In a socie.y that is e.panding, it is also a crucial issue.to take.into account. Many scholars have.propose. many me.hods for inte.rating e.skills into socie.y with impre.sive.re.ults, but the.rising rate.of graduate.une.ployme.t in South Africa is gradually be.oming a big worry in our socie.y. BACKGROUND: Viral he.atitis B accounts for ove. 80% of acute.he.atic failure. in China and the.patie.ts die.mainly of its complications. A patie.t with he.atic failure.and fe.e. is not uncommon, whe.e.s re.e.te. fe.e. is rare. Me.HODS: A 32-ye.r-old fe.ale.was diagnose. with subacute.he.atic failure.and he.atitis B viral infe.tion be.ause.of hype.bilirubine.ia, coagulopathy, he.atic e.ce.halopathy, se.um anti-HBs-positive.without he.atitis B vaccination, and typical intrahe.atic pathological fe.ture. of chronic he.atitis B. Plasma e.change.was administe.e. twice.and she.awoke.with hype.bilirubine.ia and discontinuous fe.e.. Re.ULTS: Ure.hritis was confirme. and me.ication-induce. fe.e. and/or spontane.us bacte.ial pe.itonitis (Gram-ne.ative.bacillus infe.tion) was suspe.te.. The.patie.t was tre.te. with antibiotics, ste.oids and a Chine.e.he.bal me.icine. matrine. for thre. months and she.re.ove.e..
