Electrolyte additives play an important role in suppressing lithium dendrites through tailoring the composition/property of the SEI,however lacking of additives can achieve high performances both in ether and carbonate electrolytes hinders further enhancement of the high voltage lithium^-metal ***,lithium perchlorate(LiClO4)has been presented as an excellent additive to meet the above *** optimized chemical composition of SEI can be achieved through the formation of ionic *** results indicate that the LiClO4 behaves like a catalyst,which promotes LiTFSI to form a better SEI to inhibit further *** coulombic efficiencies and cycling performances were obtained both in ether and carbonate *** study paves a new pathway for designing bi-soluble additives for safe lithium metal batteries.

Discrete and symmetric three-dimensional（3D） DNA nanocages have been revoked as excellent candidates for various applications,such as guest component encapsulation and organization（*** molecules,proteins,inorganic nanoparticles,etc.） to construct new materials and *** date,a large variety of DNA nanocages has been synthesized through assembling small individual DNA motifs into predesigned structures in a bottom-up *** of them rely on the assembly using multiple copies of single type of motifs and a few sophisticated nanostructures have been engineered by co-assembling multi-types of DNA tiles ***,the availability of complex DNA nanocages is still ***,we demonstrate that highly symmetric DNA nanocages consisted of binary DNA pointstar motifs can be easily assembled by deliberately engineering the sticky-end interaction between the component building *** such,DNA nanocages with new geometries,including elongated tetrahedron（E-TET）,rhombic dodecahedron（R-DOD）,and rhombic triacontahedron（R-TRI） are successfully ***,their design principle,assembly process,and structural features are revealed by polyacryalmide gel electrophoresis（PAGE）,atomic force microscope（AFM） imaging,and cryogenic transmission electron microscope imaging（cryo-TEM） associated with single particle reconstruction.

Peripheral nerve fibroblasts play a critical role in nerve development and *** previous study found that peripheral nerve fibroblasts have different sensory and motor *** of different phenotypes can guide the migration of Schwann cells to the same sensory or motor *** this study,we analyzed the different effects of peripheral nerve-derived fibroblasts and cardiac fibroblasts on *** with cardiac fibroblasts,peripheral nerve fibroblasts greatly promoted motoneuron neurite *** analysis results identified 491 genes that were differentially expressed in peripheral nerve fibroblasts and cardiac *** these,130 were significantly upregulated in peripheral nerve fibroblasts compared with cardiac *** genes may be involved in axon guidance and neuron *** days after sciatic nerve transection in rats,peripheral nerve fibroblasts accumulated in the proximal and distal nerve stumps,and most expressed brain-derived neurotrophic *** vitro,brain-derived neurotrophic factor secreted from peripheral nerve fibroblasts increased the expression ofβ-actin and F-actin through the extracellular regulated protein kinase and serine/threonine kinase pathways,and enhanced motoneuron neurite *** findings suggest that peripheral nerve fibroblasts and cardiac fibroblasts exhibit different patterns of gene *** nerve fibroblasts can promote motoneuron neurite outgrowth.

Herein,we report a geometrically well-defined prism assembled by two floxuridine(F)integrated RNA strands as a precise nanomedicine for chemodrug *** to the similarity between chemotherapeutic F and uridine(U),all uridines in the component RNA strands are replaced by F during their in vitro transcription *** specifically designing their sequences,F-containing S-shape tiles with the single-stranded loops are constructed and then further assemble into the RNA prism through T-junction interactions and sticky-end *** present study demonstrates that the F-integrated RNA prism can serve as an efficient platform for chemodrug delivery and anticancer *** believe that the study would help the future development of RNA-based nanomedicine in various applications.

Text summarization is an important task in natural language processing and it has been applied in many ***,abstractive summarization has attracted many ***,the traditional evaluation metrics that consider little semantic information,are unsuitable for evaluating the quality of deep learning based abstractive summarization models,since these models may generate new words that do not exist in the original ***,the out-of-vocabulary(OOV)problem that affects the evaluation results,has not been well solved *** address these issues,we propose a novel model called ENMS,to enhance existing N-gram based evaluation metrics with *** be specific,we present two types of methods:N-gram based Semantic Matching(NSM for short),and N-gram based Semantic Similarity(NSS for short),to improve several widely-used evaluation metrics including ROUGE(Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation),BLEU(Bilingual Evaluation Understudy),*** and NSS work in different *** former calculates the matching degree directly,while the latter mainly improves the similarity *** we propose an N-gram representation mechanism to explore the vector representation of N-grams(including skip-grams).It serves as the basis of our ENMS model,in which we exploit some simple but effective integration methods to solve the OOV problem *** results over the TAC AESOP dataset show that the metrics improved by our methods are well correlated with human judgements and can be used to better evaluate abstractive summarization methods.

The incorporation of the high-abundance rareearth element Y in(Nd,Y)-Fe-B sintered magnets offers an opportunity to reduce the cost of permanent magnetic materials,while promoting the balanced usage of rare-earth ***,the performance of(Nd,Y)-Fe-B magnets prepared using the conventional dual-main-phase(DMP) method undergoes significant degradation due to the strong diffusion ability of *** suppress the excessive diffusion of Y,this study presents a macroscopic lamellar magnet preparation ***,the micromagnetic simulations revealed that the multilayer magnets exhibited superior intrinsic performance compared to DMP ***,the multilayer magnets were prepared by alternately stacking the 0% Y(0Y) and 30% Y(30Y) magnetic *** observed magnetic properties demonstrated that the coerc)vity of the three-layer magnet was～0.23 T higher than that of the DMP magnet,leading to improved coercivity stability at high ***,the microstructural observations and elemental analyses indicated the presence of a～200-μm-thick interface layer at the contact site between the 0Y and 30Y magnetic ***,the proposed approach effectively suppressed the excessive diffusion of Y in(Nd,Y)-Fe-B magnets,thereby enhancing the magnetic performance of the sintered magnets.

AIM: To investigate apoptosis in human pancreatic cancer cells induced by Triptolide (TL), and the relationship between this apoptosis and expression of caspase-3' bcl-2 and bax. METHODS: Human pancreatic cancer cell line SW1990 was cultured in DMEM media for this study. MTT assay was used to determine the cell growth inhibitory rate in vitro. Flow cytometry and TUNEL assay were used to detect the apoptosis of human pancreatic cancer cells before and after TL treatment. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of apoptosis-associated gene caspase-3' bcl-2 and bax. RESULTS: TL inhibited the growth of human pancreatic cancer cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner. TL induced human pancreatic cancer cells to undergo apoptosis with typically apoptotic characteristics. TUNEL assay showed that after the treatment of human pancreatic cancer cells with 40 ng/mL TL for 12 h and 24 h, the apoptotic rates of human pancreatic cancer cells increased significantly. RT-PCR demonstrated that caspase-3 and bax were significantly up-regulated in SW1990 cells treated with TL while bcl-2 mRNA was not. CONCLUSION: TL is able to induce the apoptosis in human pancreatic cancer cells. This apoptosis may be mediated by up-regulating the expression of apoptosis- associated caspase-3 and bax gene.
