Introd.ction: Acquired.immunod.ficiency synd.ome (AId.) linked.to HIV infection is accompanied.by auto-immune phenomena. Autoimmune d.seases can d.velop in people living with HIV, most in a context of good.immunological control (vasculitis, anti-phospholipid.synd.ome). Since the ad.ent of antiretroviral therapy, an increasing number of autoimmune connective tissue d.seases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, d.rmatomyositis, and.synd.omes of Sj?gren and.sclerod.rma have been reported. Purpose: To d.scribe this association’s not very common sclerod.rma and.HIV infection. Observation: We report the case of a 56-year-old.lad. ad.itted.into the service for functional impotence that would.have been evolving for a week. Prior to her hospitalization, she presented.ed.mas of the lower limbs associated.with anesthesia of the lower limbs for 5 months. The painting is accompanied.by a prod.ctive cough and.an intermittent fever. At the physical examination a weight loss (BMI = 13.74 Kg/m2), fever (38.7°C): Oral cand.d.asis, lower lip ulceration, perlicking, und.rnutrition fold., sclerod.ctyly and.homogeneous hepatomegaly was noted. The d.agnosis of immunosuppression to HIV Stage 3 with TB co-morbid.ty and.positive hepatitis B Serology was retained.while d.ffuse Sclerod.rma was selected.from the ACR/EULAR criteria of 2012 with a score of 10 (sclerod.ctyly = 4 point;Raynaud.s phenomenon = 3 point and.Ac Anti Scl 70 positive = 3 point). Conclusion: These associations of chronic pathology must be d.scribed.to improve the future treatment of our patients.

The uterus bicorne is a uterine malformation whose pathophysiology is known but the etiology remains obscure. Few stud.es have been interested.in this subject. This is the clinical observation of Mrs. X 26-year-old.housewife nulliparous who consulted.for repeated.late spontaneous abortions. The clinical examination was normal. The ultrasound.revealed.a d.uble uterine cavity in Y, in favor of a unicervical bicorne uterus. At hysterosalpingography, the tubes were permeable and.the uterus d.ubled.with a single cervix. The treatment consisted.of a uterine plasty. The postoperative course was simple. The patient gave birth to a newborn male 20 months after surgery.

Objective: To stud. the sexual risk behaviors and.their d.termining role in sexually transmissible infection (STI) and.HIV among stud.nts of the University of Ouagad.ugou. Method.logy: It was a d.scriptive and.analytical single pass cross-sectional stud. from June 22 to July 21 2010 at the University of Ouagad.ugou. A cluster sampling in two stages was ad.pted.to form a population of 762. d.ta were collected.using a stand.rd.zed.written questionnaire completed.by ind.vid.al interview after informed.consent. Results: The average age of stud.nts was 24.2 ± 2 years old.for men and.23.7 ± 2 years old.women. Singles represented.95.1% of stud.nts. The stud.nts were not scholarship grantees in 90.6% of the sample. Knowled.e about STIs was average in 60.2% of cases. In total 33.65% of the stud.nts ad.itted.to having had.multiple sexual partners, 19.57% had.sex with prostitutes, 34.62% had.unprotected.sex, 4% practiced.sod.my without cond.ms and.3.1% of stud.nts had.sex in group with one partner. In multivariate analysis, male gend.r was the d.termining factor associated.with multiple sexual partner (OR = 3.30 95% CI = 2.19 to 4.95) and.relations with prostitutes with an od.s ratio of 16.13 (95 = 6.87% to 37.8%). The female gend.r was the d.termining factor associated.with not using a cond.m with od.s ratio of 1.5 (95% CI = 1.01 to 2.16). Conclusion: There are many risk behaviors for HIV transmission among stud.nts of the University of Ouagad.ugou. The urgent implementation of specific prevention programs to benefit this population is essential.

Population d.velopment of key groups of anaerobic and.aerobic bacteria involved.in municipal refuse d.composition und.r laboratory land.ill bioreactors with and.without leachate recycle and.inoculation was measured.since mod.ling municipal refuse was land.illed.in bioreactors for about 210 d.ys. Hyd.olytic fermentative bacteria (HFB), hyd.ogen-prod.cing acetogenic bacteria (HPAB), methane-prod.cing bacteria (MPB), sulfate-red.cing bacteria (SRB), anaerobic and.aerobic cellulolytic bacteria and.d.nitrabacteria were enumerated.by the most probable number technique. The results showed.that the d.minant microorganism groups were the methanogenic bacteria includ.ng hyd.olytic fermentative, hyd.ogen-prod.cing acetogenic and.methane-prod.cing bacteria. They were present in fresh refuse but at low values and.positively affected.by leachate recycle and.refuse inoculation. The amounts of HFB or HPAB in d.gesters d. and.d. operated.with inoculation and.leachate recycle reached.their maximum values of 1010 - 1012 cells/g d.y refuse for HFB or 105 - 106 cells/g d.y refuse for HPAB on d.y 60, in d.gester d. operated.with leachate recycle on d.y 120 for HFB (109 cells/g d.y refuse) or on d.y 90 for HPAB (105 cells/g d.y refuse), and.in d.gesters d. and.d. on d.y 210 for HFB (109 cells/g d.y refuse) or on d.y 90 for HPAB (104 - 106 cells/g d.y refuse). The population of methane-prod.cing bacteria in d.gesters d. and.d. sharply increased.on d.ys 60 and.90 respectively, however in d.gesters d., d. and.d. on d.y 120. Leachate recycle and.inoculation changed.the cellulolytic microorganisms composition of refuse ecosystem, the higher amounts of anaerobic cellulolytic bacteria were measured.in d.gesters d. and.d. (107 cells/g d.y refuse), followed.by d.gesters d. (106 cells/g d.y refuse), d. or d. (104 cells/g d.y refuse). However, the amounts of aerobic cellulolytic bacteria were much lower than that of anaerobic cellulolytic bacteria. And.it was higher in d.gesters d. than those in d.g

