Total ionizing dose effect modeling method for CMOS digital-integrated circuit

Simulating the total ionizing dose(TID)of an electrical system using transistor-level models can be difficult and expensive,particularly for digital-integrated circuits(ICs).In this study,a method for modeling TID effects in complementary metaloxide semiconductor(CMOS)digital ICs based on the input/output buffer information specification(IBIS)was *** digital IC was first divided into three parts based on its internal structure:the input buffer,output buffer,and functional *** of these three parts was separately *** the IBIS model,the transistor V-I characteristic curves of the buffers were processed,and the physical parameters were extracted and modeled using *** the functional area,logic functions were modeled in VHDL according to the data sheet.A golden digital IC model was developed by combining the input buffer,output buffer,and functional area ***,the golden ratio was reconstructed based on TID experimental data,enabling the assessment of TID effects on the threshold voltage,carrier mobility,and time series of the digital *** experiments were conducted using a CMOS non-inverting multiplexer,NC7SZ157,and the results were compared with the simulation results,which showed that the relative errors were less than 2%at each dose *** confirms the practicality and accuracy of the proposed modeling *** TID effect model for digital ICs developed using this modeling technique includes both the logical function of the IC and changes in electrical properties and functional degradation impacted by TID,which has potential applications in the design of radiation-hardening tolerance in digital ICs.

AIEgens can serve as an effective platform for the construction of photosensitizer-based immunogenic cell death(ICD)*** date,several mitochondria or endoplasmic reticulum(ER)-targeted aggregationinduced emission(AIE)molecules have been developed and have evoked massive ICD in ***,due to the complex physicochemical environment in cells,these small AIE molecules cannot maintain a stable aggregate state,which not only affects the fluorescence intensity of the photosensitizer but also decreases the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and thus reducing the effect of the photosensitizer to elicit ***-based nanomicelles,which maintain a stable micellar structure,can prevent defects of AIE molecules in photodynamic therapy(PDT)***,in this study,a mitochondria-targeted AIE nanophotosensitizer was synthesized and used as a highly potent ICD inducer for vaccine preparation and tumor prevention.

With development of integrated energy systems and energy markets,transactive energy has received increasing attention from society and academia,and realization of energy distribution and integrated demand response through market transactions has become a current research *** on optimized operation of a distributed energy station as a regional energy supply center is of great significance for improving flexibility and reliability of the *** on retail-side energy trading market,this study first establishes a framework of combined electric and heating energy markets and analyses a double auction market mechanism model of interconnected distributed energy *** study establishes a mechanism model of energy market participants,and establishes the electric heating combined market-clearing model to maximize global surplus considering multi-energy ***,in the case study,a typical user energy consumption scenario in winter is selected,showing market-clearing results and demand response effects on a typical *** of transmission line constraints,energy supply equipment capacity,and other factors on clearing results and global surplus are compared and analyzed,verifying the effects of the proposed method on improving global surplus,enhancing interests of market participants and realizing coordination and optimal allocation of both supply and demand resources through energy complementarity between regions.

Hollow multi-shelled structures(HoMSs)have made significant strides across a wide spectrum of scientific investigations since the inception of the sequential templating approach(STA)in 2009,revealing distinctive temporal-spatial ordering *** recent establishment of a mathematical model for STA has not only demystified the formation of concentration waves within the STA process but also extended its relevance to gentler solutionbased systems,thereby broadening the HoMs ***,focusing on photoelectric applications,this review first summarizes the unique temporal-spatial ordering features of ***,the greatly enhanced properties of light capture and absorption,exciton separation,and transfer are deeply ***,we conclude with a perspective on the potential challenges and burgeoning opportunities that lie ahead in the advancement of HoMs development.

