Solidification and crystallization properties of CaO-SiO_2-Na_2O based mold fluxes

Crystallization properties play an important role in keeping a smooth running of continuous casting process and high surface quality of cast strands. To reduce fluorine pollution in slag, a new type of CaO-SiO2-Na2O （CSN） based mold flux was studied. The solidification and crystallization properties, including crystallization temperature, crystallization ratio and solidification mineragraphy, were measured, which were compared with the CaO-SiO2-CaF2 （GF） mold flux. The results show that the crystallization performance is equal to the high fluoride mold powder and CSN can be used for peritectic steel grades sensitive to longitudinal cracking in continuous casting.

We have developed a superhydrophobic and corrosion-resistant LDH-W/PFDTMS composite coating on the surface of Mg *** composite comprised a tungstate-intercalated(LDH-W)underlayer that was grown at low temperature(relative to hydrothermal reaction conditions)under atmospheric pressure and an outer polysiloxane layer created from a solution containing perfluorodecyltrimethoxysilane(PFDTMS)using a simple immersion *** successful intercalation of tungstate into the LDH phase and the following formation of the polysiloxane layer were confirmed through X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The corrosion resistance of the LDH-W film,both before and after the PFDTMS modification,was evaluated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),Tafel curves,and immersion *** results showed that Mg coated with LDH-W/PFDTMS exhibited significantly enhanced corrosion protection compared to the unmodified LDHW film,with no apparent signs of corrosion after exposure to 3.5wt%NaCl solution for 15 ***,the LDH-W/PFDTMS coating demonstrated superior superhydrophobicity and self-cleaning properties against water and several common beverages,as confirmed by static contact angle and water-repellency *** results offer valuable insights into preparing superhydrophobic and corrosion-resistant LDH-based composite coatings on Mg alloy surfaces under relatively mild reaction conditions.

In the era of"Internet plus", new teaching models such as MOOCs, Microlearning and Flipped Classroom(a form of blended learning) have been integrated into teaching and learning of English courses in higher vocational colleges, which have brought about positive effects as well as challenges on it. The biggest challenge is that the original classroom ecology of higher vocational English has been disturbed, seriously hindering the realization of their functions. This paper discusses the necessity of reconstructing classroom ecology of higher vocational English and put forward some measures such as redefining the roles of teachers and students, building digital teaching resources and reforming assessments of students’ English learning to achieve the goal of optimizing students’ learning processes and facilitating the improvement of their English language competence

Controlled synthesis of structurally anisotropic rhenium diselenide （ReSe2） with macroscopically uniform and strictly monolayer thickness as well as tunable domain shape/size is of great interest for electronics-, optoelectronics-, and electrocatalysis-related applications. Herein, we describe the controlled synthesis of uniform monolayer ReSe2 flakes with variable morphology （sunflower- or truncated-triangle-shaped） on SiO2/Si substrates using different ambient-pressure chemical vapor deposition （CVD） setups. The prepared polycrystalline ReSe2 flakes were transferred intact onto Au foil electrodes and tested for activity in the hydrogen evolution reaction （HER）. Interestingly, compared to the compact truncated-triangle-shaped ReSe2 flakes, their edge-abundant sunflower-shaped counterparts exhibited superior electrocatalytic HER activity, featuring a relatively low Tafel slope of - 76 mV/dec and an exchange current density of 10.5 μA/cm2. Thus, our work demonstrates that CVD-grown ReSe2 is a promising two- dimensional anisotropic material for applications in the electrocatalytic HER.

A high-performance heterojunction photodetector is formed by combining an n-type Si substrate with p-type monolayer WSe2 obtained using physical vapor deposition. The high quality of the WSe2/Si heterojunction is demonstrated by the suppressed dark current of I nA and the extremely high rectification ratio of 107. Under illumination, the heterojunction exhibits a wide photoresponse range from ultraviolet to near-infrared radiation. The introduction of graphene quantum dots （GQDs） greatly elevates the photodetective capabilities of the heterojunction with strong light absorption and long carrier lifetimes. The GQDs/WSe2/Si heterojunction exhibits a high responsivity of -707 mA·W^-1, short response time of 0.2 ms, and good specific detectivity of -4.51×10^9 Jones. These properties suggest that the GQDs/WSe2/Si heterojunction holds great potential for application in future high- performance photodetectors.

