In this work,we show that the spin dynamics of excitons can be dramatically altered by Maxwell magnetic field coupling,together with an ion-enhanced,low-internal-splitting-energy organic semiconducting *** employing a unique,alternating current(AC)-driven organic electroluminescent(OEl)device architecture that optimizes this magnetic field coupling,almost complete control over the singlet-to-triplet ratio(from fluorescent to phosphorescent emission in a single device)is *** attribute this spin population control to magnetically sensitive polaron–spin pair intersystem crossings(ISCs)that can be directly manipulated through external driving *** an illustration of the utility of this approach to spin-tailoring,we demonstrate a simple hybrid(double-layer)fluorescence–phosphorescence(F–P)device using a polyfluorene-based emitter with a strong external Zeeman effect and ion-induced long carrier *** control over de-excitation pathways is achieved by controlling the device-driving frequency,resulting in complete emission blue–red color *** photoluminescence(Pl)spectroscopy directly confirms that this color control derives from the magnetic manipulation of the singlet-totriplet *** results may pave the way to far more exotic organic devices with magnetic-field-coupled organic systems that are poised to usher in an era of dynamic spintronics at room temperature.

中国户籍登记系统存在漏登人口问题,但政府部门尚未开展户籍漏登估计工作.联合国统计司建议各国采用的单重漏登估计量未覆盖全部漏登人口,低估漏登率.本文提出用合成漏登估计量替代单重漏登估计量,并通过案例研究,比较了合成漏登估计量与单重漏登估计量.实证研究结果表明:四种合成漏登估计量估计的漏登率均高于单重漏登估计量;除其中一种合成漏登估计量估计的漏登率的抽样标准差略高于单重漏登估计量外,其他三种合成漏登估计量估计结果的抽样标准差均小于单重漏登估计量.研究结果为统计局和公安部未来制定户籍登记系统漏登估计方案提供重要参考,提高方案的科学性和可操作性.

BACKGROUND Helicobacter pylori(***)is a widespread microorganism related to gastric adenocarcinoma(AC).In contrast,it has been reported that an inverse association exists between *** infection and esophageal *** mechanisms underlying this supposedly protective effect remain *** To determine the prevalence of *** infection in esophageal carcinoma patients,we performed a retrospective observational study of esophageal tumors diagnosed in our *** We retrospectively reviewed the prevalence of *** infection in a cohort of patients diagnosed with esophageal *** or previous proton pump inhibitor(PPI)usage was also *** A total of 89 patients with esophageal carcinoma(69 males,77.5%),with a mean age of 66 years(range,26-93 years)were *** was the most frequent pathological variant(n=47,52.8%),followed by squamous cell carcinoma(n=37,41.6%).Fourteen ACs(29.8%)originated in the gastroesophageal junction and 33(70.2%)in the esophageal ***,54 patients(60.7%)presented at stages III and *** *** infection occurred only in 4 patients(4.5%),3 with AC(6.3%of all ACs)and 1 with squamous cell carcinoma(2.7%of all squamous cell tumors).All patients with previous *** infection had stage *** one patient had received prior *** eradication therapy,whereas 86(96.6%)had received previous or concomitant PPI *** In our cohort of patients,and after histologic evaluation of paraffin-embedded primary tumors,we found a very low prevalence of previous *** *** also reviewed the medical history of the patients,concluding that the majority had received or were on PPI *** minimal prevalence of *** infection found in this cohort of patients with esophageal carcinoma suggests a protective role.

Industry decarbonization requires the development of highly efficient and flexible technologies relying on renewable energy resources,especially biomass and solar/wind *** the case of pure oxygen production,oxygen transport membranes(OTMs)appear as an alternative technology for the cryogenic distillation of air,the industrially-established process of producing ***,OTMs could provide oxygen from different sources(air,water,CO_(2),etc.),and they are more flexible in adapting to current processes,producing oxygen at 700^(-1)000℃.Furthermore,OTMs can be integrated into catalytic membrane reactors,providing new pathways for different *** first part of this study was focused on electrification on a traditional OTM material(Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3-δ)),imposing different electric currents/voltages along a capillary *** to the emerging Joule effect,the membrane-surface temperature and the associated O_(2) permeation flux could be ***,the OTM is electrically and locally heated and reaches 900℃on the surface,whereas the surrounding of the membrane was maintained at 650℃.The O_(2)permeation flux reached for the electrified membranes was~3.7 Nml min^(-1)cm^(-2),corresponding to the flux obtained with an OTM non-electrified at 900℃.The influence of depositing a porous Ce_(0.8)Tb_(0.2)O_(2-δ) catalytic/protective layer on the outer membrane surface revealed that lower surface temperatures(830℃)were detected at the same imposed electric ***,the electrification concept was demonstrated in a catalytic membrane reactor(CMR)where the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane(ODHE)was carried *** reaction is very sensitive to temperature,and here,we demonstrate an improvement of the ethylene yield by reaching moderate temperatures in the reaction chamber while the O_(2) injection into the reaction can be easily fine-tuned.