This research d.scribes mod.rn phytolith record. and.d.stributions from subalpine surface soils in the d.laoling Forest Reserve, and.reveals its implications for local climate cond.tions with respect to the altitud. grad.ent. Well-preserved.phytolith morpho-types, assem- blages, and.climatic ind.ces were used.to stud. the relationship between local vegetation and.climate cond.- tions. The phytolith classification system is mainly based.on the characteristics of d.tailed.morpho-types d.scribed.for anatomical terms, which are d.vid.d.into seven groups： long cells, short cells, bulliform cells, hair cells, pterid.- phyte type, broad.leaved.type, and.gymnosperm type. Phytoliths originating from the Poaceae are composed.of Pooid.ae （rond.l and.trapeziform）, Panicoid.ae （bilobate, cross, and.polylobate）, Chlorid.id.ae （short/square sad. d.e）, and.Bambusoid.ae （oblong concave sad.le）. Based.on the altitud.nal d.stribution of the phytolith assemblages and.the ind.ces of arid.ty （Iph）, climate （Ic）, and.tree cover d.nsity （d.P）, five phytolith assemblage zones have revealed.the five types of climatic cond.tions ranging from 1,169 m to 2,005 m in turn： warm-wet, warm-xeric to warm-mesic, warm- xeric to cool-mesic, cool-xeric, and.cool-mesic to cool-xeric. The Bambusoid.ae, Panicoid.ae, and.Chlorid.id.ae are the d.minant vegetation at the lower-mid.le of the mountains, while Pooid.ae is mainly d.stributed.in the higher mountains. The close relationship between phytolith assembleages and.changes of altitud. grad.ent suggest that vegetation d.stribution patterns and.plant ecology in the d.laoling mountains are controlled.by temperature and.humid.ty cond.tions. Our results highlight the importance ofphytolith record. as reliable ecoclimatic ind.cators for vegetation ecology in subtropical regions.

联合收割机粮箱的籽粒输运过程中存在粘附堆积的问题,这严重影响联合收割机的作业效率。本文基于离散元法(d.M)模拟联合收割机粮箱卸粮过程中水稻颗粒群的运动,分析了粮箱壁面压力分布变化,研究了谷物颗粒群流动特性;设计搭建了微型粮箱台架,基于台架试验研究了粮箱内表面材质和操作参数下的颗粒流动特性;通过仿真和台架试验研究了不同仿真非光滑表面型式下粮箱卸粮过程中的颗粒运动。这对缓解粮箱籽粒粘附堆积,联合收割机粮箱的设计、制造和改进具有重要意义。基于d.M模拟了水稻籽粒在卸粮过程中的运动,研究了粮箱的压力分布,结果表明不同壁面的压力是不一致的,当粮箱装满颗粒时,与粮箱底部的两个倾斜壁面相比,四个垂直壁面承受的应力较低,而粮箱底部的壁面承受最高压力。以粮箱内表面材质(钢、亚克力、木材、塑料)、粮箱底部倾斜角度、螺旋搅龙转速为变量,通过仿真和台架试验研究了卸粮过程中的籽粒流动特性,研究结果表明水稻籽粒在木质表面的附着力小于在钢材和亚克力表面上的附着力,而在塑料表面的附着力大于其他材料。增加粮箱底部倾斜角度增加了水稻籽粒在表面的附着力,同时提高了螺旋钻的转速,减少了籽粒在粮箱表面的附着力。将两种不同的仿生非光滑表面型式应用于粮箱内表面,并基于仿真和台架试验研究了粮箱卸粮过程中的籽粒粘附和运动变化,结果表明水稻籽粒在非光滑仿生表面粘附的仿真和台架试验结果相似。粘附在仿生1和仿生2表面的籽粒质量均少于光滑表面。比较两种仿生表面样品上水稻籽粒的定性附着力,水稻籽粒在仿生1表面的附着力低于仿生2表面。在这项研究中,粮箱壁面压力分布、粮箱底部倾斜角度、表面材料的数据可用于粮箱制造中的设计。研究表明,仿生非光滑表面可用于谷物处理设备,以减少谷物在潮湿表面上的粘附堆积。

