A lightweight data-voting strategy for triple-modular redundant control computers

Triple-modular redundancy(TMR), a well-known methodology for improving the reliability of computer systems, has been used for onboard control computers in many safety-critical space applications. In this paper, a lightweight data-voting strategy for TMR control computer is proposed, in which an additional straightforward input voting stage is added, so that determination of the maximum admissible deviation for output matching, as required by traditional strategies, can be avoided. The lightweight strategy is a practical data-voting solution for the TMR control computer that exploits the characteristics of the data of the control computer. The addition of input voting, in both the value and time domains, can ensure that the outputs of non-faulty machines are exactly equal, and the bitwise output matching of the TMR control computer can be performed. The new data-voting strategy has been optimized according to the actual application conditions in spacecraft control systems, and has been adopted for the TMR control computer of the Chang’e-5 Return Spacecraft. The results of the ground experiments and successful on-orbit application have demonstrated the advantages of the new data-voting strategy for TMR control computer.

Metabolic Response of Pakchoi Leaves to Amino Acid Nitrogen

Different nitrogen （N） forms may cause changes in the metabolic profiles of plants. However, few studies have been conducted on the effects of amino acid-N on plant metabolic profiles. The main objective of this study was to identify primary metabolites associated with amino acid-N （Gly, Gln and Ala） through metabolic profile analysis using gas chromatography- mass spectrometry （GC-MS）. Plants of pakchoi （Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis L.）, Huawang and Wuyueman cultivars, were grown with different nitrogen forms （i.e., Gly, Gln, Ala, NO3-N, and N starvation） applied under sterile hydroponic conditions. The fresh weight and plant N accumulation of Huawang were greater than those of Wuyueman, which indicates that the former exhibited better N-use efficiency than the latter. The physiological performances of the applied N forms were generally in the order of NO3-N〉Gln〉Gly〉Ala. The metabolic analysis of leaf polar extracts revealed 30 amino acid N-responsive metabolites in the two pakchoi cultivars, mainly consisting of sugars, amino acids, and organic acids. Changes in the carbon metabolism of pakchoi leaves under amino acid treatments occurred via the accumulation of fructose, glucose, xylose, and arabinose. Disruption of amino acid metabolism resulted in accumulation of endogenous Gly in Gly treatment, Pro in Ala treatment, and Asn in three amino acid （Gly, Gln and Ala） treatments. By contrast, the levels of endogenous Gln and Leu decreased. However, this reduction varied among cultivars and amino acid types. Amino acid-N supply also affected the citric acid cycle, namely, the second stage of respiration, where leaves in Gly, Gln and Ala treatments contained low levels of malic, citric and succinic acids compared with leaves in NO3-N treatments. No significant difference in the metabolic responses was observed between the two cultivars which differed in their capability to use N. An iterative detection and decoding algorithm with outer code decision feedback is proposed for the dual polarized( DP) land mobile satellite( LMS) MIMO systems using concatenated codes. A feedback structure is added after the outer decoder in the proposed algorithm. The feedback information is exploited to control the detecting list in the MIMO detector and reduce the number of symbols which have to be processed at each iteration. As a result,the computational complexity is reduced. Meanwhile,the successfully decoded outer code words are used to calculate the more reliable initial information for the inner decoder and the system performance can be improved by this step. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the computational complexity compared to the traditional iterative detection and decoding algorithm and achieve better performance.

目的探讨CD7在儿童急性髓细胞性白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)中表达的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2016年10月至2020年12月江西省儿童医院收治的60例AML患儿资料,根据免疫分型结果分为CD7阳性(CD7^(+))组和CD7阴性(CD7^(-))组,对比两组患儿的临床特征、免疫表型及治疗效果。结果60例AML患儿中,CD7^(+)18例,阳性率为30.00%;以M2及M5为主,其中M2的表达率为55.56%,高于其他亚型。CD7^(+)组患儿的白细胞计数及骨髓原始粒细胞计数显著高于CD7^(-)组(P0.05)。患儿均接受标准诱导化疗方案治疗1个疗程后,CD7^(+)组的完全缓解率低于CD7^(-)组(P0.05)。结论与CD7^(-)患儿比较,CD7^(+)患儿外周白细胞计数和骨髓原始细胞计数均显著增高,且第1疗程的完全缓解率显著降低。CD7抗原表达对AML患儿的不良预后具有显著的预测价值,可能为AML患儿的治疗策略提供新的思路,并为进一步探索CD7在AML发展中的作用机制奠定基础。
