Background:There is mounting evidence that regular physical activity is an important prerequisite for healthy cognitive ***,the finding that almost one-third of the adult population does not reach the recommended level of regular physical activity calls for further public health *** this context,digital and home-based physical training interventions might be a promising alternative to center-based intervention ***,this systematic review aimed to summarize the current state of the literature on the effects of digital and home-based physical training interventions on adult cognitive ***:In this pre-registered systematic review(PROSPERO;Id:CRd42022320031),5 electronic databases(Pubmed,Web of Science,Psyclnfo,SPORTdiscus,and Cochrane Library)were searched by 2 independent researchers(FH and PT)to identify eligible studies investigating the effects of digital and home-based physical training interventions on cognitive performance in *** systematic literature search yielded 8258 records(extra17 records from other sources),of which 27 controlled trials were considered *** reviewers(FH and PT)independently extracted data and assessed the risk of bias using a modified version of the Tool for the assEssment of Study qualiTy and reporting in EXercise(TESTEX scale).Results:Of the 27 reviewed studies,15 reported positive effects on cognitive and motor-cognitive outcomes(i.e.,performance improvements in measures of executive functions,working memory,and choice stepping reaction test),and a considerable heterogeneity concerning study-related,population-related,and intervention-related characteristics was noticed.A more detailed analysis suggests that,in particular,interventions using online classes and technology-based exercise devices(i.e.,step-based exergames)can improve cognitive performance in healthy older *** one-half of the reviewed studies were rated as having a high risk of bias with respect

FmHAdP: design of an Efficient Pre-Forensic Layer for mitigating Hybrid Attacks via deep Learning Pattern Analysis

Network attack detection and mitigation require packet collection， pre-processing， feature analysis， classification， and post-processing. models for these tasks sometimes become complex or inefficient when applied to real-time data samples. To mitigate hybrid assaults， this study designs an efficient forensic layer employing deep learning pattern analysis and multidomain feature extraction. In this paper， we provide a novel multidomain feature extraction method using Fourier， Z， Laplace， discrete Cosine Transform (dCT)， 1d Haar Wavelet， Gabor， and Convolutional Operations. Evolutionary method dragon fly optimisation reduces feature dimensionality and improves feature selection accuracy. The selected features are fed into VGGNet and GoogLeNet models using binary cascaded neural networks to analyse network traffic patterns， detect anomalies， and warn network administrators. The suggested model tackles the inadequacies of existing approaches to hybrid threats， which are growing more common and challenge conventional security measures. Our model integrates multidomain feature extraction， deep learning pattern analysis， and the forensic layer to improve intrusion detection and prevention systems. In diverse attack scenarios， our technique has 3.5% higher accuracy， 4.3% higher precision， 8.5% higher recall， and 2.9% lower delay than previous models.

The prevalence of obesity has increased and is a health concern *** to the concerns regarding synthetic anti-obesity treatments,nowadays natural products become a *** studies proved that there is a potential to use marine algae as anti-obesity ***,in this study,the lipid inhibitory effect of crude polysaccharide of amyloglucosidase-assisted hydrolysate from Sargassum thunbergii(STAC)and its fucoidan fractions(STAFs)on 3T3-L1 cells and high-fat diet(HFd)-induced obese mice were *** to the results,the STAF3,showed the highest xylose content and exhibited significant inhibitory effects on lipid accumulation by downregulating adipogenic and lipogenic proteins in 3T3-L1 ***,oral supplementation with STAC significantly declined gain in body weight and fat weight,and serum lipid contents in an HFd-induced obesity mouse *** and chemical characterizations demonstrated that puritied STAF3 has consistent surface morphology and small particle size,with similar structural characteristics as commercial ***,these results indicate that STAC and purified STAF3 from Sargassum thunbergia is a potent source to develop as ananti-obesity agents or functional food products to counter obesity.