Network Pharmacology Based Elucidation of Molecular Mechanisms of Laoke Formula for Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: To explore the specific pharmacological molecular mechanisms of Laoke Formula(LK)on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) based on clinical application, network pharmacology and experimental validation. Methods: Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression analysis were used to evaluate the survival benefit of Chinese medicine(CM) treatment in 296 patients with NSCLC in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from January 2011 to December 2015. The compounds of LK were screened using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform, and the corresponding targets were performed from Swiss Target Prediction. NSCLC-related targets were obtained from Therapeutic Target Database and Comparative Toxicogenomics Database. Key compounds and targets were identified from the compound-target-disease network and protein-protein interaction(PPI) network analysis, respectively. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) and Gene Ontology(GO) enrichment analysis were used to predict the potential signaling pathways involved in the treatment of advanced NSCLC with LK. The binding affinities between key ingredients and targets were further verified using molecular docking. Finally, A549 cell proliferation and migration assay were used to evaluate the antitumor activity of LK. Western blot was used to further verify the expression of key target proteins related to the predicted pathways. Results: Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival of the CM group was longer than that of the non-CM group(36 months vs.26 months), and COX regression analysis showed that LK treatment was an independent favorable prognostic factor(P=0.027). Next, 97 components and 86 potential targets were included in the network pharmacology, KEGG and GO analyses, and the results indicated that LK was associated with proliferation and apoptosis. Long non-coding RNA H19 regulates neurogenesis of induced neural stem cells in a mouse model of closed head injury

Stem cell-based therapies have been proposed as a potential treatment for neural regeneration following closed head *** previously reported that induced neural stem cells exert beneficial effects on neural regeneration via cell ***,the neural regeneration efficiency of induced neural stem cells remains *** this study,we explored differentially expressed genes and long non-coding RNAs to clarify the mechanism underlying the neurogenesis of induced neural stem *** found that H19 was the most downregulated neurogenesis-associated lnc RNA in induced neural stem cells compared with induced pluripotent stem ***,we demonstrated that H19 levels in induced neural stem cells were markedly lower than those in induced pluripotent stem cells and were substantially higher than those in induced neural stem cell-derived *** predicted the target genes of H19 and discovered that H19 directly interacts with mi R-325-3p,which directly interacts with Ctbp2 in induced pluripotent stem cells and induced neural stem *** H19 or Ctbp2 impaired induced neural stem cell proliferation,and mi R-325-3p suppression restored the effect of H19 inhibition but not the effect of Ctbp2 ***,H19 silencing substantially promoted the neural differentiation of induced neural stem cells and did not induce apoptosis of induced neural stem ***,silencing H19 in induced neural stem cell grafts markedly accelerated the neurological recovery of closed head injury *** results reveal that H19 regulates the neurogenesis of induced neural stem cells.H19 inhibition may promote the neural differentiation of induced neural stem cells,which is closely associated with neurological recovery following closed head injury.

Optimized air-ground data fusion method for mine slope modeling

Refined 3D modeling of mine slopes is pivotal for precise prediction of geological *** at the inadequacy of existing single modeling methods in comprehensively representing the overall and localized characteristics of mining slopes,this study introduces a new method that fuses model data from Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)tilt photogrammetry and 3D laser scanning through a data alignment algorithm based on control ***,the mini batch K-Medoids algorithm is utilized to cluster the point cloud data from ground 3D laser ***,the elbow rule is applied to determine the optimal cluster number(K0),and the feature points are ***,the nearest neighbor point algorithm is employed to match the feature points obtained from UAV tilt photogrammetry,and the internal point coordinates are adjusted through the distanceweighted average to construct a 3D ***,by integrating an engineering case study,the K0 value is determined to be 8,with a matching accuracy between the two model datasets ranging from 0.0669 to 1.0373 ***,compared with the modeling method utilizing K-medoids clustering algorithm,the new modeling method significantly enhances the computational efficiency,the accuracy of selecting the optimal number of feature points in 3D laser scanning,and the precision of the 3D model derived from UAV tilt *** method provides a research foundation for constructing mine slope model.
