Executing customer analysis in a systemic way is one of the possible solutions for each enterprise to understand the behavior of consumer patterns in an efﬁcient and in-depth *** investigation of customer patterns helps theﬁrm to develop efﬁcient decisions and in turn,helps to optimize the enter-prise’s business and maximizes consumer satisfaction *** con-duct an effective assessment about the customers,Naive Bayes(also called Simple Bayes),a machine learning model is ***,the efﬁcacious of the simple Bayes model is utterly relying on the consumer data used,and the existence of uncertain and redundant attributes in the consumer data enables the simple Bayes model to attain the worst prediction in consumer data because of its presumption regarding the attributes ***,in practice,the NB pre-mise is not true in consumer data,and the analysis of these redundant attributes enables simple Bayes model to get poor prediction *** this work,an ensem-ble attribute selection methodology is performed to overcome the problem with consumer data and to pick a steady uncorrelated attribute set to model with the NB classiﬁ*** ensemble variable selection,two different strategies are applied:one is based upon data perturbation(or homogeneous ensemble,same feature selector is applied to a different subsamples derived from the same learning set)and the other one is based upon function perturbation(or heterogeneous ensemble different feature selector is utilized to the same learning set).Further-more,the feature set captured from both ensemble strategies is applied to NB indi-vidually and the outcome obtained is ***,the experimental outcomes show that the proposed ensemble strategies perform efﬁciently in choosing a steady attribute set and increasing NB classiﬁcation performance efﬁciently.

Stimulus-specific accumulation of second messengers like reactive oxygen species （ROS） and Ca^＋ are central to many signaling and regulation processes in plants. However, mechanisms that govern the reciprocal interrelation of Ca^＋ and ROS signaling are only beginning to emerge. NAdPH oxidases of the respiratory burst oxidase homolog （RBOH） family are critical components contributing to the generation of ROS while Calcineurin B-like （CBL） Ca^＋ sensor proteins together with their interacting kinases （CIPKs） have been shown to function in many Ca^＋- signaling processes. In this study, we identify direct functional interactions between both signaling systems. We report that the CBL-interacting pro- tein kinase ClPK26 specifically interacts with the N-terminal domain of RBOHF in yeast two-hybrid analyses and with the full-length RBOHF protein in plant cells. In addition, CIPK26 phosphorylates RBOHF in vitro and co-expression of either CBL1 or CBL9 with CIPK26 strongly enhances ROS production by RBOHF in HEK293T cells. Together, these findings identify a direct interconnection between CBL-ClPK-mediated Ca^＋ signaling and ROS signaling in plants and provide evidence for a synergistic activation of the NAdPH oxidase RBOHF by direct Ca^＋-binding to its EF-hands and Ca2＋-induced phospho-rylation by CBL1/9-ClPK26 complexes.

Objective:Transversus abdominus release(TAR)is often required to achieve apposition of the rectus muscles and achieve wide mesh reinforcement of the abdominal ***,TAR has been done with an open technique(oTAR),and the benefits of the newer robotic approach(rTAR)has not been well established in the Australian *** aim of this study was to compare the results of oTAR with rTAR to demonstrate its safety and ***:A retrospective review of patients who underwent rTAR and oTAR at two tertiary hospitals was conducted between January 2018 and January 2020 in New South Wales,*** demographics,perioperative and postoperative outcomes were compared in both ***:There were 26 patients identified to have undergone TAR(13 rTAR,13 oTAR).Both groups were comparable in regards to age,sex and defect *** was associated with a higher American Society of Anaesthesiologist *** was associated with significantly longer average operative time(260.0±78.9 min vs.185.7±64.5 min,p=0.017)but found to have a significantly shorter length of stay(3.6±2.1 d vs.6.9±3.6 d,p=0.007)with a comparable complication ***:rTAR is associated with shorter length of hospital stay with comparable postoperative outcomes when compared to *** are seeing increasing evidence supporting the safety and benefits of robotics,however larger scale studies are required to fully understand this approach.

Crigler Najjar syndrome is associated with indirect hyperbilirubinemia due to a deficiency of enzyme Uridine di Phospho Glucoronosyl Transferase(UdPGT).Presented here is a case of a female in the first trimester of pregnancy,who was diagnosed to have type 2 Crigler Najjar *** also discuss the management of this rare disease especially in *** bilirubin can cross the placental barrier causing neuro-logical damage in the *** was carefully monitored during pregnancy and treatment with pheno-barbitone in low doses was adjusted such that the serum bilirubin levels were below 10 mg/d *** Najjar syndrome being rare needs to be diagnosed early in pregnancy to avoid adverse fetal *** being an inducer of enzyme UdPGT is used as the first line of treatment and is not teratogenic in the low doses *** protocol followed was on the basis of previous reported cases and successful perinatal outcome was achieved.

Nephrotic syndrome is one of the most common childhood kidney diseases. It is mostly found in the age group of 2 to 8 years. Around 10%-15% of nephrotic syndrome cases are non-responders of steroid treatment(SRNS).Angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)(I/d) gene association studies are important for detecting kidney disease and herein we assessed the association of ACE(I/d) polymorphism with nephrotic syndrome in South Indian children. We recruited 260 nephrotic syndrome(162 boys and 98 girls) and 218(140 boys and 78 girls) control subjects. ACE I/d polymorphism was analyzed by PCR using genotype allele specific primers. In ACE(I/d), we did not find significant association for the ungrouped data of nephrotic syndrome children and the control subjects. Kidney biopsies were done in 86 nephrotic syndrome cases(minimal change disease, n = 51;focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, n = 27;diffuse mesangial proliferation, n = 8). We segregated them into the minimal change disease/focal segmental glomerulosclerosis groups and observed that the ACE’d’ allele was identified with borderline significance in cases of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and the ’Ⅰ’ allele was assessed as having very weak association in cases of minimal change disease. ’Ⅱ’ genotype was weakly associated with minimal change disease. Gender specific analysis revealed weak association of’Id’ genotype with female nephrotic syndrome in females. dominant expression of dd genotype was observed in males with nephrotic syndrome. Our finding indicated that ACE(I/d) has moderate association with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. However, due to the limited number of biopsy proven focal segmental glomerulosclerosis subjects enrolled, further studies are required to confirm these results.

AIM:A decoction of Elephantopus scaber(Asteraceae) root is used to treat liver disorders in Indian and Chinese traditional *** study was designed to examine the dose response effects of *** methanolic extract on rats exposed to N-nitrosodiethylamine(NdEA) induced hepatotoxicity(0.02% NdEA in water five days per week,per oral) in preventive and curative ***:In preventive groups,NdEA was administered for six *** doses of *** methanolic extract(200 and 100 mg kg 1) started one week before the onset of NdEA intoxication and continued for six *** curative animals,NdEA was administered for six weeks followed by treatment with the methanolic n-hexane extract of ***(200 and 100 mg kg 1) for ten ***:*** extract treatment significantly(P ≤ 0.05) reduced the levels of AST,ALT,and MdA in both experimental *** extract also enhanced the antioxidant enzyme and protein levels in rats intoxicated with *** with the extract dose dependently protected the liver from NdEA-induced hepatotoxicity with normal hepatocytes and uniform sinusoids,but in some areas showed degenerating hepatic cells in both treatment ***:*** methanolic extract dose dependently prevented and reversed the hepatotoxicity induced by NdEA in both experimental models.