Effects of Andrade and Burgers rheologies on glacial isostatic adjustment modeling in Antarctica

Variations in ice mass deform the Earth and modify its gravity field,a process known as Glacial Isostatic Adjustment(GIA).GIA in Antarctica remains poorly constrained due to the cumulative effect of past and present ice-mass changes,the unknown history of the past ice-mass change,and the uncertainties on the mechanical properties of the *** paper investigates the effect of using Andrade and Burgers viscoelastic rheologies,rather than the commonly used maxwell rheology,to model GIA-induced deformation in *** Love number and Green's function formalism are used to compute the radial surface displacements and the gravity changes induced by the past and present ice-mass *** consider an Earth model whose elastic properties and radial structure are averaged from the Preliminary Reference Earth model and two viscosity profiles to account for the recently published results on the present ice-mass *** the three rheological laws affects the temporal response of the Earth differently,leading to smaller discrepancies than those induced by the two viscosity *** differences are the largest between maxwell and Burgers rheologies during the 100-1000 years following the beginning of the surface-mass *** show that using the Andrade and Burgers rheologies allows the Earth to respond on decennial to centennial time scales,up to 10 m more than *** only the recent ice-mass changes,the deformation rates derived from Burgers and Andrade rheologies are several times larger than those estimated by maxwell rheology.

Selection of digital fabrication technique in the construction industry--A multi-criteria decision-making approach

digital fabrication techniques,in recent decades,have provided the basis of a sustainable revolution in the construction ***,selecting the digital fabrication method in terms of manufacturability and functionality requirements is a complex *** paper presents alternatives and criteria for selection of digital fabrication techniques by adopting the multi-criteria decision-making *** alternatives considered in the study are concrete three-dimensional(3d)printing,shotcrete,smart dynamic casting,material intrusion,mesh molding,injection concrete 3d printing,and thin forming *** criteria include formwork utilization,reinforcement incorporation,geometrical complexity,material enhancement,assembly complexity,surface finish,and build *** demonstrates different multi-criteria decision-making techniques,with both subjective and objective weighting *** given ranking is based on the current condition of digital fabrication in the construction *** study reveals that in the selection of digital fabrication techniques,the criteria including reinforcement incorporation,build area,and geometrical complexity play a pivotal role,collectively accounting for nearly 70% of the overall *** the evaluated techniques,concrete 3d printing emerged as the best performer,however the shotcrete and mesh molding techniques in the second and third positions.

Plasma electrolytic formation and characterization of mnWO_(4)/WO_(3) film heterostructures

mnWO_(4)/WO_(3) p-n heterojunction films were fabricated using a one-step method consisting of the plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)of titanium in homogeneous electrolytes containing paratungstate ions and stable watersoluble EdTA-chelated *** influences of the formation current density and W:mn molar ratio of the electrolyte,which was varied from 1:2 to 2:1,on the composition,morphology,and optical and photocatalytic properties of the resulting coatings were studied.X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray analysis,Raman spectroscopy,and ultraviolet diffuse reflectance spectroscopy were used to characterize the formed *** of the W:mn ratio of the electrolyte,the coatings contained crystalline t-WO_(3) and m-mnWO_(4).depending on the formation conditions,the optical band gap energies of the composites varied from 2.63 to 3.01 *** largest absorption red shift and lowest band gap energy were observed in the film composite formed in an electrolyte with W:mn=2:1,at a current density of 0.2 A cm^(−2).Composites obtained in electrolytes with W:mn ratios of 2:1 and 1:1 exhibited photocatalytic activity in the degradation of rhodamine C and methyl orange dyes in the presence of 10 mmol L^(–1) H2O_(2) under ultraviolet and visible light *** role of hydrogen peroxide in this dye degradation on PEO-coated composites under light irradiation is discussed.

Internet of Things(IoT)networks are characterized by a multitude of wireless,interconnected devices that can dynamically join or exit the network without centralized administration or fixed infrastructure for *** multipath routing in IoT networks can improve data transmission reliability and load balancing by establishing multiple paths between source and destination nodes,these networks are susceptible to security threats due to their wireless *** security solutions developed for conventional networks are often ill-suited to the unique challenges posed by IoT *** response to these challenges,this paper proposes the integration of the Ad hoc On-demand multipath distance Vector(AOmdV)routing protocol with a trust model to enhance network *** findings from this research demonstrate the successful fusion of AOmdV with a trust model,resulting in tangible improvements in network *** assessment of trustworthiness bolsters both security and routing capabilities in IoT *** trust model plays a crucial role in mitigating black hole attacks in IoT networks by evaluating the trustworthiness of nodes and helping in the identification and avoidance of malicious nodes that may act as black *** results validate the efficacy of the proposed trust-based routing mechanism in achieving its *** plays a pivotal role in decision-making and in the creation of secure distribution *** assessing the trustworthiness of nodes,both network security and routing efficiency can be *** effectiveness of the proposed trust-based routing mechanism is scrutinized through simulations,offering insights into its potential advantages in terms of improved network security and routing performance in the context of the IoT.
