The Basidiomycota constitutes a maj.r phylum of the kingdom Fungi and is second in species numbers to the *** present work provides an overview of all validly published,currently used basidiomycete genera to date in a single *** outline of all genera of Basidiomycota is provided,which includes 1928 currently used genera names,with 1263 synonyms,which are distributed in 241 families,68 orders,18 classes and four *** provide brief notes for each accepted genus including information on classification,number of accepted species,type species,life mode,habitat,distribution,and sequence ***,three phylogenetic analyses with combined LSU,SSU,5.8s,rpb1,rpb2,and ef1 datasets for the subphyla Agaricomycotina,Pucciniomycotina and Ustilaginomycotina are conducted,*** time estimates are provided to the family level with 632 species from 62 orders,168 families and 605 *** study indicates that the divergence times of the subphyla in Basidiomycota are 406-430 Mya,classes are 211-383 Mya,and orders are 99-323 Mya,which are largely consistent with previous *** this study,all phylogenetically supported families were dated,with the families of Agaricomycotina diverging from 27-178 Mya,Pucciniomycotina from 85-222 Mya,and Ustilaginomycotina from 79-177 *** times as additional criterion in ranking provide additional evidence to resolve taxonomic problems in the Basidiomycota taxonomic system,and also provide a better understanding of their phylogeny and evolution.

Fungal diversity notes is one of the important j.urnal series of fungal taxonomy that provide detailed descriptions and illustrations of new fungal taxa,as well as providing new information of fungal taxa *** article is the 11th contribution to the fungal diversity notes series,in which 126 taxa distributed in two phyla,six classes,24 orders and 55 families are described and *** in this study were mainly collected from Italy by Erio Camporesi and also collected from China,India and Thailand,as well as in some other European,North American and South American *** described in the present study include two new families,12 new genera,82 new species,five new combinations and 25 new records on new hosts and new geographical distributions as well as sexual-asexual *** two new families are Eriomycetaceae(Dothideomycetes,family incertae sedis)and Fasciatisporaceae(Xylariales,Sordariomycetes).The twelve new genera comprise Bhagirathimyces(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Camporesiomyces(Tubeufiaceae),Eriocamporesia(Cryphonectriaceae),Eriomyces(Eriomycetaceae),Neomonodictys(Pleurotheciaceae),Paraloratospora(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Paramonodictys(Parabambusicolaceae),Pseudoconlarium(Diaporthomycetidae,genus incertae sedis),Pseudomurilentithecium(Lentitheciaceae),Setoapiospora(Muyocopronaceae),Srinivasanomyces(Vibrisseaceae)and Xenoanthostomella(Xylariales,genera incertae sedis).The 82 new species comprise Acremonium chiangraiense,Adustochaete nivea,Angustimassarina camporesii,Bhagirathimyces himalayensis,Brunneoclavispora camporesii,Camarosporidiella camporesii,Camporesiomyces mali,Camposporium appendiculatum,Camposporium multiseptatum,Camposporium septatum,Canalisporium aquaticium,Clonostachys eriocamporesiana,Clonostachys eriocamporesii,Colletotrichum hederiicola,Coniochaeta vineae,Conioscypha verrucosa,Cortinarius ainsworthii,Cortinarius aurae,Cortinarius britannicus,Cortinarius heatherae,Cortinarius scoticus,Cortinarius subsaniosus,Cytospora fusispor

187例成人睡眠相关性癫痫患者的临床特征及视频脑电图分析

目的总结分析成人睡眠相关性癫痫患者临床特征及视频脑电图特点,为临床诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗提供依据。方法收集2017年1月–2017年12月在中南大学湘雅医院神经内科诊治的187例成人睡眠相关性癫痫患者的临床资料和常规脑电图(EEG)、长程视频脑电图(VEEG),采用χ~2检验进行回顾性分析。结果临床表现:187例成人睡眠相关性癫痫患者病程集中在1～10年内101例(54.01%);发作频率主要为1年发作几次至几十次99例(52.94%);两种或两种以上发作类型119例(63.64%);其中发作表现为局灶性起源121例次(39.29%),局灶进展为双侧强直阵挛152例次(49.35%);两种及以上药物治疗110例(58.82%)。EEG结果:(1)常规EEG癫痫样放电检出率为22.78%,VEEG癫痫样放电检出率为80.43%,两种检查方法比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);(2)发作间期常规EEG监测到18例癫痫样放电,VEEG监测到111例癫痫样放电;(3)监测到56次发作性事件,均发生在VEEG监测过程中;其中50次发生在睡眠期(89.29%),6次发生在清醒期(10.71%);结合临床45次(80.36%)确诊为癫痫发作,9次(16.07%)确诊为非癫痫发作,不能确定其发作性质2例(3.57%);(4)VEEG监测中睡眠期癫痫样放电检出率高于清醒期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。睡眠分期中NREMⅠ–Ⅱ期癫痫样放电检出率所占比例最高。结论成人睡眠相关性癫痫具有一定的临床特征和EEG表现,VEEG相较常规EEG更能提高癫痫样放电的检出率,且对睡眠期发作事件的定性提供诊断依据,并能反映癫痫样放电与睡眠之间的关系,对成人睡眠相关性癫痫的临床诊治提供依据。
