Based on five different ensembles of newly generated(2+1)-flavor configurations with pion mass of approximately mπ■(140-310)MeV,we present a lattice analysis of hidden-charm and hidden-strange hexaquarks with the quark content■.The correlation matrices of two types of operators with JPC=0++,0-+,1++and 1--are simulated to extract the masses of the hexaquark candidates,which are subsequently extrapolated to the physical pion mass and continuum *** results indicate that ground state masses are below the■threshold and provide a characteristic signal for the experimental discovery of hexaquark candidates,which may enrich the versatile structure of multiquarks;moreover,it is an indispensable step to decipher the nonperturbative nature of the fundamental interactions of quarks and gluons.

Impact of fluorine on crystal-melt separation in high-silica magma: Insights from muscovite in the Ramba leucogranite of Tethyan Himalaya

The process of crystal-melt separation in the high-silica magmatic mush is still a subject of debate. To explore the process， we conducted a detailed study of Late Miocene leucogranites (SiO2＞70 wt.%) in the Ramba dome of the Tethyan Himalaya， focusing on the genesis and fluorine content of muscovite. The Ramba leucogranites consist of two-mica granite with minor garnet-bearing granite. Large and euhedral muscovites are found in both types of granite exhibiting different geochemical features. The muscovites from the two-mica granites exhibit lower F (mean value: ～0.41–0.43 wt.%)， FeO (mean value: ～1.75–1.81 wt.%)， but higher TiO2(mean value: ～0.61–0.73 wt.%) contents compared to those from the garnet-bearing granites (mean F value: ～0.72%; mean FeO value: 2.48 wt.%; mean TiO2value: ～0.23 wt.%). According to geochemical criteria， we categorized the muscovites from the two-mica granite as two groups: (1) crystallized from the early magma， and (2) formed from interstitial residual melt. In comparison， the muscovite from the garnet-bearing granite was likely crystallized from residual melt extracted from the same magmatic reservoir which underwent a higher degree of evolution. Accordingly， the two-mica granite represents the residual crystal mush consisting of early crystals crystallized from magma and trapped interstitial residual melt， while the garnet-bearing granite represents the aggregation of extracted residual melt. We examined the possibility of crystal-melt separation by estimating the variation of fluorine content and viscosity between the early magma and residual melt. Our results indicate a notable disparity in fluorine content between the residual melt (mean value: ～4364 ppm) and the early magma (mean value: ～2033 ppm). As a result， the estimated viscosity experiences a reduction from 106.52Pa s for the early magma to 105.87Pa s for the residual melt. Sampling-efficient path planning and improved actor-critic-based obstacle avoidance for autonomous robots

Autonomous robots have garnered extensive utilization in diverse fields. Among the critical concerns for autonomous systems, path planning holds paramount importance. Notwithstanding considerable efforts in its development over the years, path planning for autonomous systems continues to grapple with challenges related to low planning efficiency and inadequate obstacle avoidance response in a timely *** study proposes a novel and systematic solution to the path planning problem within intricate office buildings. The solution consists of a global planner and a local planner. To handle the global planning aspect, an adaptive clustering-based dynamic programming rapidly exploring random tree(ACdP-RRT) algorithm is proposed. ACdP-RRT effectively identifies obstacles on the map by leveraging geometric *** obstacles are then represented as a collection of sequentially arranged convex polygons, optimizing the sampling region and significantly enhancing sampling efficiency. For local planning, a network decoupling actor-critic(Nd-AC) algorithm is employed. The proposed Nd-AC simplifies the local planner design process by integrating planning and control loops into a neural network(NN) trained via an end-to-end model-free deep reinforcement learning(dRL) framework. Moreover, the adoption of network decoupling(Nd) techniques leads to an improved obstacle avoidance success rate when compared to conventional actor-critic(AC)-based methods. Extensive simulations and experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed approach.

