不同郁闭度控制下马尾松(Pinus massoniana)人工林土壤动物群落特征

采用郁闭度控制方法,形成马尾松人工林郁闭度梯度(0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9)试验样地,研究不同郁闭度下土壤动物群落特征。运用手捡法、Tullgren法和Baermann法进行土壤动物群落调查。结果显示,1)共捕获土壤动物8 860只,隶属于4门11纲25目111科,其中大型土壤动物589只,以蜚蠊、疣和康叭为优势类群;中小型土壤动物8271只,以等节和丽甲螨为优势类群。2)大型土壤动物以杂食性为主,杂食性在0.9郁闭度显著增加,捕食性显著减少;中小型土壤动物以菌食和腐食性为主,腐食性土壤动物随郁闭度增大逐渐增加,菌食性逐渐减少。中小型捕食性土壤动物在郁闭度0.5—0.7显著增加,0.7—0.9无显著变化。3)大型土壤动物仅5—10 cm土层类群数在0.9郁闭度显著增加;中小型土壤动物总个体数及枯落物层个体数、5—10 cm土层类群数显著增加(0.5—0.7)后减少(0.7—0.9);中小型土壤动物总类群数在郁闭度0.5—0.6显著增加,枯落层类群数在郁闭度0.5—0.8显著增加,0.8—0.9显著减少。4)大型、中小型土壤动物多样性在土层中差异显著。中小型土壤动物Simpson优势度指数随郁闭度增大而减小,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀性指数则显著增大,Margalef丰富度指数先显著增高(0.5—0.6)后趋于平稳(0.6—0.9);大型土壤动物Jaccard相似性指数低于中小型。5)CCA分析表明,不同类群土壤动物对环境因子响应不同,郁闭度、含水量、有机质及全P对土壤动物类群影响显著。研究表明,0.7郁闭度马尾松人工林下土壤动物优势度、丰富度适中,林下植被恢复情况较好,该郁闭度可能更有利于土壤动物多样性和群落稳定性。

公示语作为面向公众的多模态社会符号,其英文译写的规范化及数字化研究是国际化建设不可或缺的一部分。在多模态和语料库语言学视阈下探讨敦煌市旅游公示语汉英译写多模态语料库的建设方法及过程,为甘肃省智慧旅游软件的研发提供数据资源支撑,促进智慧旅游建设。该语料库的构建有助于推进敦煌旅游公示语英文译写的规范化、信息化与多模态化进程,为敦煌文化传播与研究、旅游翻译教学提供新思路和手段,在提升语言服务满意度、推进敦煌旅游文化外宣与译者培养方面具有广阔的应用前景。

报告以蚊虫叮咬超敏反应为首发皮肤表现的小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤1例。患者男,49岁,因头颈部蚊虫叮咬后红肿伴瘙痒反复5年,再发1周就诊。皮肤科检查:右颊外侧、颈后部偏右侧、右肩胛下区域红斑、肿胀,局部见粟粒至绿豆大小丘疱疹、水疱,少许渗液,右颈部大片红肿。右耳后、右下颌、双侧颈部、双腋下淋巴结肿大,右颈部淋巴结肿大显著,轻触痛。右颈部淋巴结组织病理提示淋巴结正常结构破坏,见大量小淋巴细胞增生,细胞形态较为一致,胞浆少,核仁不明显,核分裂像少见。免疫组化:CD20(+),Pax-5(+),CD3(-),CD5(+),CD23(+),Bcl-2(+),Bcl-6(-),CD10(-),Cyclin-D1(-),SOX-11(-),Mum-1(-),CD4(-),CD8(-),CD56(-),Ki-67(约30%+)。原位杂交:EBER(-)。EB病毒DNA定量:1.08×10^(4)/L。EB病毒抗体:EB-VCA-IgG>750.0 U/mL。诊断:①慢性淋巴细胞白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤;②蚊虫叮咬超敏反应。予甲泼尼龙、头孢呋辛治疗后,皮肤红肿及瘙痒症状减轻。患者转入血液科,因暂无治疗指征,目前随访中。

Well-structured 3D channels within GO-based membranes enable ultrafast wastewater treatment

