Sedimentary filling and sequence structure dominated by T-R cycles of the Nenjiang Formation in the Songliao Basin

The Nenjiang Formation in the Songliao Basin is a symmetrical sequence of progradation-retrogradation,and is formed in the transgression cycle and regression cycle(T-R cycles)of the base level of *** analyzed the drilling,well logging,core data,and seismic profiles of basin level,and by using the sequence stratigraphy,identified one secondary sequence boundary,two third-order sequence boundaries,and eight fourth-order sequence boundaries in the Nenjiang *** eleven sequence boundaries can be divided into structural unconformity,depositional unconformity,flooding surface,and forced regression *** the Nenjiang Formation can be subdivided into one secondary sequence,three third-order sequences,and ten fourth-order *** have restored the sedimentary filling evolution within the stratigraphic framework of fourth-order sequences in the Nenjiang *** sedimentary period of the first member of the Nenjiang Formation was corresponded to the global transgression period,which is also the development period of transgression cycle(T cycle),when the lake basin had the largest scope and deepest sedimentary water,the SB07(the maximum flooding surface)was formed on the top of strata during this period;covering above the SB07,there developed a set of condensation layer-oil shale,which is distributed in the whole basin and is the important source bed and regional ***,a retrogradation sequence was formed in the T cycle of the first member of the Nenjiang Formation,characterized by the retrograding delta at a low *** delta has a giant front,a small plain,and many underwater distributary ***,large gravity flow channels and sublacustrine fans are developed in the front of the *** the depositional period of the second member of the Nenjiang Formation,the R cycle began to develop due to the compression of the pacific tectonic domain;the source direction rotated 90°along with the eastern uplifting of

T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL),a heterogeneous hematological malignancy,is caused by the developmental arrest of normal T-cell *** development of targeted therapeutic regimens is impeded by poor knowledge of the stage-specific aberrances in this *** this study,we performed multi-omics integration analysis,which included mRNA expression,chromatin accessibility,and gene-dependency database analyses,to identify potential stage-specific druggable targets and repositioned drugs for this *** multi-omics integration helped identify 29 potential pathological genes for *** genes exhibited tissue-specific expression profiles and were enriched in the cell cycle,hematopoietic stem cell differentiation,and the AMPK signaling *** these,four known druggable targets(CDK6,TUBA1A,TUBB,and TYMS)showed dysregulated and stage-specific expression in malignant T cells and may serve as stage-specific targets in *** TUBA1A expression level was higher in the early T cell precursor(ETP)-ALL cells,while TUBB and TYMS were mainly highly expressed in malignant T cells arrested at the CD4 and CD8 double-positive or single-positive ***6 exhibited a U-shaped expression pattern in malignant T cells along the naıve to maturation ***,mebendazole and gemcitabine,which target TUBA1A and TYMS,respectively,exerted stage-specific inhibitory effects on T-ALL cell lines,indicating their potential stage-specific antileukemic role in ***,our findings might aid in identifying potential stage-specific druggable targets and are promising for achieving more precise therapeutic strategies for T-ALL.

园林技术专业中高职课程衔接体系的构建是为了适应社会发展的需要。目前,我国园林技术专业中高职人才培养还存在衔接“脱轨”现象,教学内容选择上与实际工作岗位技能要求相脱节,不能做到与企业“零对接”,没有真正实现无缝衔接。针对这一现象,本文以园林技术专业为研究对象,提出了基于工作过程的中高职课程衔接改革,以岗位职业能力作为课程体系设置的指导思想。在认真分析人才培养目标、职业岗位分析及人才成长规律的基础上,设计出符合学生学情的中高职衔接课程。

为在陆相湖盆寻找有利勘探目标,在岩芯观察和沉积、构造分析的基础上,对岩芯观察资料、三维地震资料、钻井资料和测井曲线资料等进行了较为详细的研究。研究表明,松辽盆地北部青山口组发育广泛的湖相泥岩沉积,沉积相主要为三角洲平原、三角洲内前缘、三角洲外前缘、深湖—半深湖和滨湖。湖区发育大规模重力流沉积,该区发现的重力流沉积主要有滑动岩型、滑塌岩型、碎屑流型、浊积岩型等类型;重力流岩石学特征表明青山口组二段下部的重力流沉积,主要为滑动岩型和滑塌型,岩性主要以粉砂岩,泥质粉砂岩,粉砂质泥岩薄互层为特征,局部含油或有油迹;而青山口组一段顶部的重力流沉积,主要为碎屑流型和浊流型,岩性上以粗砂岩、粉砂岩、粉砂质泥岩、泥岩的薄互层为主。初步探讨了重力流的发育和控制机制,分析表明青山口组重力流沉积是湖区的有利储层区域,英台大安地区为最有利储层。该研究对深入了解湖相储层特征起指导作用。重力流沉积勘探在松辽盆地还处于探索阶段,其研究为在大型陆相湖盆中寻找新的有利勘探目标奠定坚实基础。在陆相湖盆中研究深水重力流沉积,对沉积学研究具有推动作用。

Given its intriguing band structure and unique tunable bandgap,AB-stacked bilayer graphene has great potentials in the applications of high-end electronics,optoelectronics and *** epitaxial growth of AB-stacked single-crystal bilayer graphene films requires a strict AB-stacked lattice,identical orientations and seamless stitching of bilayer graphene ***,the particles inevitably present on the metal surface that produced during high temperature growth would induce random orientations,twisted stacking islands,and uncontrollable multilayers,which is a great challenge to ***,we propose a heat-resisting-box assisted strategy to produce nearly pure AB-stacked bilayer graphene single-crystal films on Cu/Ni(111)*** our technique,the particles on the Cu/Ni(111)surface are effectively eliminated,which greatly minimizes the occurrence of randomly twisted islands and uncontrollable *** as-grown AB-stacked bilayer graphene films show>99%alignment and>99%AB stacking *** work provides a promising method towards the growth of pure AB-stacked bilayer graphene single crystals and would accelerate its device applications.

