In this paper, we propose an iterative relaxation method for solving the hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman-Isaacs equation(HJBIE) arising in deterministic optimal control of affine nonlinear systems. Local convergence of the method is established under fairly mild assumptions, and examples are solved to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. An extension of the approach to Lyapunov equations is also discussed. The preliminary results presented are promising, and it is hoped that the approach will ultimately develop into an efficient computational tool for solving the HJBIEs.

The Hall and ion-slip effects on fully developed electrically conducting couple stress fluid flow between vertical parallel plates in the presence of a temperature dependent heat source are investigated. The governing non-linear partial differential equations are transformed into a system of ordinary differential equations using similarity transformations. The resulting equations are then solved using the homotopy analysis method （ham）. The effects of the magnetic parameter, Hall parameter, ion-slip parameter and couple stress fluid parameter on velocity and temperature are discussed and shown graphically

Translating information gained from single cell RNA-sequencing(scRNA-seq) analyses into clinical therapeutics remains a challenge. However, with the advent of technology that makes mRNA-based modulation of primary cells possible, targets identified in scRNA-seq datasets can now be manipulated directly. Here we model this approach in the context of cancer immunotherapy. We performed scRNA-seq analysis of peripheral Cd8 T cells from patients who received anti-Pd-1 checkpoint blockade and found that natural killer cell granule protein-7(NKG7) gene expression was decreased in non-responding patients. Functional assays revealed that reduced NKG7 levels compromised cytolytic granule localization and release. Furthermore, transfection of Cd8 T cells with NKG7 mRNA promoted tumor cell killing both in vitro and in vivo. Thus, we identify NKG7 as critical for response to anti-Pd-1 treatment, demonstrate the efficacy of NKG7 mRNA as a therapeutic strategy for improving cancer immunotherapy, and provide a model for translating scRNA-seq findings into mRNA-based therapy.

In this paper, iterative or successive approximation methods for the hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman-lsaacs equations （HJBIEs） arising in both deterministic and stochastic optimal control for affine nonlinear systems are developed. Convergence of the methods are established under fairly mild assumptions, and examples are solved to demonstrate the effectiveness of the methods. However, the results presented in the paper are preliminary, and do not yet imply in anyway that the solutions computed will be stabilizing. More improvements and experimentation will be required before a satisfactory algorithm is developed.

Background:To evaluate the efficacy of manual mid-stromal dissection in stabilizing progressive ***:Surgeries were performed in 16 eyes of 14 patients with progressive *** eyes were examined before and at 1 day,1 week,1,3,6 and 12 months after surgery,and every 6 months ***(simK,Kmax and pachymetry),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and subjective refraction were recorded up to the latest follow-up visit(mean follow-up time 6.6±2.4 years).Results:All surgeries were uneventful,and no postoperative complications *** values(n=15)stabilized in 6/11 eyes(55%)with a preoperative Kmaxdiopter(d),while all eyes>60 d showed continued *** 11/15 eyes(73%)pachymetry was *** with spectacles remained stable in 7/12 eyes(58%)and improved≥2 Snellen lines in 5/12 eyes(42%).BCVA with a contact lens remained stable in 4/9 eyes(44%),improved≥2 Snellen lines in 3/9 eyes(33%)and deteriorated in 2/9 eyes(22%).Conclusions:Manual mid-stromal dissection was effective in 50%of keratoconic corneas with Kmax valuesd and may be considered in cases ineligible for other interventions such as UV-crosslinking,stromal ring implantation or Bowman layer *** advantage of the procedure may be that the tissue is unaltered and that no synthetic or biological implant is required.

The result of the study contributes to enhancing and sustaining future livelihoods and food security in Vietnam vis-a-vis climate change. An innovative strategy based on marker-assisted backcrossing (MABC) was used to transform popular rice variety AS996 into the one can tolerate submergence while maintaining its original characteristics preferred by farmers and consumers. The submergence tolerance QTL SUB1 counts for up to 70% of the submergence tolerant and provides a marked improvement of submergence tolerance in all genetic backgrounds and environments tested so far. Parental diversity was carried out with 460 markers. Of which, 53 polymorphic markers were used for assessment on BC1F1, BC2F1 and BC3F1 generations. The best BC1F1 plant was P422 with highest recipient allele was 87.5%, while the additional chosen plants were P412, P428, P215 and P39 (81% - 84%). All these plants were used to develop BC2F1 generation. The six BC2F1 plants were used to develop BC3F1 and BC2F2 were the plants number P422-11 and P422-14 having 93.75% recipient alleles and P422-12, P422-3, P39-17, P39-25 having 92.25% recipient alleles. Total of 445 BC3F1 plants were confirmed the introgresion of SUB1 using ART5 and SC3. After three generations of backcrossing, application of MABC resulted in the best BC3F1 individual P422-14-177 with 100% of recipient alleles based on the number of 53 markers used with only the introgression size of SUB1 was 0.3Mb between ART5 and SC3. Phenotyping was carried out on BC3F1 and BC2F2 of the selected lines. The survival ratio of these selected lines and IR64SUB1 were the same. It convinced the successfully introgress SUB1 into AS996 rice variety. The breeding line BC4F1 having 100% genetic background of donor variety is ready for develop new submergence tolerant rice variety ASS996-SUB1 to cope with climate change.

【目的】在整体水平探讨前列腺分泌蛋白对金黄地鼠精子膜蛋白的影响。【方法】雄性鼠手术分为4组,分别为附属性腺全去组,腹前列腺摘除组,去除其他附属性腺仅保留腹前列腺组和假手术组,每组动物6只。收集与保留前列腺及去除组的雄性鼠交配后的子宫腔精子,抽提精子膜蛋白,膜蛋白经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(SdS-PAGE)和二维电泳凝胶分析,比较前列腺存在与否精子膜蛋白组分的异同。【结果】与不同组雄鼠交配后收集的子宫腔精子膜蛋白SdS-PAGE电泳谱主要条带类似,含腹前列腺组的精子膜组分中相对分子质量15k、29k、38k、55k和91k多肽的量较去除腹前列腺组的子宫腔精子膜相应组分增加。二维电泳结果示与含腹前列腺组雄鼠交配后收集的子宫腔精子膜蛋白较无腹前列腺组的精子膜蛋白多出10个蛋白斑点(MM/IP分别为16k/8.60、16.5k/9.2、28k/5.88/6.10、29k/5.98、32k/6.35/6.50/7.20、61k/5.90、83k/6.40),另外蛋白斑点量增加有11个。【结论】腹前列腺可修饰和调节精子膜蛋白,进而这些蛋白可能对雄性生殖力及胚胎的发育起作用。

随着超大规模集成电路 (VLSI)图形密度的增大 ,邻近效应已成为光学光刻的关键问题之一。通常在平整硅片上对 0 5 μm图形采用 0 5 4NA和传统的单层i线抗蚀工艺时 ,密集图形和孤立图形间的线宽差异大约为 0 0 8μm。然而 ,这一线宽差异已严重地影响了实际生产的工艺稳定性。阐述了邻近效应对图形尺寸、线条与间隙占空比、衬底膜种类、曝光过程的散焦效应、与抗蚀剂厚度变化有关的抗蚀工艺条件和显影时间的依赖性。同时 ,采用 2种不同抗蚀剂实验监测了不同潜像对比度引起的关键尺寸 (Cd)偏差。为减小实际图形因抗蚀剂厚度变化引起的Cd差异 ,获得最佳抗蚀剂厚度 ,进行了一种模拟研究。
