BACKGROUND Abdominal Clostridium perfringens(C. perfringens) gas gangrene is a rare infection that has been described in the literature as most frequently occurring in postoperative patients with open trauma. Intra-abdominal gas gangrene caused by *** infection after closed abdominal injury is extremely rare, difficult to diagnose, and progresses rapidly with high mortality risk. Here, we report a case of C. perfringens infection caused by closed abdominal *** SUMMARY A 54-year-old male suffered multiple intestinal tears and necrosis after sustaining an injury caused by falling from a high height. These injuries and the subsequent necrosis resulted in intra-abdominal C. perfringens infection. In the first operation,we removed the necrotic intestinal segment, kept the abdomen open and covered the intestine with a Bogota bag. A vacuum sealing drainage system was used to cover the outer layer of the Bogota bag, and the drainage was flushed under negative pressure. The patient was transferred to the intensive care unit for supportive care and empirical antibiotic treatment. The antibiotics were not changed until the results of bacterial culture and drug susceptibility testing were *** consecutive operations were then performed due to secondary intestinal necrosis. After three definitive operations, the patient successfully survived the perioperative period. Unfortunately, he died of complications related to GuillainBarre syndrome 75 d after the first surgery. AIM： To investigate the non-He/icobacterpy/ori （H. pylori） bacterial flora concurrent with H. pylori infection.METHODS： A total of 103 gastric biopsy specimens from H. pylori positive patients were selected for bacterial culture. All the non-H, pylori bacterial isolates were identified by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry （MALdi-TOF MS）.RESULTS： A total of 201 non-H, pyiori bacterial isolates were cultivated from 67 （65.0%） of the 103 gastric samples, including 153 isolates identified successfully at species level and 48 at genus level by MALdi-TOF MS. The dominant species were Streptococcus, Neisseria, Rothla and Staphylococcus, which differed fromthe predominantly acid resistant species reported previously in healthy volunteers. The prevalence of non-H. pylori bacteria was higher in non-ulcer dyspepsia group than in gastric ulcer group （100% vs 42.9%, P 〈 0.001）. Six bacterial species with urease activity （Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus warneri, Staphylococcus capitis, Staphylococcus aureus, Brevibacteriurn spp. and Klebsiella pneumoniae） were also isolated.CONCLUSION： There is a high prevalence of the non-H, pylori bacteria concurrent with H. pylori infection, and the non-H, pylori bacteria may also play important as-yet-undiscovered roles in the pathogenesis of stomach disorders.

The characteristics,formation time,and origin of the sucrosic dolomite reservoirs in the Permian Qixia Formation of northwestern Sichuan Basin are *** and outcrop description and microscopic analysis of the sucrosic dolomite samples are carried *** is found that the dolomite has typical features different from other kinds of dolomites:(1)This dolomite is generally medium-coarse in crystal size,and often associated with very finely to finely crystalline dolomite and cave-filling dolomite.(2)Typical identification marks of eogenetic karstification are developed at the top of the upward-shallowing sequence.(3)The medium-coarse crystalline sucrosic dolomite is cut by the early diagenetic karst fabric,and is characterized by dolomite with dissolution edge,dolomite vadose silt in pores,and transgression clay filling between the medium-coarse dolomite *** medium-coarse crystalline sucrosic dolomite was formed earlier than the eogenetic *** sucrosic dolomite with occasional cloudy core and clear rim has bright cathodoluminescence,high inclusions temperature,significant negative skewness carbon and oxygen isotopic compositions,and rare-earth element(REE)pattern similar to seawater,indicating it experienced two periods of dolomitization,evaporative concentration reflux-infiltration and penecontemporaneous seawater circulation hydrothermal fluid *** study results not only update the understanding on the dolomitization time of Qixia Formation,demonstrate that the sucrosic dolomite can be formed in the penecontemporaneous stage when seawater reflux superimposed with hydrothermal fluid effects,but also show that the taphorogenesis in the Dongwu period began in the Early ***,the dolomite controlled by the grain bank migration and terrain in the slope break appears in bands of large scale,this knowledge provides basis for expanding the exploration field of this type of reservoirs.

Objective:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)after cardiac arrest(CA)is one of the main causes of capillary leakage syndrome(CLS).This study aimed to establish a stable CLS model following the CA and cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CA-CPR)model in Sprague-Dawley(SD)***:We conducted a prospective,randomized,animal model *** adult male SD rats were randomly divided into a normal group(group N),a sham operation group(group S),and a cardiopulmonary resuscitation group(group T).The SD rats of the three groups were all inserted with 24-G needles through their left femoral arteries and right femoral *** group S and group T,the endotracheal tube was *** group T,CA induced by asphyxia(AACA)was caused by vecuronium bromide with the endotracheal tube obstructed for 8 min,and the rats were resuscitated with manual chest compression and mechanical *** and postresuscitation measurements,including basic vital signs(BVS),blood gas analysis(BG),routine complete blood count(CBC),wet-to-dry ratio of tissues(W/D),and the HE staining results after 6 h were ***:In group T,the success rate of the CA-CPR model was 60%(18/30),and CLS occurred in 26.6%(8/30)of the *** were no significant differences in the baseline characteristics,including BVS,BG,and CBC,among the three groups(P>0.05).Compared with pre-asphyxia,there were significant differences in BVS,CBC,and BG,including temperature,oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),mean arterial pressure(MAP),central venous pressure(CVP),white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin,hematocrit,pH,pCO_(2),pO_(2),SO_(2),lactate(Lac),base excess(BE),and Na+(Pdifferences in temperature,heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),SpO_(2),MAP,CVP,WBC,pH,pCO_(2),Na+,and K+among the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the other two groups,the rats in group

A series of core-expanded naphthalene diimides（Ndi-DTYM） and thiophene-based derivatives（1a-c）were designed and synthesized to investigate the relationship between molecular structures and the highest occupied molecular orbital（HOMO） energy levels but has little impact on the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital（LUMO） energy *** results demonstrated that increasing the number of thiophene units can gradually elevate the HOMO energy levels but had little impact on the LUMO energy *** n-channel organic field-effect transistors（OFETs） based on 1b and 1c have demonstrated that these almost unchanged LUMO energy levels are proper to transport electrons.

目的探究布鲁氏菌104M疫苗株A抗原的主要成分,从A抗原中筛选潜在候选蛋白,为布鲁氏菌新型疫苗的研制提供基础。方法本研究利用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳考马斯亮蓝染色、鲎试剂检测脂多糖、脂多糖银染对布鲁氏菌104M疫苗株A抗原的主要成分进行解析,通过与免疫绵羊血清的蛋白免疫印记实验,选取有印迹的部分切胶酶解,利用液相色谱–串联质谱对这部分蛋白进一步解析,通过抗原分析工具VaxiJen和毒力蛋白分析工具VirulentPred,筛选布鲁氏菌A抗原评分0.6以上的毒力相关蛋白作为潜在的候选疫苗。结果布鲁氏菌A抗原是一种淡黄色棉花糖状、质量较轻的物质,主要由蛋白和脂多糖构成,对A抗原的蛋白质组鉴定显示,104M A抗原共有1142种蛋白,能够与绵羊血清反应的蛋白有172种,VaxiJen抗原性评分在0.6以上的有87种蛋白,其中毒力相关蛋白有38种。结论布鲁氏菌104M疫苗株A抗原的主要成分是蛋白质和脂多糖,对筛选到的A抗原中的候选蛋白需要进一步的实验来测试这些蛋白质的免疫原性和保护水平以设计出针对布鲁氏菌病更为有效和安全的疫苗。