Mycorrhizal fungi mitigate nitrogen losses of an experimental grassland by facilitating plant uptake and soil microbial immobilization

Nitrogen(N)is one of the most limited nutrients of terrestrial ecosystems,whose losses are prevented in tightly coupled cycles in finely tuned *** change-induced N enrichment through atmospheric deposition and application of vast amounts of fertilizer are now challenging the terrestrial N *** mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)are known drivers of plant-soil nutrient fluxes,but a comprehensive assessment of AMF involvement in N cycling under global change is still ***,we simulated N enrichment by fertilization(low/high)in experimental grassland microcosms under greenhouse conditions in the presence or absence of AMF and continuously monitored different N pathways over nine *** found that high N enrichment by fertilization decreased the relative abundance of legumes and the plant species dominating the plant community changed from grasses to forbs in the presence of AMF,based on aboveground *** presence of AMF always maintained plant N:phosphorus(P)ratios between 14 and 16,no matter how the soil N availability *** in plant N:P ratios due to the increased plant N and P uptake might thus be a primary pathway of AMF altering plant community ***,we constructed a comprehensive picture of AMF’s role in N cycling,highlighting that AMF reduced N losses primarily by mitigating N leaching,while N_(2)O emissions played a marginal *** mycorrhizal fungi reduced N_(2)O emissions directly through the promotion of N_(2)O-consuming *** underlying mechanism for reducing N leaching is mainly the AMF-mediated improved nutrient uptake and AMF-associated microbial *** results indicate that synergies between AMF and other soil microorganisms cannot be ignored in N cycling and that the integral role of AMF in N cycling terrestrial ecosystems can buffer the upcoming global changes.

Bifidobacterium breve alleviates gut–liver-axis injury caused by high-fat diet and aflatoxin B1 in mice

Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) is a common contaminant in cereals of global concern， and long-term low-dose exposure can adversely affect human health. Here， we showed that populations with dietary patterns characterized by high-fat diet (HFd) might have an increased risk of exposure to high levels of AFB1. Our data indicated that chronic exposure of AFB1 induced “gut-liver axis” injury in mice under HFd and normal diet (Nd) patterns. AFB1 further aggravated hepatic and intestinal injury， and intestinal microbiota disruption in HFd mice. Bifidobacterium breve BAA-2849 intervention analysis showed that liver injury and lipid disorders caused by AFB1 exposure were alleviated by regulating the proportions of different gut microbes. We demonstrated through a mice model that the populations with a dietary pattern of HFd might be more susceptible to AFB1 exposure and adverse effects on the gut-liver axis， and the toxicity of AFB1 exposure can be alleviated by regulating the gut microbiota.

SARS-CoV-2 infection-induced hyper-inflammation is a key pathogenic factor of *** research,along with others',has demonstrated that mast cells(MCs)play a vital role in the initiation of hyper-inflammation caused by *** previous study,we observed that SARS-CoV-2 infection induced the accumulation of MCs in the peri-bronchus and bronchioalveolar-duct junction in humanized ***,we found that MC degranulation triggered by the spike protein resulted in inflammation in alveolar epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells,leading to subsequent lung *** trachea and bronchus are the routes for SARS-CoV-2 transmission after virus inhalation,and inflammation in these regions could promote viral *** are widely distributed throughout the respiratory ***,in this study,we investigated the role of MCs and their degranulation in the development of inflammation in tracheal-bronchial *** analyses showed the accumulation and degranulation of MCs in the peri-trachea of humanized mice infected with *** degranulation caused lesions in trachea,and the formation of papillary hyperplasia was *** transcriptome analysis in bronchial epithelial cells,we found that MC degranulation significantly altered multiple cellular signaling,particularly,leading to upregulated immune responses and *** administration of ebastine or loratadine effectively suppressed the induction of inflammatory factors in bronchial epithelial cells and alleviated tracheal injury in *** together,our findings confirm the essential role of MC degranulation in SARS-CoV-2-induced hyper-inflammation and the subsequent tissue ***,our results support the use of ebastine or loratadine to inhibit SARS-CoV-2-triggered degranulation,thereby preventing tissue damage caused by hyper-inflammation.
