We present a study of low surface brightness galaxies(LSBGs) selected by fitting the images for all the galaxies inα.40 SdSS dR7 sample with two kinds of single-component models and two kinds of two-component models(disk+bulge):single exponential,single sersic,exponential+deVaucular(exp+deV),and exponential+sérsic(exp+ser).Under the criteria of the B band disk central surface brightness μ_(0,disk)(B)≥22.5 mag arcsec^(-2) and the axis ratio b/a> 0.3,we selected four none-edge-on LSBG samples from each of the models which contain 1105,1038,207,and 75 galaxies,*** are 756 galaxies in common between LSBGs selected by exponential and sersic models,corresponding to 68.42% of LSBGs selected by the exponential model and 72.83% of LSBGs selected by the sersic model,the rest of the discrepancy is due to the difference in obtaining μ_(0) between the exponential and sersic *** on the fitting,in the range of 0.5≤n≤1.5,the relation of μ_(0) from two models can be written as μ_(0,sérsic)-μ_(0,exp)=-1.34(n-1).The LSBGs selected by disk+bulge models(LSBG_(2)comps) are more massive than LSBGs selected by single-component models(LSBG_1comp),and also show a larger disk *** the bulges in the majority of our LSBG_(2)comps are not prominent,more than 60% of our LSBG_(2)comps will not be selected if we adopt a single-component model *** also identified 31 giant low surface brightness galaxies(gLSBGs) from LSBG_(2)*** are located at the same region in the color-magnitude diagram as other *** we compared different criteria of gLSBGs selection,we find that for gas-rich LSBGs,M_(*)> 10^(10)M_⊙ is the best to distinguish between gLSBGs and normal LSBGs with bulge.

in this paper we investigate scalar perturbation over a Frolov black hole（BH）, which is a regular BH induced by the quantum gravity effect. The quasinormal frequencies of a scalar field always consistently reside in the lower half-plane, and the time-domain evolution of the field demonstrates a decaying behavior, with the late-time tail exhibiting a power-law pattern. These observations collectively suggest the stability of a Frolov BH against scalar ***, our study reveals that the quantum gravity effect leads to slower decay modes. For the case of the angular quantum number l = 0, the oscillation exhibits non-monotonic behavior with the quantum gravity parameter α0. However, once l ≥ 1, the angular quantum number surpasses the influence of the quantum gravity effect.

Objective: Hemay022 is a novel small-molecule and an irreversible tyrosine kinase inhibitor with the target of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2), which demonstrated anti-tumor activity in preclinical studies. This first-in-human study evaluated the safety, pharmacokinetics,tolerability and preliminary anti-tumor activity of Hemay022 in HER2-positive advanced breast cancer ***: Heavily pretreated patients with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer were assigned to eight dose cohorts in a 3+3 dose-escalation pattern at doses of 50-600 mg Qd and 300 mg Bid. Eligible patients were given a single dose of Hemay022 on d 1 in week 0, followed by once daily continuous doses for four weeks in 28-day *** samples were obtained on d 1 and d 28. Clinical responses were assessed every eight ***: Twenty-eight patients with advanced breast cancer were treated with Hemay022. The most frequently reported drug-related adverse events were diarrhoea(85.7%), vomiting(28.6%), nausea(25.0%) and decreased appetite(17.9%). No grade 4 drug-related adverse events were reported. At 50-600 mg doses, steady state areas under the concentration-time curve and peak concentrations increased with doses. One patient achieved complete response(CR), and three achieved partial response(PR). The objective response rate(ORR) and disease control rate(dCR) were 14.3% and 46.4% in 28 patients, respectively. The median progression-free survival(PFS) was3.98 ***: Hemay022 at the dose of 500 mg once daily was well tolerated. The pharmacokinetic properties and encouraging anti-tumor activities of Hemay022 in advanced breast cancer patients warranted further evaluation of Hemay022 for treating breast cancer patients in the current phase Ⅲ trial(No. NCT05122494).

The assembly of exogenous artificial architectures inside cells can regulate a series of biological events,which heavily relies on the development of spatiotemporally controlled molecular assembly *** herein report a designer deoxyribonucleic acid(dNA)nanostructure that enables light-mediated spatiotemporally dynamic assembly in living cells and consequently achieves efficient regulation of cell *** dNA nanostructure was constructed from i-motif moiety-containing branched dNA,photocleavable bond-containing linker,and tumor cell-targeting *** cellular uptake mediated by aptamers,under the spatiotemporal control of both UV light and late endosomal/lysosomal acidic environments,disassembly/reassembly of dNA nanostructure occurred via two rationally designed routes,generating microsized dNA *** a result,autophagy was significantly enhanced with the increase of dNA assembly *** enhanced autophagy showed an impact on related biological *** system is expected to be a powerful tool for the regulation of intracellular events and cellular behaviors.

