Root nodule symbiosis(RNs)between legumes and rhizobia is a major source of nitrogen in agricultural *** symbiosis requires precise regulation of plant defense *** role of the defense hormone jasmonic acid(JA)in the immune response has been extensively *** research shows that JA can play either a positive or negative regulatory role in RNS depending on its concentration,but the molecular mechanisms remain to be *** this study,we found that inoculation with the rhizobia Sm1021 induces the JA pathway in Medicago truncatula,and blocking the JA pathway significantly reduces the number of infection *** in the MtMYc2 gene,which encodes a JA signaling master transcription factor,significantly inhibited rhizobia infection,terminal differentiation,and symbiotic cell *** RNA sequencing and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing,we discovered that MtMYc2 regulates the expression of nodule-specific MtDNF2,MtNAD1,and MtSymCRK to suppress host defense,while it activates MtDNF1 expression to regulate the maturation of MtNCRs,which in turn promotes bacteroid *** importantly,MtMYC2 participates in symbiotic signal transduction by promoting the expression of ***,the MtMYC2-MtiPD3 transcriptional regulatory module is specifically present in legumes,and the Mtmyc2 mutants are susceptible to the infection by the pathogen Rhizoctonia ***,these findings reveal the molecular mechanisms of how the JA pathway regulates RNS,broadening our understanding of the roles of JA in plant-microbe interactions.

Accurate simulation of the evolution of freak waves by the wave phase focusing method requires accurate linear and nonlinear properties,especially in deep-water *** this paper,we analyze the ability to simulate deep-water focused waves of a two-layer Boussinesq-type(BT)model,which has been shown to have excellent linear and nonlinear *** further improve the numerical accuracy and stability,the internal wavegenerated method is introduced into the two-layer Boussinesq-type ***,the sensitivity of the numerical results to the grid resolution is analyzed to verify the convergence of the model;secondly,the focused wave propagating in two opposite directions is simulated to prove the symmetry of the numerical results and the feasibility of the internal wave-generated method;thirdly,the limiting focused wave condition is simulated to compare and analyze the wave surface and the horizontal velocity of the profile at the focusing position,which is in good agreement with the measured *** the simulation of focused waves in very deep waters agrees well with the measured values,which further demonstrates the capability of the two-layer BT model in simulating focused waves in deep waters.

Long-time integration technique is an effective way of improving target detection performance for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in the passive bistatic radar(PBR),while range migration(RM)and Doppler frequency migration(DFM)may have a major effect due to the target *** paper proposed an innovative long-time coherent integration approach,regarded as Continuous Radon-matched filtering process(CRMFP),for low-observable UAV target in passive bistatic *** not only mitigates the RM by collaborative research in range and velocity dimensions but also compensates the DFM and ensures the coherent integration through the matched filtering process(MFP).Numerical and real-life data following detailed analysis verify that the proposed method can overcome the Doppler mismatch influence and acquire comparable detection performance.
