天幕靶在室内使用时必须配备非常稳定的人工光源,为解决天幕靶在室内使用时的采光问题,该文根据天幕靶的视场特点和对光源稳定性的要求,提出用超高亮度的发光二极管做发光基体,并利用机械结构将其拼成扇形以适应天幕靶的视场要求.该光源结构简单,使用方便,采用恒流供电,经过试制样机试验,它发出的光强度既高又非常稳定.该光源不仅满足了天幕靶室内测速的要求,而且有利于提高天幕靶的灵敏度.

Non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） is the most common type of human lung cancers, which has diverse pathological features. Although many signaling pathways and therapeutic targets have been defined to play important roles in NSCLC, limiting efficacies have been achieved. We identified a long noncoding RNA termed PKMYT1 AR that is highly expressed in NSCLC, especially is increased in cancerous cell lines compared to that in normal human bronchial epithelium cell line. We found that PAKMYT1 AR high expression correlates with worse clinical outcome, and knockdown of PKMYT1 AR inhibits tumor cell proliferation, migration and xenograft tumor formation. Bioinformatics analysis and a luciferase assay demonstrated that PKMYT1 AR directly interacts with MicroRNA to attenuate its binding to the 3’-untranslated region of PKMYT1, leading to upregulation of PKMYT1. Furthermore, we show that MicroRNA is downregulated in both cancerous cell lines and peripheral blood serum isolated from NSCLC patients. Consistently, forced expression of MicroRNA inhibits the proliferation and migration abilities of tumor cells. Mechanistic study showed that PKMYT1 AR/MicroRNA/PKMYT1 axis promotes cancer stem cells（CSCs） maintenance in NSCLC, which in turn leads to reduced tumorigenesis. In summary, our findings reveal the critical role of PKMYT1 AR/MicroRNA/PKMYT1 axis during NSCLC progression, which could be used as novel therapeutic targets in the future.

Objective To improve the detection rate of early gastric cancer by following the patients with gastric intraepithelial neoplasia (IEN) with gastroscopy at regular intervals. Methods A total of 326 patients with gastric IEN, including 289 with low grade IEN ( LGIEN) and 37 with high grade IEN ( HGIEN) confirmed by endoscopic biopsy from January 2013 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients with LGIEN received regular follow-ups, gastroscopy, pathological biopsy and treated by endoscopy or surgery when necessary. Mean-while ,the patients with HGIEN received treatment by endoscopy or surgery. The patients with gastric cancers were grouped by TNM staging by pathological examina-tion.

北碚,地处重庆主城西北部,背靠缙云山,嘉陵江环城而过,拥有宜人的自然风光和厚重的人文底蕴,历史上翁文灏、黄汲清、李春昱、侯光炯等科学巨匠都曾在此耕耘,特别是1937年~1945年日本侵略中国期间,一大批东部地区科研学术机构和科学工作者西迁于此,得以延续中国科学文化的国脉和精华,北碚成为了抗日战争时期大后方闪耀的科技文化中心,当时,在中国近代历史上建立最早、机构最完备、科研水平最高的中央地质调查所(The National Geological Survey of China)就是其中之一。本文追溯了中央地质调查所在抗战时期西迁北碚,在学术研究、科学救亡方面作出的巨大贡献,以供世人追忆和缅怀。

A Potential Role for GLUT4 in Predicting Sepsis in Critically Ill Children

Background: This study investigated serum Glucose transporter (GLUT) 4 levels and examined the relationship between serum GLUT4 levels and sepsis in critically ill children. Methods: This was a retrospective study of 77 critically ill children and 33 non-diabetic healthy children (controls) who were admitted between 07/2015 and 05/2016. Patient data, clinical information, and blood samples were collected on admission, alongside a large number of laboratory parameters that were routinely assessed. Critically ill patients were divided into sepsis and non-sepsis/systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). Serum GLUT4 was measured using western blotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Insulin resistance indexes, clinical data, laboratory parameters, and inflammatory cytokines were assessed. Results: GLUT4 serum levels were higher in critically ill children than in healthy children (90.5 vs. 30.3 μg/L, P 0.05). Compared to healthy children, hyperglycemic patients (n = 48) had elevated GLUT4 serum levels (30.3 vs. 103.7 g/L, P Conclusions: GLUT4 serum levels might be significantly increased in critically ill children compared with healthy children, particularly those in septic shock. Serum GLUT4 could predict disease severity.
