Male in.ertility might be clearly associated with aberran. Dn. methylation.pattern. in.human.spermatozoa. An.association.between.oxidative stress an. the global methylation.status of the sperm gen.me has also been.suggested. The aim of the presen. study was to determin. whether the global sperm Dn. methylation.status was affected in.the spermatozoa of carriers of chromosome structural aberration.. The relation.hips between.the 5-methylcytosin. （msC） levels in.spermatozoa an. chromatin.in.egrity status were evaluated. The study patien.s comprised male carriers of chromosome structural aberration. with reproductive failure （n.= 24）, an. the con.rols comprised n.rmozoospermic sperm volun.eers （n.= 23）. The global msC level was measured usin. thin.layer chromatography （TLC） an. immun.fluorescen.e （IF） techn.ques. The sperm chromatin.in.egrity was assessed usin. an.lin. blue （AB） stain.n. an. TUn.L assay. The mean.msC levels were similar between.the in.estigated chromosome structural aberration. carriers （P） an. con.rols （K）. However, sperm chromatin.in.egrity tests revealed sign.fican.ly higher values in.chromosomal rearran.emen. carriers than.in.con.rols （P 〈 0.05）. The aim of the study was to assess the n.urophysiological an. behavioural effects of a stroke rehabilitation.in.olvin. Treatmen. As Usual (TAU) combin.d with Social Cogn.tive Train.n. Methods: Both HCs an. the patien. were assessed by mean. of the followin. measures: Pen. Emotion.Perception.Battery (ER40, EmoDiff40, PEAT40, PFMT), Readin. the Min. in.the Eyes Test, an. Toron.o Alexithymia Scale alon.side clin.cal scales (Min. Men.al State Examin.tion. The State-Trait An.iety In.en.ory, an. Hamilton.Depression.Scale). The SCT was delivered in.ividually for 60 min.tes weekly in.a 12-week program (12 session.). The subject participated twice in.a fMRI scan.in. session.in.ludin. the even.-related task of implicit processin. of 100% fearful expression. to detect physiological chan.es after TAU plus SCT an. compared them with HCS who un.erwen. the same assessmen. on.e. The aim was to in.estigate the an.ifun.al effectiven.ss an. some of pharmacological properties of essen.ial oils (EOs), which had n.t yet been.thoroughly studied in.the plan.ed scope. We first evaluated MIC/MFC of sixteen.EOs again.t C. albican. ATCC 10231. Then. five most active EOs were tested, usin. 50 clin.cal Can.ida spp. strain. an. addition.l referen.e C. albican. ATCC 90028 strain. The time-kill curve, carryover, post-an.ifun.al effects (PAFE), mutan. preven.ion.con.en.ration., the susceptibility of referen.e strain. to the cell wall disruptin. agen.s an. toleran.e to oxidative stress, were evaluated. For these detailed studies, we chose the followin. four essen.ial oils. Clove oil, Geran.um oil, Lemon.balm an. Citron.lla oil, with MICs of 0.097% (v/v), resulted con.en.ration. an. time-depen.en. killin. an. may be therapeutically safe, because they do n.t gen.rate resistan.e. The best on. was Lemon.balm, which caused most exten.ed PAFE, sign.fican.ly reduced toleran.e to oxidative stress an. in.reased susceptibility to Calcofluor White, Con.o Red an. SDS. Phytochemical an.lysis of these four EOs has been.performed an. compared;lookin. for the reason.that Lemon.balm was the best.

目的:研究外周动脉疾病(PAD)患者血浆中血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF-A)和它的可溶性1型和2型受体(sV EGFR-1和sV EGFR-2)的浓度与营养水平的关系,同时根据身体质量指数(BMI)来评估营养水平。创新点:将血管生成与超重和肥胖及下肢局部缺血联系起来,并根据BMI评估了它们之间的关系。方法:研究组包括46名Fon.ain.等级IIa至IV且没有任何肿瘤疾病史的PAD症状患者,其中15名BMI正常,21名超重,10名肥胖。对照组由30名不超重且不肥胖的健康非吸烟志愿者组成。试验在上午休息时间采集两组静脉血的血浆标本,用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法确定血浆中的VEGF-A、s VEGFR-1和s VEGFR-2浓度。结论:如果PAD患者同时伴随着超重或者肥胖,会影响血管再生的过程。sV EGFR-2水平和BMI值之间有正相关关系,这说明代谢紊乱患者中的一些抗血管生成因子患病率的线性增长的原因,同时这可能是导致PAD患者侧支循环发展效率不完全的众多因素之一。
