OBJECTIVES To evaluate the predictive value of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)for in-hospital mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)with different glucose metabolism *** We selected 5,308 participants with AMI from the prospective,nationwide,multicenter CAMI registry,of which 2,081 were diabetic and 3,227 were *** were divided into high FPG and low FPG groups according to the optim-al cutoff values of FPG to predict in-hospital mortality for diabetic and nondiabetic cohorts,*** primary endpoint was in-hospital *** Overall,94 diabetic patients(4.5%)and 131 nondiabetic patients(4.1%)died during hospitalization,and the optimal FPG thresholds for predicting in-hospital death of the two cohorts were 13.2 mmol/L and 6.4 mmol/L,*** with individuals who had low FPG,those with high FPG were significantly associated with higher in-hospital mortality in diabet-ic cohort(10.1%vs.2.8%;odds ratio[OR]=3.862,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.542-5.869)and nondiabetic cohort(7.4%vs.1.7%;HR=4.542,95%CI:3.041-6.782).After adjusting the potential confounders,this significant association was not ***-more,FPG as a continuous variable was positively associated with in-hospital mortality in single-variable and multivariable models regardless of diabetic *** FPG to the original model showed a significant improvement in C-statistic and net reclassification in diabetic and nondiabetic *** This large-scale registry indicated that there is a strong positive association between FPG and in-hospital mor-tality in AMI patients with and without *** might be useful to stratify patients with AMI.

为实现沥青混合料设计、施工与服役期间的性能一体化,引入沥青混合料工作性能指标,从黏聚性、黏附性、流动性、可压实性和均匀性5个方面分析其对混合料工作性能的影响特征。首先分别阐述了上述5个方面各自的评价方法与指标,总结了现有评价体系的不足与未来研究方向;其次,综合分析了上述5个方面之间的内在联系及其对混合料路用性能的影响规律;最后,基于沥青混合料的工作性能与路用性能,提出合理、便捷且具有代表性的沥青混合料工作性能综合评价方法及指标,并将该综合指标嵌入设计阶段,提出基于工作性能与路用性能的沥青混合料平衡设计法,以此来调整和优化沥青混合料的设计,推动沥青混合料设计方法的完善与升级,促进沥青路面的可持续与高质量发展。

We investigate the influence of source and drain bias voltages(V_(DS))on the quantum sub-band transport spectrum in the 10-nm width N-typed junctionless nanowire transistor at the low temperature of 6 *** demonstrate that the transverse electric field introduced from V_(DS) has a minor influence on the threshold voltage of the *** transverse electric field plays the role of amplifying the gate restriction effect of the *** one-dimensional(1D)-band dominated transport is demonstrated to be modulated by V_(DS) in the saturation region and the linear region,with the sub-band energy levels in the channel(E_(channel))intersecting with Fermi levels of the source(E_(fS))and the drain(E_(fD))in turn as V_(g) *** turning points from the linear region to the saturation region shift to higher gate voltages with V_(DS) increase because the higher Fermi energy levels of the channel required to meet the situation of E_(fD)=E_(channel).We also find that the bias electric field has the effect to accelerate the thermally activated electrons in the channel,equivalent to the effect of thermal temperature on the increase of electron *** work provides a detailed description of the bias-modulated quantum electronic properties,which will give a more comprehensive understanding of transport behavior in nanoscale devices.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.
