On account of the complicated magnetic exchange interactions between lanthanide ions,binuclear lanthanide complexes have broad application prospect in the field of single-molecule ***,it is necessary to develop reasonable bridging ligands to manipulate the directional assembly of binuclear lanthanide ***,we selected the macrocyclic ligand L^(N_(8)O_(2))to build up two new dilanthanide complexes[Ln_(2)(LN_(8)O_(2))(OpyO)_(2)(H_(2)O)2](NO_(3))_(2)(1-Ln,Ln=Dy,Tb;LN_(8)O_(2)=hexamethyl-tetraaza-dioxe-dipyrazolacycloicosaphane-2,9,12,19-tetraene;OpyOH=2-pyridinol-1-oxide).Dynamic magnetic studies show that 1-Dy exhibits slow relaxation behavior under a 1 kOe applied *** fitting analysis of relaxation times gives the effective energy barrier of 38.2 cm^(−1),and reveals that the slow magnetic relaxation behavior is dominated by the Orbach and Raman ***-resolution luminescence emission spectrum indicates the energy gap of 36.8 cm^(−1)between the ground state and the first excited state,consistent with the magnetic measurement results.1-Tb exhibits brilliant characteristic green light emission under UV light *** absolute quantum yield of 1-Tb is 44.8%,and its first-order fitted decay lifetime is 779.21μs at room *** study provides the way for directional construction of high-performance molecular materials with magnetic and optical dual-function.

A resonant high-pressure microsensor based on a composite pressure-sensitive mechanism of diaphragm bending and volume compression

In this paper,a composite pressure-sensitive mechanism combining diaphragm bending and volume compression was developed for resonant pressure microsensors to achieve high-pressure measurements with excellent *** composite mechanism was explained,and the sensor structure was designed based on theoretical analysis and finite element *** all-silicon resonant high-pressure microsensor with multiple miniaturized cavities and dual resonators was developed,where dual resonators positioned in two resonant cavities with suitably different widths are used to perform opposite characteristics in pressure and the same characteristics at different temperatures,which can improve pressure sensitivities and realize temperature self-compensation by differential frequency *** microsensor was fabricated by microfabrication,and the experimental results showed that the sensor had an accuracy of±0.015%full scale(FS)in a pressure range of 0.1~100 MPa and a temperature range of−10~50℃.The pressure sensitivity of the differential frequency was 261.10 Hz/MPa(~2523 ppm/MPa)at a temperature of 20℃,and the temperature sensitivities of the dual resonators were−1.54 Hz/℃(~−14.5 ppm/℃)and−1.57 Hz/℃(~−15.6 ppm/℃)at a pressure of 2 *** differential output had an outstanding stability within±0.02 Hz under constant temperature and ***,this research provides a convenient solution for high-pressure measurements because of its advantages,namely,large range,excellent accuracy and stability.

Creating large-scale and well-annotated datasets to train AI algorithms is crucial for automated tumor detection and ***,with limited resources,it is challenging to determine the best type of annotations when annotating massive amounts of unlabeled *** address this issue,we focus on polyps in colonoscopy videos and pancreatic tumors in abdominal CT scans;Both applications require significant effort and time for pixel-wise annotation due to the high dimensional nature of the data,involving either temporary or spatial *** this paper,we develop a new annotation strategy,termed Drag&Drop,which simplifies the annotation process to drag and *** annotation strategy is more efficient,particularly for temporal and volumetric imaging,than other types of weak annotations,such as per-pixel,bounding boxes,scribbles,ellipses and ***,to exploit our Drag&Drop annotations,we develop a novel weakly supervised learning method based on the watershed *** results show that our method achieves better detection and localization performance than alternative weak annotations and,more importantly,achieves similar performance to that trained on detailed per-pixel ***,we find that,with limited resources,allocating weak annotations from a diverse patient population can foster models more robust to unseen images than allocating per-pixel annotations for a small set of *** summary,this research proposes an efficient annotation strategy for tumor detection and localization that is less accurate than per-pixel annotations but useful for creating large-scale datasets for screening tumors in various medical modalities.

Trimethyltin chloride(TMT)is a potent neurotoxin to cause neurodegeneration,especially in *** study aimed to identify dietary components that can effectively attenuate TMT-induced neurodegeneration in *** predominant anthocyanin in human diets,cyanidin-3-O-glucoside(C3G,5 or 50 mg/kg),was given to mice for 16 days,and TMT(2.7 mg/kg)was injected intraperitoneally once on the eighth day.C3G(50 mg/kg)significantly alleviated TMT-induced seizures and subsequent cognitive impairment by ameliorating hippocampal neurodegeneration and synaptic ***,C3G treatment restored glutamate homeostasis in brain and reversed glutamine synthetase(GS)inhibition in reactive astrogliosis and neuroinflammation,which are critical for C3G's neuroprotective ***,C3G decreased the lipopolysaccharide,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and interleukin-1βlevels in the mice,which potentially by modulating the relative abundance of Atopobiaceae and Lachnospiraceae in the gut.C3G may be a promising and practical dietary component for reducing TMT-induced neurodegeneration.