Background:This study aimed to determine the effect of different carbohydrate(CHO)doses on exercise capacity in patients with McArdle disease—the paradigm of“exercise intolerance”,characterized by complete muscle glycogen unavailability—and to determine whether higher exogenous glucose levels affect metabolic responses at the McArdle muscle cell(in vitro)***:Patients with McArdle disease(n=8)and healthy controls(n=9)underwent a 12-min submaximal cycling constant-load bout followed by a maximal ramp test 15 min after ingesting a non-caloric *** a randomized,double-blinded,cross-over design,patients repeated the tests after consuming either 75 g or 150 g of CHO(glucose:fructose=2:1).Cardiorespiratory,biochemical,perceptual,and electromyographic(EMG)variables were ***,glucose uptake and lactate appearance were studied in vitro in wild-type and McArdle mouse myotubes cultured with increasing glucose concentrations(0.35,1.00,4.50,and 10.00 g/l).Results:Compared with controls,patients showed the“classical”second-wind phenomenon(after prior disproportionate tachycardia,myalgia,and excess electromyographic activity during submaximal exercise,all platory threshold and55%peak power output,both pless of the CHO dose(placebo),CHO intake increased blood glucose and lactate levels,decreased fat oxidation rates,and attenuated the second wind in the ***,only the higher dose increased ventilatory threshold(+27%,p=0.010)and peak power output(+18%,p=0.007).In vitro analyses revealed no differences in lactate levels across glucose concentrations in wild-type myotubes,whereas a doseresponse effect was observed in McArdle ***:CHO intake exerts beneficial effects on exercise capacity in McArdle disease,a condition associated with total muscle glycogen *** of these benefits are dose dependent.

Dysregulation of G9a,a histone-lysine N-methyltransferase,has been observed in Alzheimer’s disease and has been correlated with increased levels of chronic inflammation and oxidative ***,microRNAs are involved in many biological processes and diseases playing a key role in pathogenesis,especially in multifactorial diseases such as Alzheimer’s ***,our aim has been to provide partial insights into the interconnection between G9a,microRNAs,oxidative stress,and *** better understand the biology of G9a,we compared the global microRNA expression between senescence-accelerated mouse-prone 8(SAMP8)control mice and SAMP8 treated with G9a inhibitor *** found a downregulation of miR-128 after a G9a inhibition treatment,which interestingly binds to the 3′untranslated region(3′-UTR)of peroxisome-proliferator activator receptor γ(PPARG)***,Pparg gene expression levels were higher in the SAMP8 group treated with G9a inhibitor than in the SAMP8 control *** also observed modulation of oxidative stress responses might be mainly driven Pparg after G9a *** confirm these antioxidant effects,we treated primary neuron cell cultures with hydrogen peroxide as an oxidative *** this setting,treatment with G9a inhibitor increases both cell survival and antioxidant ***,up-regulation of PPARγby G9a inhibitor could also increase the expression of genes involved in DNA damage responses and *** addition,we also described that the PPARγ/AMPK axis partially explains the regulation of autophagy markers ***,PPARγ/GADD45αpotentially contributes to enhancing synaptic plasticity and neurogenesis after G9a ***,we propose that pharmacological inhibition of G9a leads to a neuroprotective effect that could be due,at least in part,by the modulation of PPARγ-dependent pathways by miR-128.

本文旨在引入美国的人口统计分析模型,建立适合于在我国应用的人口统计分析模型.采取文献解读法和概率模型法,研究人口统计分析模型及其相关问题.研究结果表明:人口统计分析模型在我国的研究尚处于起步阶段,建立我国的人口统计分析模型,不能照搬美国的人口统计分析模型,而应该结合我国实际情况有所改进与创新;建立人口统计分析模型分为两个层次,一是建立基于全面资料的人口统计分析模型,无需计算抽样方差,二是建立基于抽样调查资料的人口统计分析模型,需采用刀切法近似计算其抽样方差;人口统计分析模型的优势是,充分利用了出生、死亡及国际迁移等人口行政记录资料,节约了数据采集成本,与人口普查独立,劣势是,估计结果具有不确定性,尤其是其中的国际净迁移人数的估计结果差异较大.人口统计分析模型有望应用于我国2030年人口普查净误差估计,开创我国在该领域使用人口统计分析模型的先河.
