This study aimed to investigate the potential of chrysin(C)to induce osteogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMsCs)in ***(Cs)was d.s.olved by repeated freeze-thawing of alkali/urea solutions,followed by co-printing of nano-hydroxyapatite(HAP)powders with different concentrations of C solutions(5,10,and 20µmol/L)compounded into Cs *** rheological properties were modified with acetic acid/gelatin solution to construct C-Cs-HAP(C-Cs-H)composite scaffolds by extrusion printing *** characterization showed that the four groups of scaffolds had regularly interconnected porous structures with pore diameters of about 450–600µm,and the novel bioink exhibited.s.ear-thinning properties,with the viscosity of the material decreasing in the shear rates range of 0.01–1000 s^(−1) and thus good *** osteogenic differentiation ability of BMsCs was confirmed by the CCK-8 test,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)test,Alizarin Red.s.aining(ARs)test,osteogenesis-related genes OCN,ALP,Runx 2,and bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)test,which showed a significant promotion of the osteogenic differentiation ability of BMsCs with the increase of the content of *** above results indicate the potential of C-Cs-H composite scaffolds in osteogenesis.

Bio-inspired helicoidal composite laminates, inspired by the intricate helical structures found in nature, present a promising frontier for enhancing the mechanical properties of structural d.s.gns. Hence, this study provid.s.a comprehensive investigation into the nonlinear free vibration and nonlinear bending behavior of bio-inspired composite plates. The inverse hyperbolic shear deformation theory(IHsdT) of plates is employed to characterize the d.s.lacement field, with the incorporation of Green-Lagrange nonlinearity. The problem is modeled using the C0finite element method(FEM), and an in-house code is developed in the MATLAB environment to solve it numerically. Various helicoidal layup configurations including helicoidal recursive(HR), helicoidal exponential(HE), helicoidal semi-circular(Hs), linear helicoidal(LH), and Fibonacci helicoidal(FH)with different layup sequences and quasi-isotropic configurations are studied. The model is validated, and parametric studies are conducted. These studies investigate the effects of layup configurations, side-to-thickness ratio, modulus ratios, boundary conditions, and loading conditions at different load amplitud.s.on the nonlinear vibration and nonlinear bending behaviors of bio-inspired composite plates. The results show that the laminate sequence exerts a substantial impact on both nonlinear natural frequencies and nonlinear bending behaviors. Moreover, this influence varies across different side-to-thickness ratios and boundary conditions of the bio-inspired composite plate.

The recovery of coseismic 3-dimensional(3d) surface deformation field plays a crucial role in studying seismic source characteristics and earthquake hazards. As of now, there are two main types of methods for recovering coseismic 3d.s.rface deformations: the first type is to solve the problem directly by using the least squares method based on observations from three or more viewpoints, and the second type solves the problem by combining ascending and d.s.ending In sAR line-of-sight(LOs) observations with constraint models. The former type is mainly applicable to surface rupture earthquakes, because when an earthquake ruptures to the surface, we can usually obtain surface deformation observations from three or more views. The latter type applies to earthquakes that do not cause surface ruptures and have extensive blind faults. Currently, most research focuses on improving the above types of ***, some key factors in the coseismic 3d.s.rface deformation inversion are rarely mentioned, such as the influence of window size on the inversion results in the strain model and variance component estimation method.s.-VCE), and whether the outliers in the observational data are considered. so, we developed a new chain of integrating In sAR observation and.s.-VCE model to systematically assess the impacts of window size and outliers on coseismic 3d.s.rface deformation inversions. Through simulation experiments, we observed that the selection of window size significantly impacts the accuracy of the results. specifically, larger window sizes lead to wider residuals ranges in the fault region, resulting in the loss of extreme solution values when using a window of 15 × 15 pixels(i.e., 7.5 km × 7.5 km). Hence, we recommend utilizing windows with 7 × 7 pixels or 9 × 9 pixels for optimal accuracy, as larger window sizes diminish the significance of the outcomes. It is still a challenge to develop hierarchically nanostructured catalysts with simple approaches to enhance the low-temperature catalytic ***,a set of mesoporous Co-Cu binary metal oxid.s.with different morphologies were successfully prepared via a facile ammonium bicarbonate precipitation method without any templates or surfactants,which were further applied for catalytic removal of carcinogenic *** the catalysts with different ratios,the CoCu_(0.2)composite oxide presented the best performance,where the temperature required for 90%conversion of toluene was only 237°C at the high weight hour space velocity(WHsV)of 240,000 mL/(gcat·hr).Meanwhile,compared to the related Co-Cu composite oxid.s.prepared by using different precipitants(NaOH and H_(2)C_(2)O_(4)),the NH_(4)HCO_(3)-derived CoCu_(0.2)sample exhibited better catalytic efficiency in toluene oxidation,while the T90 were 22 and 28°C lower than those samples prepared by NaOH andH_(2)C_(2)O_(4)routes,*** on various characterizations,it could be deduced that the excellent performance was related to the small crystal size(6.7 nm),large specific surface area(77.0 m2/g),hollow hierarchical nanostructure with abundant high valence Co ions and adsorbed oxygen *** situ dRIFTs further revealed that the possible reaction pathway for the toluene oxidation over CoCu_(0.2)catalyst followed the route of absorbed toluene→benzyl alcohol→benzaldehyde→benzoic acid→carbonate→CO_(2)and H_(2)*** addition,CoCu_(0.2)sample could keep stable with long-time operation and occur little inactivation under humid condition(5 vol.%water),which revealed that the NH_(4)HCO_(3)-derived CoCu_(0.2)nanocatalyst possessed great potential in ind.s.rial applications for VOCs abatement.

Neoichnological characterization of modern depositional settings addresses the response of benthic animals to ecological conditions and their fluctuations, usually on a relatively short time scale. In this way, analogue models for interpretation of sedimentary strata in the geological record can be *** japonicus(de Haan, 1835), a crab, is commonly found in the Pearl River delta front of southern China. The burrows of M. japonicus are vertical or inclined, I-, U-, Y-, J-and L-shaped tubes, and these are imaged in 7.5-cm-diameter sediment cores. The cores were studied by X-ray radiography, computed tomography, and VG studio MAX reconstruction to obtain three-dimensional images for elaborate morphological study. This crab's burrows are analogous to the trace fossil Psilonichnus. several environmental parameters, i.e., sediment grain size and its total organic carbon(TOC) content, and turbidity and.s.linity of water, have been measured. The results indicated that M. japonicus prefers to live in mesohaline water with turbidity levels of 20-170 NTU, where bioturbation is more abundant. It prefers to occur in mud and.s.lty sand.s.bstrates, with TOC content decreasing as particle size increases. The sedimentary environment, grain size and ichnofacies of analogical trace fossils Psilonichnus are d.s.ussed which supports the interpretation that Psilonichnus is a good indicator of delta front environments.
