Nanozymes are widely used in various applications as nanosized catalysts for replacing *** accurate estimation of the catalytic activity of nanozymes in real conditions is *** this article,for the first time,we systematically studied the effect of macromolecular molecules co-existing in the real system on the oxidoreductase(peroxidase,oxidase,and catalase)-mimicking nanozymes made of a gold nanoparticle core and a platinum shell,Prussian Blue,Mn_(2)O_(3) and CoO *** were made with horseradish *** distinguished two main mechanisms of the negative impact of macromolecules on nanozyme catalysis—slowed diffusion and surface shielding of *** the first mechanism is typical for enzymes,the second one is specific only for *** the mechanisms is essential for developing approaches to reduce the unavoidable impact of macromolecules for various analytical and biomedical applications.

Thermal analysis plays a key role in the online inspection of molten iron *** solidification process of molten iron can be reflected by thermal analysis curves,and silicon is one of important elements affecting the solidification of molten *** this study,FeSi75 was added in one chamber of the dual-chamber sample cup,and the influences of FeSi75 additive on the characteristic values of thermal analysis curves and vermiculating rate were *** results show that with the increase of FeSi75,the start temperature of austenite formation TALfirstly decreases and then increases,but the start temperature of eutectic growth TSEF,the lowest eutectic temperature TEU,temperature at maximum eutectic reaction rate TEM,and highest eutectic temperature TERkeep always an *** temperature at final solidification point TEShas little *** FeSi75 additive has different influences on the vermiculating rate of molten iron with different vermiculation,and the vermiculating rate increases for lower vermiculation molten iron while decreases for higher *** to the thermal analysis curves obtained by a dual-chamber sample cup with 0.30wt.%FeSi75 additive in one chamber,the vermiculating rate of molten iron can be evaluated by comparing the characteristic values of these *** time differenceΔtERcorresponding to the highest eutectic temperature TERhas a closer relationship with the vermiculating rate,and a parabolic regression curve between the time differenceΔtERand vermiculating rateηhas been obtained within the range of 65%to 95%,which is suitable for the qualified melt.

Fertility is the most crucial step in the development process,which is controlled by many fertility-related proteins,including spermatogenesis-,oogenesis-and embryogenesis-related *** identification of fertility-related proteins can provide important clues for studying the role of these proteins in ***,in this study,we constructed a two-layer classifier to identify fertility-related *** this classifier,we first used the composition of amino acids(AA)and their physical and chemical properties to code these three fertility-related ***,the feature set is optimized by analysis of variance(ANOVA)and incremental feature selection(IFS)to obtain the optimal feature *** five-fold cross-validation(CV)and independent data tests,the performance of models constructed by different machine learning(ML)methods is evaluated and ***,based on support vector machine(SVM),we obtained a two-layer model to classify three fertility-related *** the independent test data set,the accuracy(ACC)and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)of the first layer classifier are 81.95%and 0.89,respectively,and them of the second layer classifier are 84.74%and 0.90,*** results show that the proposed model has stable performance and satisfactory prediction accuracy,and can become a powerful model to identify more fertility related proteins.

Small-break superposed station blackout(SBO)accidents are the basic design accidents of nuclear power *** the condition of a small break in the cold leg,SBO further increases the severity of the accident,and the steam bypass discharg-ing system(gCT)in the second circuit can play an important role in guaranteeing core *** explore the influence of the gCT on the thermal-hydraulic characteristics of the primary circuit,RELAP5 software was used to establish a numerical model based on a typical pressurized water reactor nuclear power *** different small breaks in the cold-leg super-posed SBO were selected,and the impact of the gCT operation on the transient response characteristics of the primary and secondary circuit systems was *** results show that the gCT plays an indispensable role in core heat removal during an accident;otherwise,core safety cannot be *** gCT was used in conjunction with the primary safety injection system during the placement *** the break diameter was greater than a certain critical value,the core cooling rate could not be guaranteed to be less than 100 K/h;however,the core remained in a safe state.

BACKgROUND Colon cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive *** metastasis after colon cancer surgery is the primary cause of death in patients with colon *** To construct a novel nomogram model including various factors to predict liver metastasis after colon cancer *** We retrospectively analyzed 242 patients with colon cancer who were admitted and underwent radical resection for colon cancer in Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from december 2019 to december *** were divided into liver metastasis and non-liver metastasis ***,age,and other general and clinicopathological data(preoperative blood routine and biochemical test indexes)were *** risk factors for liver metastasis were analyzed using singlefactor and multifactorial logistic regression.A predictive model was then constructed and evaluated for *** Systemic inflammatory index(SII),C-reactive protein/albumin ratio(CAR),red blood cell distribution width(RDW),alanine aminotransferase,preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen level,and lymphatic metastasis were different between groups(Pgery(Pder the curve was 0.93 for the column-line diagram prediction model constructed based on these risk factors to distinguish whether liver metastasis occurred *** actual curve of the column-line diagram predicting the risk of postoperative liver metastasis was close to the ideal curve,with good *** prediction model curves in the decision curve analysis showed higher net benefits for a larger threshold range than those in extreme cases,indicating that the model is *** Liver metastases after colorectal cancer surgery could be well predicted by a nomogram based on the SII,CAR,and RDW.

To achieve efficient structural design,it is crucial to reduce the cost of materials while ensuring structural *** study proposes an optimization method for design parameters(DPs)in a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor *** accomplish this,a numerical proxy model of prestressed steel structures is established with integration of DPs and mechanical parameters(MPs).A data association-parameter analysis-optimization selection system is established.A correlation between DPs and MPs is established using a back propagation(BP)neural *** correlation provides samples for parameter analysis and optimization *** are used to characterize the safety of the *** on the safety grade analysis,the key DPs that affect the mechanical properties of the structure are obtained.A mapping function is created to match the MPs and the key *** optimal structural DPs are obtained by setting structural materials as the optimization objective and safety energy as the constraint *** theoretical model is applied to an 80-m-span gymnasium and verified with a scale test physical *** MPs obtained using the proposed method are in good agreement with the experimental *** with the traditional design method,the design cycle can be shortened by more than 90%.Driven by the optimal selection method,a saving of more than 20% can be achieved through reduction of structural material ***,the cross-sectional dimensions of radial cables have a substantial influence on vertical *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the upper radial cable exhibit the most pronounced impact on the stress distribution in that *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the lower radial cable hold the greatest sway over the stress distribution in that cable.