本研究利用普通光学显微镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察白条黄单胞菌[Xanthomonas albilineans(Ashby)Dowson]侵染后菌体定殖及对甘蔗叶片和蔗茎组织超微结构的影响。结果表明,白条黄单胞菌侵染后叶片的薄壁组织细胞膜裂解,木质部生长受到抑制。叶绿体形状多近圆形,基质片层解体,被膜破坏呈松弛状态,出现大量的原生质膜。扫描电镜可见白条黄单胞菌存在于各个叶肉细胞中,同时在维管束中也发现菌体定殖,特别是木质部导管。蔗茎的维管束被白条黄单胞菌堵塞,使得蔗茎木质化、木栓化严重。本研究有助于理解白条黄单胞菌对甘蔗叶片和蔗茎细胞内细胞器损伤的形态破坏,为白条病防治提供超微形态学依据。

Analysis of The Impact of Excellent Event Management on the Safety of Patients and Clinical Caregivers

Objective: To investigate the impact of excellent event management in improving patient safety and nursing staff care satisfaction. Methods: The study was analyzed by retrospective comparison, and routine management from January 2022 to December 2022 was set as the control group, and excellent event management from January 2023 to January 2024 was set as the study group. The differences in nursing outcomes between both groups were compared. Results: The rate of adverse events in the study group (0.61%) was lower than that in the control group (0.96%), and the rate of excellent events in the study group (2.57%) was higher than that in the control group (0.97%) (P ducing the rate of adverse events, and increasing the rate of reporting excellent events.

甘蔗不同基因型对白条病抗性的评价

【目的】甘蔗白条病是影响甘蔗产业的一种重要细菌检疫性病害，选择抗病品种可有效降低病害的发生。了解甘蔗基因型的白条病抗性，规范抗性评价方法，为甘蔗白条病抗病种质资源的选育和利用提供依据。【方法】以桂糖46号分离得到的黄单胞菌株JG43菌株为接种病原，采用截头法人工接种于70个不同基因型的甘蔗上。通过蘸有细菌悬浮液(10~8 CFU/m L)的剪刀剪切甘蔗生长点上方，并用棉花吸取500μL细菌悬浮液置于斜切面上。分别于接种后14、28、42、56和70 d，对每个甘蔗基因型的发病情况进行调查，计算发病率(incidence,IC)。根据甘蔗白条病严重度评判标准计算病情指数(disease index,DI)和病害进展曲线下面积(area under the disease progress curve,AUDPC)。利用SPSS 25.0软件分别进行方差分析、主成分分析和判别分析。其中，采用一般线性模型和类型Ⅲ的平方和模型进行方差分析，以IC、DI和AUDPC作为因变量，基因型、区组及接种后时间为固定因子。原始数据经过标准化(Z-score)处理后，通过KOM和Bartlett球体检验法进行主成分分析。运用DPS 9.50软件的WPGMA法，计算欧几里得距离(Euclidean metric)进行聚类分析。以聚类分析结果中的不同抗性等级作为分组变量，AUDPC、IC和DI作为自变量，根据Fisher准则进行判别分析，计算分类准确率。【结果】接种14 d，部分基因型叶片开始发病，出现1—2条铅笔状条纹；接种28 d，条纹数增多且逐步向边缘扩展；接种42 d，叶片黄化或白化症状从边缘逐步向叶脉扩展；接种56 d，叶片向内卷曲枯死；接种70 d时，发病严重的甘蔗整株枯萎死亡。方差分析发现，不同基因型(genotype,Gen)、接种后持续时间(days post-inoculation,Dpi)及其互作(Gen×Dpi)对IC、DI和AUDPC均具有极显著影响(P<0.01)，其中，总方差的42%归因于接种后时间效应，表明不同接种时间甘蔗基因型的抗性反应存在显著差异。接种56 d，病害的发生达到相对稳定状态，这一时期的病害数据经平均值多重比较后能较好地进行甘蔗基因型间的抗性划分。判别分析与聚类分析的结果基本一致，将70个基因型分为5个不同抗病等级，包括高抗基因型15份、抗病基因型14份、中抗基因型15份、感病基因型11份、高感基因型15份。【结论】通过截头法人工接种进行甘蔗抗白条病鉴定时，以接种56 d基因型的IC、DI和AUDPC作为抗性鉴定评价指标，在聚类分析的基础上增加判别分析，可以提高试验结果的准确性。筛选出中蔗9号、中蔗4号、中蔗2号、GUC19、GUC8、云瑞03-103、云瑞05-649、云瑞05-182、云瑞05-367、云瑞89-159、福农11-601、福农09-4059、桂糖02-467、桂糖08-297、新台糖22号等15个高抗品种，可进一步用于甘蔗抗白条病育种研究。