With the development of IoT technology,the widespread use of mobile devices drives the increasing investment of resources. Mobile edge computing is an emerging paradigm that can effectively overcome the problems of long transmission distance and high response delay of traditional cloud computing by deploying communication, computing, and storage resources on edge devices. In this paper, we focus on the task offloading problem for multiple users by considering the collaboration of edge servers under the constraints on computing and communication resources. Our objective is to optimize the total cost by jointly considering the delays and energy consumption. We propose a novel task offloading strategy based on deep reinforcement learning CTOSDRL by introducing a set updating mechanism in edgecloud collaborative computing. Specifically, we consider avoiding the high complexity brought by the adjacent edge severs and propose a heuristic algorithm to filter out the feasible ones. Then, we propose a new task offloading strategy by training a fully connected neural network. Extensive evaluations demonstrate that the proposed task offloading strategy outperforms baselines in terms of efficiency.

Objective：Transcriptional coactivator p300 has been shown to play a variety of roles in the transcription process and mutation of p300 has been found in certain types of human ***,the expression dynamics of p300 in breast cancer （BC） and its effect on BC patients＇ prognosis are poorly ***：In the present study,the methods of tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry （IHC） were used to investigate the protein expression of p300 in *** operating characteristic （ROC） curve analysis,Spearman＇s rank correlation,Kaplan-Meier plots and Cox proportional hazards regression model were utilized to analyze the ***：Based on the ROC curve analysis,the cutoff value for p300 high expression was defined when the H score for p300 was more than *** expression of p300 could be observed in 105/193 （54.4%） of BCs,in 6/25 （24.0%） of non-malignant breast tissues,respectively （P=0.004）.Further correlation analysis showed that high expression of p300 was positively correlated with higher histological grade,advanced clinical stage and tumor recurrence （P0.05）.In univariate survival analysis,a significant association between high expression of p300 and shortened patients＇ survival and poor progression-free survival was found （P0.05）.Importantly,p300 expression was evaluated as an independent prognostic factor in multivariate analysis （P0.05）.Conclusion：Our findings provide a basis for the concept that high expression of p300 in BC may be important in the acquisition of a recurrence phenotype,suggesting that p300 high expression,as examined by IHC,is an independent biomarker for poor prognosis of patients with BC.

BACKGROUND Perforated peptic ulcer(PPU)is a common emergency surgical condition and a significant cause of morbidity and mortality *** advances in surgical techniques have improved outcomes for patients with PPU,many factors still affect postoperative hospital stay and overall *** potential factor is the serum albumin(SA)level,a widely utilized marker of nutritional status that has been associated with length of stay and complications in various surgical *** To clarify the correlation of SA level on postoperative day 2 with hospital length of stay(HLOS)in patients undergoing emergency surgery for perforated peptic ulcer(PPU).METHODS We retrospectively collected and analyzed clinical baseline data,including blood routine and SA levels,of patients who underwent emergency PPU surgery and postoperative treatment at the Lingnan Hospital,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between December 2012 and September *** were grouped according to HLOS with 7 d as the cut-off value,and relevant indicators were analyzed using SPSS *** Of the 37 patients undergoing emergency surgery for PPU referred to our department,33 had gastric and 4 had duodenal ulcer *** median HLOS was 10 *** were 8 patients in the≤7-d group(median HLOS:7 d)and 29 patients in the>7-d group(median HLOS:10 d).The≤7-d group had markedly higher SA on postoperative day 2 than the>7-d group(37.7 g/L vs 32.6g/L;P7 d(Odds ratio=0.629,P=0.015).The cut-off of SA on postoperative day 2 was 30.6g/L,with an area under the curve of 0.86 and a negative predictive value of 100%for the prediction of HLOS≤7 *** The SA level on postoperative day 2 was associated with the HLOS in patients undergoing emergency surgery for *** pre-and post-operative albumin levels should be monitored,and infusion of human SA should be considered in a timely man