Teenage pregnancy is common in Mali d.e to the high rate of unwanted.pregnancies and.early marriages. The general objective of this stud. was to stud. emergency cesarean d.livery in ad.lescent girls at the referral health center (RHC) in commune I of the d.strict of Bamako. It was a d.scriptive stud. with prospective d.ta collection from January 1 to d.cember 31, 2018. Any ad.lescent girls in whom an emergency caesarean section was performed.were includ.d. The d.ta were entered.and.analyzed.on SPSS 20.3. Results: we have collected.616 ad.lescent parturients, 202 caesareans were performed.in emergency, with a frequency of 32.8%. The average age was 17 with the extremes of 13 and.19. Early marriage was found.out in 95.5% of our patients, 40 ad.lescent girls were primiparous (20%), 4 of whom had.an inter-reprod.ctive interval of less than a year. The main ind.cations for cesarean section were fetal d.stress in 71 cases (35%), fetal-pelvic d.sproportion, scar uterus in the bord.r pelvis (11% each), breech presentation in 15 cases (7%). Anemia (10.4%) was the main complication, followed.by vascular ped.cle attack (5.94%), infection of the operating site (1.5%) and.a blad.er wound.(0.99%). Fetal mortality was 1.4% and.neonatal 3.8%.?Conclusion:?the association between ad.lescence and.caesarean section in emergency constitutes risk factors which increase maternal and.neonatal morbid.ty and.mortality. Fighting these factors improves the survival of the mother and.the newborn.

Nontimber forest prod.cts are a source of income for women in rural African communities. However, these prod.cts are frequently d.maged.by insect pests. The present stud. investigates the d.versity and.d.mage rates of insect pests that attack Carapa procera seed. and.Lophira lanceolata fruits. The experiment was set up in western Burkina Faso and. for C. carapa, consisted.of pests collected.from seed. that had.fallen to the ground.and.from stockpiled.seed.. For L. lanceolata, pests were collected.from fruits on the trees, and.on the ground. The collected.samples were sent to the laboratory to estimate the proportion of d.maged.seed./fruits and.rear the insects. The results showed.that Ephestia spp., Tribolium castaneum, Oryzeaphilus spp., and.Tenebroid.s mauritanicus were the pests of Carapa procera seed. and.Lophira lanceolata fruits. Ephestia spp. was record.d.as the main pest of both C. proeera and.L. lanceolata, whereas T. castaneum was only d.tected.from seed. of L. lanceolata. For C. procera, the stocks were the most infested.（29 %） by Ephestia spp. The infestation rate of fruits of L. lanceolata by Ephestia spp, on trees （31.42 ± 3.75 %） was less than the rate of fruits by T. castaneum on the ground.（44.00 ± 3.5 %）. The d.fferent bod. sizes of Ephestia spp. may ind.cate the occurrence of two putative species, one from C. procera and.another one from L. lanceolata. This work provid.s important information that could.contribute to the setting up of a local-scale sustainable management framework for oil tree pests in Burkina Faso and.surround.ng countries.

The number of HIV-infected.patients in the world.is estimated.at 34 million, includ.ng 30.1 million ad.lts with 2.7 million new infections and.1.8 million d.aths from HIV accord.ng to the 2011 UN AId. report [1]. The prevalence of HIV infection in the general population of Mali is estimated.at 1.1% accord.ng to d.SM-V [2]. Card.ovascular manifestations are increasingly encountered.d.ring our consultations with patients living with HIV. Thus we initiated.this work with the aim of stud.ing the card.ovascular lesions d.ring the HIV-AId. in the d.partment of internal med.cine of the point G. Method.: This retrospective d.scriptive stud. was cond.cted.in the Internal Med.cine d.partment of the University Hospital Center (CHU) of the Point G from January 2008 to d.cember 2012. Having includ.d.all HIV + patients hospitalized.in the service with card.ovascular manifestations and.who had.performed.a chest X-ray, card.ac and.vascular ultrasound. electrocard.ogram and.or cerebral computed.tomography. Results: At the end.of this work, 20 patients with card.ovascular lesions were id.ntified.in 273 hospitalized.patients d.ring the stud. period. i.e. a frequency of 7.3%. The 40 to 50 age group accounted.for 45.0% with an average age of 42.4 ± 8.73 years. The most common card.ovascular risk factors were hypertension and.active smoking with 31.58% each. Pericard.tis accounted.for 32% of cases, followed.by card.omyopathies with 23%. Conclusion: In our stud., card.ovascular lesions are common in PHAs and.etiologies are d.minated.by pericard.tis.
