Clinical hepatitis caused by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) has been recognized in the past and is usually benign. We described two children, 2 and 6 years of age with severe EBV hepatitis and hemolysis. One child died of hepatic failure. A liver biopsy obtained during the recovery stage in the other child showed focal necrosis of hepatocytes with mononclear cell infiltration. Fever and atypical lymphocytes were not found in either patient. An anti-VCA-lgm identified by indirect immunofluorescence was strongly positive in both patients. Herpes simplex antibody and HBV markers were negative. EBV infection as a cause of severe hepatitis may be missed in children lacking an infectious monocytosis-like syndrome unless this diagnosis is considered and serological examination is done.

EZH2-dependent myelination following sciatic nerve injury

＜正＞Objective:Recurrence is often a major problem for patients who have undergone surgery and chemotherapy for ovarian *** study was undertaken to evaluate the clinical contribution of positron emission tomography（PET） using 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose（FdG） and integrated computer tomography（PET/CT） and intensity-modulated radiotherapy（ImRT） for curative treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer. Patients and methods Fifty-eight patients with recurrent ovarian cancer and treated with ImRT from 2003 until 2008 were retrospectively *** these patients,20 received PET/CT guided ImRT（PET/CT-ImRT group）,and the ramaining 38 received CT guided ImRT（CT- ImRT group）.For patients in PET/CT-ImRT group,two three-dimensional conformal plans were made using the CT and PET-CT fusion data *** analyzed differences in treatment plans and doses of radiation to recurrent tumors and organs at risk（OAR）.Treatment response,toxicities and survival were evaluated *** Changes in GTV delineation were found in 7 patients（35%） based on PET-CT information compared with CT *** these patients,the average increase in GTV and PTV was 28.6%and 22.5%,respectively,due to the incorporation of additional lymph node metastases and extension of the metastatic tumor beyond that defined by *** GTVPETCT versus GTVCT was 66.3±9.7 cm3 versus 42.5±7.3 cm3（P= 0.013）.PET/CT guided ImRT improved rates for complete response（CR） and partial response（PR） compared to CT-ImRT group（CR:65.0%vs.47.4%,P=0.021;PR:25.0%vs.13.2%,P=0.036）.Toxicity analysis revealed no clinically significant differences between two plans with regard to doses to OAR other than the small *** PET-based delineation of the target volumes resulted in an increase in radiation exposure than control（33.1±7.3 vs.21.7±8.9,P=0.02）.The 3-year overall survival rate was significantly higher in the PET-CT/ImRT group than in the CT/TmRT group（34.1%vs.13.2%,P = 0.014）.The disease-free survival（dFS） at 1-,2-,and 3- year was signific

Silk damping is well known in the study of cosmic microwave background（CmB） and accounts for suppression of the angular power spectrum of CmB on large angular multipoles. In this article, we study the effect of Silk damping on the scalar-induced gravitational waves（SIGWs）. Resulting from the dissipation of cosmic fluid, the Silk damping notably suppresses the energydensity spectrum of SIGWs on scales comparable to a diffusion scale at the decoupling time of weakly-interacting particles. The effect offers a novel observable for probing the underlying particle interaction, especially for those mediated by heavy gauge bosons beyond the standard model of particles. We anticipate that pulsar timing arrays are sensitive to gauge bosons with mass ～10～3-10～4 GeV, while space-and ground-based interferometers to those with mass ～10～7-1012GeV, leading to essential complements to on-going and future experiments of high-energy physics.

We report CT features of four cases of Eosinophilic *** disease involves the jejunum in one case,the ileum in two cases,and the colon in the remaining *** cases demonstrate a predominantly mucosal type of eosinophilic enteritis,while the other two cases demonstrate a predominantly subserosal *** findings include bowel wall thickening in four cases,bowel fold thickening in two cases,layering of the bowel wall in two cases,luminal narrowing without obstruction in three cases,an intra-luminal granuloma mimicing a huge polyp in one case,an extra-luminal irregular granuloma markedly enhancing and slightly necrosing in one case,mesenteric lymphadenopathy with peripheral rim-like enhancement and marked necrosis in one case and ascites in one *** findings are more characteristic of an inflammatory disease rather than of a tumor,and these findings are helpful for assessing the extent and location of the ***,combined with its typical clinical manifestations, CT findings may lead to the correct diagnosis.

A Heat Flux and Erosion Experiment in the Scrape-off Layer of the HL-1 Tokamak

Under Ohmic heating (OH) discharges with a movable graphite limiter a heat flux and erosion experiment was carried out with a double-strip graphite probe located at the scrape-off layer in HL-1 tokamak. The typical parameters of OH discharges Were 2T of Bt, 120kA of Ip, 4E19m-3of neand 1 sec of tp. The integrated temperature rise of 150℃at the graphite strip located at a position of 2.5 cm outside the last closed flux surface and faced to the ion drift side was measured during an OH shot, and the relative integrated heat flux of 150 Wcm-2deposited to the graphite strip was estimated. After 74 shots of OH discharge,the total mass erosion rate was 2.4% on the ion drift side and 4.95% on the electron drift side of the double strip graphite *** analysis of the exposured double strip probe showed that the deposited metal impurities of Ni, Cr and Fe in the SOL were reduced qreatly than while a SS movable limiter was used, and consequently the improved hydrogen plasma performance was found in OH discharges.
