职业倦怠对医生的健康有负面影响。上级关心员工的工作奉献的印象意味着组织支持的意识有望增强。先前的研究表明,更高的组织支持会增加组织承诺,从而减少倦怠。虽然研究已经发现了一些导致倦怠的风险因素,但只有少量的研究对团队合作的作用进行了检验。因此,本研究从广义视角探讨倦怠、团队合作和组织支持感三者之间的关系。为实现上述目标,第一阶段研究考察了倦怠与团队合作的子维度之间的关系。本研究进一步探讨组织支持知觉对倦怠与团队合作关系的调节作用,并从最后阶段探讨组织支持知觉对倦怠的影响。通过对医生,护士和其他医护人员的横断面调查,分析了938名医务工作者。参与者被要求完成一份结构良好的问卷,其中包括马斯拉克倦怠量表和健康和弹性组织(HERO)量表。采用典型相关分析、层次线性回归分析、偏最小二乘结构方程建模等方法实现研究目标。值得注意的是,与研究目标相关的主要发现表明,团队合作与医生职业倦怠之间具有统计学意义的相关性。此外,团队合作活力(团队合作的子维度)是被试倦怠的主要决定因素。研究最终发现,团队合作的增加可以减少情绪耗竭和人格解体,同时增加职业成就。此外,本研究亦发现,在以被调查者的人口统计特征为控制变量的情况下,组织支持感在改善团队合作、减少医务人员职业倦怠方面起着非常重要的作用。最后,组织支持感与医师职业倦怠呈正相关。这意味着组织的支持会增加医生的职业倦怠。该研究给出了以下建议,以减轻医疗保健工作人员的倦怠:在解决医务人员职业倦怠问题时,个人和系统的制度层面的方法都需要使用;建议管理层采取适当的策略,让员工相信医院对他们的承诺;通过增加系统内可用资源的数量,增加社会活动的机会,解决与工作人员有关的问题,定期召开小组会议,提出建议和批评,进一步重新设计医务工作人员的工作岗位,需要在医院中建立一个永久性机制,以帮助今后解决问题。

近年来,社交媒体在员工招聘和选拔过程中的应用受到越来越多的关注,并在全球范围引起了包括管理者在内的参与方、决策者、学术界等各方的大量讨论。本研究以加西市银行业为例,聚焦于影响社交媒体在员工招聘和选拔过程应用中的因素,期待为相关领域的学术研究做出贡献。本研究将感知风险、感知收益、感知成本和感知机会作为影响社交媒体在员工招聘和选拔过程中的因素。基于现有文献,建立了一个关于影响社交媒体在招聘和选拔过程中使用因素的假设模型,采用定量研究来测试研究的概念框架。本文通过设计并向加西市12个银行的350名员工发放了380份问卷,最终收集了350份有效问卷进行研究。通过有目的性的对样本数据进行收集,然后使用Smart PLS算法、多元回归分析、SPSS和Sobel检验来分析收集的数据。数据分析结果表明,感知利益和感知机会对社交媒体招聘和选拔过程有显著的正向影响;感知风险对社交媒体招聘和选拔过程有显著的负面影响;此外,感知成本会对社交媒体招聘和选拔过程产生负面影响。最后,中介分析的结果表明,工作满意度在自变量和因变量之间起到了一定的调节作用。从以上分析中可以看出,足够的薪酬和激励、健康的工作环境、管理层的认可和赞赏、职业培训和晋升机会在利用社交媒体的招聘和选拔高素质员工的过程中起到至关重要的作用。根据研究的结果本文提出以下建议,为未来的研究和政策制定提供参考。组织应该继续投入更多资源来改善其互联网和其他社交网络,以确保通过社交媒体管理有效地雇佣高素质的员工。此外,银行部门的管理层需要不断调整结构和政策,用以缓解在招聘和选拔过程中使用社交媒体可能产生的法律和歧视问题。最后银行部门的人力资源管理部门需要对通过社交媒体网站收集的申请人信息做好保密处理。

This paper investig.ted.the flow d.stribution and.total pressure d.op across a d.sig.ed.3-d.filter housing.integ.ated.with a 3-stag. filtration system using.computa- tional fluid.d.namics （CFd.. The filter housing.mod.l was proposed.for a heavy-d.ty ind.strial g.s turbine plant operating.at an averag. ambient temperature of 20℃.The pressure d.ops across the classes of filters were 652.8 Pa, 2692.2 Pa, 887.8 Pa, 776.2 Pa and.2304.2 Pa for I-g., g.-g., g.-FA, FA-HA, and.HA-O, respectively. The results obtained.ind.cated.an acceptable total pressure d.op of 7.2% for the entire filter housing.before filter clean-up. Althoug. the CFd.simulation result shows that small outlet flow velocity and.transonic flows exist at the outlet of the filter housing. the d.sig.ed.filter housing.was proved.compatible with the stud.ed.g., for inlet flow cond.tions between 600≤ Wair≤610 kg.s and.60≤Vair≤70 m/s for the air flow rate and.velocity, respectively. Furthermore, the d.sig.ed.filter housing.could.be ad.pted.for the stud.ed.g. and.locations of Usan and.Maid.g.ri in Nig.ria, and.other locations with similar environmental cond.tions.
