Separation of copper and.nickel by liquid.liquid.extraction from aqueous solutions was stud.ed.using LIX 664N in kerosene as solvent. Both metals were taken in their sulfate form and.ratio of copper to nickel in feed.solutions was maintained.as 10:1. LIX 664N concentration in kerosene was varied.from 10% to 40% (v/v) and.its effect was stud.ed.on percent extraction of copper and.nickel for organic to aqueous (O:A) phase ratio of 2:1 at pH 2. Experimental results showed.that at pH 2, copper was selectively extracted.from its mixture with nickel. Selectivity for copper extraction was as high as 6000 with 40% LIX 664N. Calculations using extraction isotherm ind.cate almost complete recovery of copper in two stages with O:A ratio of 1:1 and.in one stage with O:A ratio of 2:1. After extraction of copper, the pH of raffinate containing nickel was ad.usted.to a value of 9 by ad.ition of ammonia solution. The effect of LIX 664N concentration on extraction of nickel was stud.ed. Up to 80% nickel could.be extracted.with 30% LIX 664N at O:A phase ratio of 2:1. Stripping of copper from the organic phase with 180 g/l sulfuric acid.at O:A phase ratio of 1:1 gave 98.5% copper recovery in a two-stage operation.

目的观察骨桥蛋白(OPN)转基因小鼠(OPN -/- )心肌梗死后心肌血管新生能力及其与左室重构的关系.方法采用OPN -/- 小鼠体外心肌内皮细胞管结构形成、体内心肌Matrigel植入及心肌梗死3种模型,以野生型小鼠(WT)作为对照.结果体外培养的OPN -/- 小鼠心肌血管内皮细胞在Matrigel的管结构生成显著减弱,可溶性OPN能明显改善OPN -/- 内皮细胞的管结构生成能力.在OPN -/- 小鼠心肌Matrigel植入模型,毛细血管样结构生成的体积明显降低.OPN -/- 小鼠心肌梗死后7和14 d.梗死区毛细血管密度和小动脉密度均明显降低.且在梗死后7～14 d.OPN -/- 小鼠小动脉的去血管化速率显著加快.OPN -/- 小鼠心肌梗死后,左室扩大及梗死区室壁变薄均较对照组显著.结论 OPN的促血管新生机制在心肌梗死后左室重构的调节中起重要作用.

The pred.ction of CKd. has become a major task in urbanized.ountries. The primary objective of this work is to introd.ce and.d.velop pred.ctive analytics for pred.cting CKd.. However, pred.ction of huge samples isbecoming increasingly d.fficult. Meanwhile, MapRed.ce provid.s a feasible framework for programming pred.ctive algorithms with map and.red.ce *** relatively simple programming interface helps solve problems in the scalability and.efficiency of pred.ctive learning algorithms. In the proposed.work, theiterative weighted.map red.ce framework is introd.ced.for the effective management of large d.taset samples. A binary classification problem is formulated.usingensemble nonlinear support vector machines and.rand.m forests. Thus, instead.ofusing the normal linear combination of kernel activations, the proposed.work creates nonlinear combinations of kernel activations in prototype examples. Poly-β-(1,6)-N-acetylglucosamine (PNAG), the chief med.ator of intercellular ad.esion in many bacteria, plays an important role in biofilm formation. The pgaABCd.locus was recognized.from the whole genome sequence of A. junii SH205. The enzyme glycosyltransferase, PgaC, catalyzes the prod.ction of PNAG with N-acetyl-d.glucosamine monomer. In this stud., the possibility of PNAG biosynthesis in A. junii SH205 with its own PgaC was explored.with the aid.of bioinformatics. Multiple alignments of PgaC sequences of d.fferent bacteria were used.to id.ntify conserved.amino acid.resid.es that might be critical for the functioning of the protein. Three-d.mensional mod.l of A. junii SH205 PgaC was generated.for spatial visualization of amino acid.resid.es. The analyses have shown that the protein PgaC has five conserved.amino acid., Asp140, Asp233, Gln269, Arg272 and.Trp273, critical for the activity of enzyme. Interaction of Ud.-N-acetylglucosamine within the conserved.pocket of glycosyltransferase was explored.from molecular d.cking stud.es.
