he bunker industry has faced negative perception to their trust and credibility in recent times.This is further compounded by the need for the industry to answer new challenges to meet the requirement of the International Maritime Organization 2020.The aim of this work is to illustrate how blockchain technology may be adopted for aiding in bunker dispute resolution.To demonstrate how blockchain may aid in disputes within the bunker industry,this paper first examines the existing bunker supply process,which involves the formation of contracts under English law,the Bunker Delivery Notes,the different types of disputes that may arise during a bunker transaction and the methods of dispute resolution utilised by the industry.Furthermore,the current literature in relation to blockchain technology and blockchain smart contracts is examined.Finally,interviews and surveys within the industry have been conducted to identify the benefits and challenges in adopting blockchain technology.The research found that blockchains may benefit the bunker supply chain offering the effective resolution of bunker quality disputes.Furthermore,blockchains may also serve as a verification tool for electronic bunker delivery notes,which may aid quality and quantity bunker disputes as well as compliance with the new International Maritime Organisation 2020 requirements.As a result,despite the research having shown blockchain to be situationally dependent and having an element of legal uncertainty,blockchain does offer a solution to aid in bunker disputes and for improving the trust and credibility within the bunker industry.

Schwannoma is a well-described,benign nerve sheath tumor of the soft tissue,but is rare in the gastrointestinal tract.Gastrointestinal schwannomas are often incidentally discovered as small polypoid intraluminal lesions.In this report,we describe the clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical features of a distinctive neural mucosal polyp composed of a diffuse cellular proliferation of uniform bland spindled cells in the lamina propria that entraps the colonic crypts.Immunohistochemical analysis revealed strong and diffuse positivity for the S-100 protein.To avoid confusion of these solitary colorectal polyps containing pure spindled Schwann cell proliferation in the lamina propria with neural lesions that have significant association with inherited syndromes,it is better to use the designation "mucosal Schwann hamartoma".

Viene data notizia della scoperta di una nuova stazione di Cryptobathyscia gavardensisVailati, 1980, importante poiché si tratta della seconda località nora dopo che, in seguito alla descrizionedel taxon, non era più stato raccolto alcun esemplare. la disponibilità di nuovi esemplari maschi, oltreall’unico finora noto, permette di rivedere meglio il taxon a livello morfologico, completandone la descri-zione e l’iconografia. Il nuovo ritrovamento, in sede endogea, permette altresi di aggiungere ulterioridati sull’ecologia di questa entità, nonché alcune considerazioni di carattere zoogeografico. A new distribution record for Cryptobathyscia gavardensis Vailati, 1980 and morphologicalrevision of the taxon (Coleoptera Cholevidae leptodirinae). Information is given on the discovery ofa new station of Cryptobathyscia gavardensis Vailati, 1980. Its importance is due to the fact that norecapture had been made after the description of the taxon. The disponibility of new males allows tore-analyze the morphology of this taxon, concluding its description and iconography. The new findingalso provides new data on the ecology of the species and permits some zoogeographic considerations.

Nella presente nota vengono forniti dati di due nuove stazioni di Pseudoboldoria robiatii(Reit:er, 1889) in territorio lombardo, a sud-est del lago di Como, site l’una presso Paderno d’Adda,oltre le cerchie moreniche pleistoceniche più esterne, l’altra a oriente del flume Adda, sul monte Albenza.Tall stazioni, oltre ad ampliare considerevolmente l’areale noto della specie, permettono di ridiscuterele modalità di distribuzione della specie e di avanzare in proposito alcune ipotesi. In particolare vienerivalutata l’influenza della durata del Pleistocene sui fenomeni di speciazione e viene attribuita la distribu-zione delle popolazioni indifferenziate di P. robiatii alla fase di deglaciazione dell’anfiteatro morenicolariano nel Tardiglaciale. New data on the distribution of Pseudoboldoria robiatii (Reittet, 1889) and some conside-rations on the Pleistocene distribution of Bathysciinae in lombardy (Coleoptera Catopidae). The Authorreports two new localities of Pseudoboldoria robiatii (Reitter, 1889) discovered in lombardy, south-eastof lake Como. One lies at Paderno d’Adda beyond the Pleistocene aesternmost moraines, the otheron Mount Albenza, east of the river Adda. These finds extend the distribution of the species and suggestsome hypotheses on its models of distribution. In particular, the Author reconsiders the influence ofthe duration of the Ice Age on the phenomena of speciation and attributes the distribution of undifferen-tiated populations of P. robiatii to the late Glacial of the morainic amphitheatre of lake Como.

l’Autore descrive Monguzziella grottoloi n. gen. n. sp. di leptodirinae (Coleoptera Cho-levidae) raccolta nelle Prealpi Venete, in due stazioni del Trentino meridionale nei dintorni di Roveretoe in una sugli Alti lessini veronesi. Il nuovo taxon si trova dunque ad essere a E dei F. Adige e, pernon appartenere a nessuna delle linee filetiche dei 《teleomorfi》 che caratterizzano tutte le Prealpi orienta-li, bensì essendo fileticamente affine a quanto noto a W della valle dell’Adige, pone un interessanteproblema zoogeografico. Monguzziella grottoloi n. gen. n. sp. of leptodirinae from the Venetian Pre-Alps (Coleop-tera Cholevidae). The Author describes Monguzziella grottoloi n. gen. n. sp. of leptodirinae collectedfrom the Venetian Pre-Alps, from two stations in the surroudings of Rovereto (Trentino) and from onestation in the upper lessini Hills. The new taxon is distributed to the east of the Adige Rivet. It doesnot belong to any phyletic line of the 《théléomorphes》 (s. JEANNEl) that characterize eastern Pre-Alps,but is phyletically related to those known to the west of the Adige Valley. Thus this discovery raisesan interesting zoogeographic problem.