Graphene oxide(GO)-based membranes have been widely studied for realizing efficient wastewater treatment,due to their easily functionalizeable surfaces and tunable interlayer ***,the irregular structure of water channels within GO-based membrane has largely confined water permeance and prevented the simultaneously improvement of purification ***,we purposely construct the well-structured three-dimensional(3D)water channels featuring regular and negatively-charged properties in the GO/SiO_(2)composite membrane via in situ close-packing assembly of SiO_(2)nanoparticles onto GO *** regular 3D channels can improve the water permeance to a record-high value of 33,431.5±559.9 L·m^(−2)·h−1(LMH)bar−1,which is several-fold higher than those of current state-of-the-art GO-based *** further demonstrate that benefiting from negative charges on both GO and SiO2,these negatively-charged 3D channels enable the charge selectivity well toward dye in wastewater where the rejection for positive-charged and negative-charged dye molecules is 99.6%vs.7.2%,*** 3D channels can also accelerate oil/water(O/W)separation process,in which the O/W permeance and oil rejection can reach 19,589.2±1,189.7 LMH bar−1 and 98.2%,*** present work unveils the positive role of well-structured 3D channels on synchronizing the remarkable improvement of both water permeance and purification performance for highly efficient wastewater treatment.

OBJECTIVE:To compare the immediate, early, and delayed percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) strategies in non-ST-segment-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) patients with high-risk.METHODS:Medical records of patients treated at the daping Hospital, Third Military Medical University, Chongqing, China between 2011 and 2021 were retrospectively reviewed. Only patients with complete available information were included. All patients assigned into three groups based on the timing of PCI including immediate (< 2 h), early (2-24 h) and delayed (≥ 24 h) intervention. Multivariable Cox hazards regression and simpler nonlinear models were performed.RESULTS:A total of 657 patients were included in the study. The median follow-up length was 3.29 (interquartile range: 1.45-4.85) years. Early PCI strategy improved the major adverse cardiac event (MACE) outcome compared to the immediate or delayed PCI strategy. Early PCI, diabetes mellitus, and left main or/and left anterior descending or/and left circumflex stenosis or/and right coronary artery ≥ 99% were predictors for MACE outcome. The optimal timing range for PCI to reduce MACE risk is 3-14 h post-admission. For high-risk NSTEMI patients, early PCI reduced primary clinical outcomes compared to immediate or delayed PCI, and the optimal timing range was 3-14 h post-admission. Delayed PCI was superior for NSTEMI with chronic kidney injury.CONCLUSIONS:Delayed invasive strategy was helpful to reduce the incidence of MACE for high-risk NSTEMI with chronic kidney injury. An immediate PCI strategy might increase the rate of MACE.

Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),but the prognosis remains *** phase 3 trial(***:NCT03950154)assessed the efficacy and adverse events(AEs)of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK(PD1-T)cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC.A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab(the control group,n=102)or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy(the immunotherapy group,n=100)every 21 days for up to 6 cycles,followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and *** main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival(PFS).The median follow-up was 19.5 *** PFS was 14.8 months(95%CI,11.6-18.0)for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months(8.0-11.8)for the control group(hazard ratio[HR],0.60[95%CI,0.40-0.88];p=0.009).Median overall survival(OS)was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months(95%CI,18.3-32.8)for the control group(HR,0.57[95%CI,0.33-0.98];p=0.043).Grade 3 or higher AEs occurred in 20.0%of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5%in the control groups,with no toxicity-associated deaths *** addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.

Conventional glassy carbon electrodes(GCE)cannot meet the requirements of future electrodes for wider use due to low conductivity,high cost,non-portability,lack of ***,cost-effective and wearable electrode enabling rapid and versatile molecule detection is becoming important,especially with the ever-increasing demand for health monitoring and point-ofcare *** is considered as an ideal electrode due to its excellent physicochemical ***,we prepare graphene film with ultra-high conductivity and customize the 3-electrode system via a facile and highly controllable laser engraving *** from the ultra-high conductivity(5.65×10^(5)S·m^(−1)),the 3-electrode system can be used as multifunctional electrode for direct detection of dopamine(DA)and enzyme-based detection of glucose without further metal *** dynamic ranges from 1–200μM to 0.5–8.0 mM were observed for DA and glucose,respectively,with a limit of detection(LOD)of 0.6μM and 0.41 ***,the excellent target detection capability caused by the ultra-high conductivity and ease modification of graphene films,together with their superb mechanical properties and ease of mass-produced,provides clear potential not only for replacing GCE for various electrochemical studies but also for the development of portable and highperformance electrochemical wearable medical devices.
