本试验对萝卜和甘蓝属间杂交种子的发育过程进行了电镜观察。1.杂种胚乳的生长发育明显地不正常,内质网发育不良,叶绿体内部聚积淀粉,并较集中地围绕游离核分布,以及胚乳的细胞化提早发生等。2.杂种胚乳的衰败从合点区开始,包括内质网膜、细胞核和细胞器等结构和功能的解体、破坏。3.在胚乳很早发生衰败的胚囊中,胚从二细胞期,甚至更早的合子期开始败育;在较晚衰败的胚囊中,杂种胚曾存活较长时间,但和胚乳的命运一样,发育不良,生长受阻,体形小,胚各部分生长失调,胚细胞结构异常,甚至死亡。

Gastric cancer is one of the main cancer-related causes of death worldwide. The curative treatment of gastric cancer consists of tumor resection and lymphadenectomy. However, surgical treatment alone is associated with high recurrence rates. Adjuvant treatment strategies have been studied over the last decades, but there have been controversial results from the initial studies. The pivotal INT0116 study demonstrated that the use of adjuvant chemoradiotherapy with 5-fluorouracil increases relapse-free and overall survival, and it has been adopted across the Western world. The high toxicity of radiochemotherapy and suboptimal surgical treatment employed, with fewer than 10% of the patients submitted to d2 lymphadenectomy, were the main study limitations. Since its publication, other adjuvant treatment modalities have been studied, and radiochemotherapy is being refined to improve its efficacy and safety. A multimodal approach has been demonstrated to significantly increase relapsefree and overall survival, and it can be offered in the form of perioperative chemotherapy, adjuvant chemoradiotherapy or adjuvant chemotherapy, regardless of the extent of lymphadenectomy. The objective of the present review is to report the major advances obtained in the last decades in the adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer as well as the perspectives of treatment based on recent knowledge of the molecular biology of the disease.

Broadband PLC （power line communication） technology is a main factor of the development of digital convergence in the indoor network. It uses the already existing power cable infrastructure for communication purposes. The EM （electromagnetic） field radiating from the cable could, however, disturb other communication systems, and thus should be evaluated. The MoM （method of moment） and the FEM （finite element method） have been studied to estimate the EVI field emitted from the power cable. However, the M oM is difficult to treat the dielectric material of the cable and the FEM is time consuming. This paperpresents a new approach to estimate the radiated EM fields caused by PLC sy stems from the CM current along the cable, based on the transmission line theory. The proposed model has the advantage of using the measured primary parameters of the cable. An experimental analysis of the EM radiation distribution is also presented. A comparison showed that the model results agree quite well with the measurements performed in this study.

Barrett's esophagus is a premalignant condition caused by gastroesophageal reflux. Once developed, it can progress through varying grades of dysplasia to esoph-ageal adenocarcinoma. Whilst it is well accepted that Barrett's esophagus is caused by gastroesophageal reflux, the molecular mechanisms of its pathogenesis and progression to cancer remain unclear. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short segments of RNA that have been shown to control the expression of many human genes. They have been implicated in most cellular processes, and the role of miRNAs in disease development is be-coming increasingly evident. Understanding altered miRNA expression is likely to help unravel the molecular mechanisms that underpin the development of Barrett's esophagus and its progression to cancer.

This paper at first shows the details of finite volume-based lattice Boltzmann method(FV-LBM)for simulation of compressible flows with shock *** the FV-LBM,the normal convective flux at the interface of a cell is evaluated by using one-dimensional compressible lattice Boltzmann model,while the tangential flux is calculated using the same way as used in the conventional Euler *** paper then presents a platform to construct one-dimensional compressible lattice Boltzmann model for its use in *** platform is formed from the conservation forms of *** the platform,both the equilibrium distribution functions and lattice velocities can be determined,and therefore,non-free parameter model can be *** paper particularly presents three typical non-free parameter models,d1Q3,d1Q4 and *** performances of these three models for simulation of compressible flows are investigated by a brief analysis and their application to solve some one-dimensional and two-dimensional test *** results showed that d1Q3 model costs the least computation time and d1Q4 and d1Q5 models have the wider application range of Mach *** the results,it seems that d1Q4 model could be the best choice for the FVLBM simulation of hypersonic flows.

We present a novel approach for automatically detecting and tracking facial landmarks acrossposesandexpressionsfromin-the-wild monocular video data,e.g.,You Tube videos and smartphone *** method does not require any calibration or manual adjustment for new individual input videos or ***,we propose a method of robust 2d facial landmark detection across poses,by combining shape-face canonical-correlation analysis with a global supervised descent *** 2d regression-based methods are sensitive to unstable initialization,and the temporal and spatial coherence of videos is ignored,we utilize a coarse-todense 3d facial expression reconstruction method to refine the 2d *** one side,we employ an in-the-wild method to extract the coarse reconstruction result and its corresponding texture using the detected sparse facial landmarks,followed by robust pose,expression,and identity *** the other side,to obtain dense reconstruction results,we give a face tracking flow method that corrects coarse reconstruction results and tracks weakly textured areas;this is used to iteratively update the coarse face ***,a dense reconstruction result is estimated after it *** experiments on a variety of video sequences recorded by ourselves or downloaded from You Tube show the results of facial landmark detection and tracking under various lighting conditions,for various head poses and facial *** overall performance and a comparison with state-of-art methods demonstrate the robustness and effectiveness of our method.