Adaptive detection of range-spread targets is considered in the presence of subspace interference plus Gaussian clutter with unknown covariance *** target signal and interference are supposed to lie in two linearly independent subspaces with deterministic but unknown *** on the two-step criteria,two adaptive detectors based on Gradient tests are proposed,in homogeneous and partially homogeneous clutter plus subspace interference,*** of the proposed detectors exhibit theoretically constant false alarm rate property against unknown clutter covariance matrix as well as the power *** results show that,the proposed detectors have better performance than their existing counterparts,especially for mismatches in the signal steering vectors.

OBJECTIVE:To elucidate the mechanism of the nourishing Yin and purging fire Chinese herbal mixture(NYPF)in delaying light-induced premature puberty in ***:Twenty-one days old female SpragueDawley rats were randomly assigned to normal group(N),long light exposure group(L),NYPF and normal saline group(NS).Rats in the L,NYPF and NS groups were exposed to 16 h:350 lux light/8 h:dark,while rats in the N group were exposed to 12 h:50 lux light/12 h:*** and normal saline was administered to the rats in the NYPF group or NS group,respectively,from day *** rats in every group were sacrificed at 9 *** day 28(P28),on the day when rat's vulva opened in the L group(L-VO),on the day when the first estrous interphase occurred in rats of L group(L-E1),and on the day when the second estrous interphase occurred in rats of L group(L-E2),***:On day 34,all rats in the L group,80%of rats in the NS group,40%of rats in the N group,and 20%of rats in the NYPF group showed complete opening of the *** P28,m RNA level of hypothalamic kisspeptin(Kiss-1)in the L group was significantly higher than that in the N group(P<0.05).The rats in the L and NS groups had significantly lower hypothalamic argininephenylalanine-amide(RFamide)-related peptide 3(RFRP-3)m RNA levels than those in the N group(P<0.05),whereas RFRP-3 m RNA level was significantly higher in the NYPF group than that in the L group(P<0.05).At L-VO,the ovarian index of the L and NS groups was significantly higher than that of the N group(P<0.05)and estradiol(E2)level of the NYPF group was significantly lower than that of the N and NS groups(P<0.05);hypothalamic Kiss-1 m RNA level in the L and NS groups was significantly higher than that in the N and NYPF groups(P<0.05),whereas hypothalamic RFRP-3 m RNA level in the L,NYPF,and NS groups was significantly lower than that in the N group(P<0.05).At L-E1,E2 level of the L and NS groups was significantly higher than that of the N group(P<0.01),wher

Understanding the quantitative responses of anisotropic dynamic properties in organic-rich shale with different kerogen content(KC)is of great significance in hydrocarbon exploration and *** controlled experiments with a single variable is challenging for natural shales due to their high variations in components,diagenesis conditions,or pore *** employed the hot-pressing technique to construct 11 well-controlled artificial shale with varying *** artificial shale samples were successive machined into prismatic shape for ultrasonic measurements along different *** revealed bedding perpendicular P-wave velocities are more sensitive to the increasing KC than bedding paralleling velocities due to the preferential alignments of *** elastic stiffnesses except C_(13)are generally decreasing with the increasing KC,the variation of C_(1) and C_(33)on kerogen content are more sensitive than those of C_(44)and C_(66).Apparent dynamic mechanical parameters(v and E)were found to have linear correlation with the true ones from complete anisotropic equations independent of KC,which hold value towards the interpretation of well logs consistently across formations,Anisotropic mechanical parameters(ΔE and brittlenessΔB)tend to decrease with the reducing KC,withΔB showing great sensitivity to KC *** the range of low KC(10%)shale,compilation of data from natural organic rich-shales globally verified the similar systematic relationships that can be empirically used to predict the fraction of KC in shales.

Nuclear mass is a fundamental property of nuclear physics and a necessary input in nuclear *** to the complexity of atomic nuclei and nonperturbative strong interactions,conventional physical models cannot completely describe nuclear binding *** this study,the mass formula was improved by considering an additional term from the Fermi gas *** nuclear masses in the Atomic Mass Evaluation Database were reproduced with a root-mean-square deviation(RMSD)of -1.86 MeV(1.92 MeV).The new mass formula exhibits good performance in the neutron-rich nuclear *** RMSD decreases to 0.393 MeV when the ratio of the neutron number to the proton number is≥1.6.

Silicon （Si） has mild discharge potential and high theoretical capacity,making it a highly desirable material for lithium-ion batteries （LIBs）.Nevertheless,the excessive volume expansion,poor ion/electron conductiv ity and unstable solid electrolyte interface （SEI） hinde practical application to ***,the metallic antimony（Sb） stabilized porous Si （SiDSb） composite was prepared by magnesiothermic reduction of Sb2O3and Mg2Si and chemical etching to remove the by-product of *** highly conductive Sb nanodots embedded in the Si liga ments promote not only the formation of conductive and stable LiF-rich SEI,but also the electron/ion transpor ability of *** to the outstanding bulk/interface stability,excellent conductivity,as well as ideal porous structure,the SiDSb electrode demonstrates a capacity of820 mAh·g-1after undergoing 320 turns at 1000 mA·***,it exhibits a stable capacity of 675 m Ah·g-1when tested at a higher current density of 5000 m A·*** results reveal a viable solution to solve three problems at the same time,namely the poor conductivity,inferior SEI and excessive volume expansion of Si,boding well for the design of Si-based materials for high-energy LIBs.