Plant virus causes massive crop losses ***,there is currently no effective measure to control plant viral ***,we identify an antiviral protein Rhp-PSP,produced by the bacterial Rhodopseudomonas palustris strain *** this study,we discover that the antiviral activity of Rhp-PSP relies on its endoribonuclease *** the arginine(R)residue at position 129 onto alanine(A)abolishs its endoribonuclease activity on coat protein(CP)RNA of tobacco mosaic virus(TMV),consequentially,compromises the antiviral activity of *** investigation demonstrates that,the mutant Rhp-PSP^(R129A)is unable to form the homotrimer as the wild type,indicating the importance of quaternary junction for the endoribonuclease *** of Rhp-PSP in Nicotiana benthamiana significantly enhances the resistance against TMV of seedlings,while expression of Rhp-PSP^(R129A)did not,confirming that endoribonuclease activity is responsible for the antiviral activity of *** addition,foliar spray of Rhp-PSP solution on tomato and pepper plants significantly reduces the disease index of viral diseases,indicating that Rhp-PSP shows potential to develop antiviral agent in practice.

Neuroscientists have recognized the importance of astrocytes in regulating neurological function and their influence on the release of glial *** studies,however,have focused on the effects of general anesthetic agents on neuroglia or *** can also be an important target of general anesthetic agents as they exert not only sedative,analgesic,and amnesic effects but also mediate general anesthetic-induced neurotoxicity and postoperative cognitive ***,we analyzed recent advances in understanding the mechanism of general anesthetic agents on astrocytes,and found that exposure to general anesthetic agents will destroy the morphology and proliferation of astrocytes,in addition to acting on the receptors on their surface,which not only affect Ca^(2+)signaling,inhibit the release of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and lactate from astrocytes,but are even involved in the regulation of the pro-and anti-inflammatory processes of *** would obviously affect the communication between astrocytes as well as between astrocytes and neighboring neurons,other neuroglia,and vascular *** this review,we summarize how general anesthetic agents act on neurons via astrocytes,and explore potential mechanisms of action of general anesthetic agents on the nervous *** hope that this review will provide a new direction for mitigating the neurotoxicity of general anesthetic agents.

intermittent fasting can benefit breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or ***,it is still uncertain how to select immunotherapy drugs to combine with intermittent *** we observed that two cycles of fasting treatment significantly inhibited breast tumor growth and lung tissue metastasis,as well as prolonged overall survival in mice bearing 4T1 and 4T07 breast *** this process,both the immunosuppressive monocytic-(M-)and granulocytic-(G-)myeloid-derived suppressor cell(MdSC)decreased,accompanied by an increase in interleukin(iL)7R^(+)and granzyme B^(+)T cells in the tumor ***,we observed that Ly6G^(low)G-MdSC sharply decreased after fasting treatment,and the cell surface markers and protein mass spectrometry data showed potential therapeutic *** investigation revealed that glucose metabolism restriction suppressed the splenic granulocytemonocyte progenitor and the generation of colony-stimulating factors and iL-6,which both contributed to the accumulation of *** the other hand,glucose metabolism restriction can directly induce the apoptosis of Ly6G^(low)G-MdSC,but not Ly6G^(high)*** summary,these results suggest that glucose metabolism restriction induced by fasting treatment attenuates the immune-suppressive milieu and enhances the activation of Cd3^(+)T cells,providing potential solutions for enhancing immune-based cancer interventions.

高科技的发展对精密干涉成像提出了更高的要求。在现代光学和生物医学领域，无标记成像技术不依赖于传统的染料或荧光标记，进行3d活细胞原位观察和分析，促进定量相位显微术的发展。在光学检测技术领域，对于干涉系统的现场化、实时化的应用具有迫切需求，如激光波前的瞬态检测分析、高速流场检测、自适应光学的检测和控制、高精度光学系统像差分析等都迫切需要一个紧凑型、抗环境干扰、瞬态成像的干涉系统。为此，针对针对这些需求，全面介绍了四波前横向剪切干涉相位成像技术的原理、发展历程、波前重构方法以及其广泛的应用。四波前横向剪切干涉仪能够通过在一个单一的干涉图中获取两个正交剪切方向的四个剪切波前来实现瞬态相位成像，由随机编码光栅和相位棋盘组成新颖的四波干涉传感器(Four-wave interferometric Sensor, FiS4)。FiS4干涉传感器凭借其独特的优势，如紧凑性、鲁棒性、高时间分辨率以及与现有显微系统的兼容性，在生物医学、光学测量、材料表征等众多领域展现出广阔的应用前景。这一技术的发展不仅为相关领域提供了新的研究工具，也为跨学科的创新和发现开辟了新的可能性。
