhesion is a common complication after tendon injury with the development of accumulated fibrotic tissues without effective anti-fibrotic therapies,resulting in severe *** are widely recognized as a fibrotic trigger during peritendinous adhesion ***,different clusters of macrophages have various functions and receive multiple regulation,which are both still *** our current study,multi-omics analysis including single-cell RNA sequencing and proteomics was performed on both human and mouse tendon adhesion tissue at different stages after tendon *** transcriptomes of over 74000 human single cells were *** results,we found that SPP1^(+)macrophages,RGCC^(+)endothelial cells,ACKR1^(+)endothelial cells and ADAM12^(+)fibroblasts participated in tendon adhesion ***,despite specific fibrotic clusters in tendon adhesion,FOLR2^(+)macrophages were identified as an antifibrotic cluster by in vitro experiments using human ***,ACKR1 was verified to regulate FOLR2^(+)macrophages migration at the injured peritendinous site by transplantation of bone marrow from Lysm-Cre;R26R^(tdTomato) mice to lethally irradiated Ackr1^(-/-)mice(Ackr1^(-/-)chimeras;deficient in ACKR1)and control mice(WT chimeras).Compared with WT chimeras,the decline of FOLR2^(+)macrophages was also observed,indicating that ACKR1 was specifically involved in FOLR2^(+)macrophages *** together,our study not only characterized the fibrosis microenvironment landscape of tendon adhesion by multi-omics analysis,but also uncovered a novel antifibrotic cluster of macrophages and their *** results provide potential therapeutic targets against human tendon adhesion.

Reinforcing oxygen electrocatalytic activity via selective dualphase heterointerface engineering for rechargeable Zn-air batteries

Dual-phase heterointerface electrocatalysts(DPHE)constructed by oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)-and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)-active elements exhibit excellent bifunctional activity and long-term durability due to the abundant interface exposure and synergistic catalytic ***,low-dimensional N-doped graphene nanoribbons(N-GNRs)coupling with ultrathin CoO nanocomposites(N-GNRs/CoO)were controllably fabricated through a facile two-step approach using synthesized Co(OH)_2 nanosheet as CoO *** functional theory(DFT)calculations and experimental characterizations prove that the formation of interface between N-GNRs and CoO can induce local charge redistribution,contributing to the improvement of catalytic activity and *** optimal N-GNRs/CoO DPHE possesses hierarchically porous architectures and presents outstanding bifunctional activities with a small potential gap of 0.729 V between the potential at 10 mA·cm^(-2)for OER and the halfwave potential for ORR,which outperforms Pt/C+IrO_(2)and the majority of noble-metal-free bifunctional ***-and solid-state rechargeable Zn-air batteries assembled with N-GNRs/CoO as the cathode also display high peak power density and fantastic cycle stability,superior to that of benchmark Pt/C+IrO_(2)*** is anticipated to offer significant benefits toward high activity,stability and mechanical flexibility bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for rechargeable Zn-air batteries.

BACKGROUND Cardioneuroablation(CNA)has shown encouraging results in patients with vasovagal syncope(VVS).However,data on different subtypes was *** This observational study retrospectively enrolled 141 patients[mean age:40±18 years,51 males(36.2%)]with the diagnosis of *** characteristics among different types of VVS and the outcomes after CNA were *** After a mean follow-up of 4.3±1.5 years,41 patients(29.1%)experienced syncope/pre-syncope events after ***/pre-syncope recurrence significantly differed in each subtype(P=0.04).The cardioinhibitory type of VVS had the lowest recurrence rate after the procedure(n=6,16.7%),followed by mixed(n=26,30.6%)and vasodepressive(n=9,45.0%).Additionally,a significant difference was observed in the analyses of the Kaplan-Meier survival curve(P=0.02).Syncope/pre-syncope burden was significantly reduced after CNA in the vasodepressive type(Pdepressive types with recurrent syncope/pre-syncope after CNA have a lower baseline deceleration capacity(DC)level than those without(7.4±1.0 ms vs.9.0±1.6 ms,P=0.01).Patients with DCdepressive type exhibited the lowest event-free rate,but those patients with DC≥8.4 ms might benefit from CNA.

围绕双碳目标背景下的低碳城市试点政策,探讨其对劳动力就业的影响。采用2001—2021年中国283个地级市的数据,运用倾向性得分匹配法和渐进双重差分法,分析低碳转型对劳动就业的综合影响。结果显示,低碳转型对第一产业就业没有显著影响,但显著提升了总就业和第二、三产业的就业。此外,还发现中国经济与环境的关系处于环境库兹涅茨曲线的前半部分,且存在较高的碳排放-就业弹性。这表明低碳转型既带来就业机会,也带来劳动力市场的挑战。因此,提出应积极推动产业转型升级,强化技术创新和应用,平衡经济发展与环境保护,以及加强劳动力市场的适应性和保护机制。

Dietary copper requirement of broilers fed a corn-soybean meal diet during 22—42 d of age

This research was to assess the dietary copper(Cu) requirement of broiler chickens fed a practical cornsoybean meal diet during 22—42 d of age. A total of 288 numbered Arbor Acres male broilers at 22 d of age were randomly allotted 6 treatments with 8 replicate cages(6 broilers per cage) per *** were fed a Cu-unsupplemented corn-soybean meal basal diet(control, containing 7.36 mg Cu/kg) or the basal diet added with 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 mg Cu/kg from CuSO4·5H2O for 21 d. Quadratic,asymptotic and broken-line models were fitted and the best fitted models were selected to determine dietary Cu requirements. The results revealed that the contents of Cu in serum and liver, m RNA expression levels of Cu-and zinc-containing superoxide dismutase(CuZnSOD) in liver and monoamine oxidase b(MAO B) in heart, as well as protein expression level of CuZnSOD in liver were affected(P linearly and quadratically(P line models(P dexes were 10.45—13.81 mg/kg. It was concluded that mRNA expression levels of CuZnSOD in liver and MAO B in heart, as well as liver CuZnSOD protein expression level were new specific sensitive biomarkers for estimating dietary Cu requirements, and the dietary Cu requirement was recommended to be 14 mg/kg to support Cu metabolic needs related to key Cucontaining enzymes in broilers fed the corn-soybean meal diet during 22—42 d of age, which was higher than the dietary Cu requirement(8 mg/kg) for broilers at the corresponding stage suggested by the Chinese Feeding Standard of Chicken.
