Sm3(Fe,Ti)29Nx/α-Fe dual-phase nanometer magnetic material was fabricated through rapid solidification, crystallization and nitridation of Sm-Fe (Ti) alloy. The effect of combination of rapid solidification and Ti alloy addition on the phase for- mation and microstructure of the Sm-Fe alloy is investigated in this paper. The mi- crostructure of amorphous phase and dual-phase nano-grain crystals before and after crystallization annealing were observed using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HREM). The dual-phase nano-grains after annealing were compacted together with a clear interface with the direct exchange-coupling mechanism. Different annealing processes were used to examine the melt-spun alloy. Comparison of the images of SEM showed that annealing at 750 ℃ for 10 min was most suitable to get homogeneous and nano-grains. No obvious kink was de- tected in the second quadrant of the hysteresis loop like a single hard magnet, and strong exchange coupling was found between hard magnets and soft magnets.

Objective Although Parkinson’s disease（PD） is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the motor symptoms, PD patients and parkinsonian animals also suffer from a variety of non-motor symptoms, such as depression, anxiety and cognitive deficits. Anxiety is a frequently encountered non-motor feature of PD, and is considered as an increasing risk factor for PD, which severely impact the life quality of PD patients.5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT） neurotransmitter system mainly involved in the regulation of affective function. The lateral habenular nucleus（LHb） is a major neuronal structure of the epithalamus, which mainly contains glutamate neurons. The LHb has reciprocal connections with midbrain raphe nuclei. The LHb sends glutamate efferents to the dorsal raphe nucleus and median raphe nucleus（MRN）. In turn, the LHb is innervated by 5-HT fibers from the MRN, and expresses a moderate density of 5-HT7 receptor. An increasing number of studies have found that the LHb and 5-HT7 receptor play a critical role in the regulation of anxiety. However, the roles of 5-HT7 receptors in the LHb on anxiety are poorly understood, particularly in PD. Methods We performed behavioral, electrophysiological and neurochemical studies to assess the role of LHb 5-HT7 receptors in anxiety, the change in firing activity of LHb neurons and the responses of these neurons to the agonist or antagonist of 5-HT7 receptors, the effects of LHb 5-HT7 receptors on monoamine levels within related brain regions in rats with unilateral 6-hydroxydopamine（6-OHDA） lesions of the substantia nigra pars compacta（SNc）. Results（1） Unilateral lesions of the SNc in rats induced anxiety-like behaviors, led to hyperactivity of LHb neurons, and decreased dopamine（DA） levels in the striatum and medial prefrontal cortex（m PFC）.（2） Intra-LHb injection of 5-HT7 receptors agonist AS19 induced or increased the expression of anxiety-like behaviors in sham-operated and lesioned rats. Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,the seed of *** Mill.(Rhamnaceae),has been widely used in treating insomnia and *** present study further investigated the hypnotic effects of two main components of semen Ziziphi Spinosae,flavonoids and jujuboside,under both dark and light *** results of this study suggested several facts as *** significantly dose-dependently augmented pentobarbital(45 mg/kg,i.p.)-induced sleep,proved by increased sleep time and such an effect was potentiated by 5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HTP,2 mg/kg,i.p.).Pretreatment with p-chlorophenylalanine(PCPA,300 mg/kg,i.p.),an inhibitor of tryptophan hydroxylase,significantly decreased pentobarbital-induced sleep time,and jujuboside significantly reversed this *** jujuboside and flavonoids can significantly increase the sleep time on normal rats during dark and light *** the influences on the sleep parameters are not *** evidently increased all the sleep parameters during both light time and dark *** light time,jujuboside considerably increased the total sleep time and REM sleep time while had no significant effects on the rest sleep *** dark time jujuboside significantly increase the total sleep time,NREM sleep time and the light sleep while had no significant effects on deep sleep time and REM sleep *** results suggested that the 5-HT receptor system may involve in the hypnotic effect of jujuboside on pentobarbital treated mice and the hypnotic effect of jujuboside on normal rats may be influenced by circadian rhythm.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

Objective Alzheimer’s disease（AD）, the most common type of dementia, is a devastating neurodegenerative disorder that affects a large percentage of the population. At present, there is no treatment for AD. DAla2 GIP-Glu-PAL is a newly synthetic novel enzyme-resistant GIP analogue, with 5-6 h of longer half-life, but the neuroprotective roles of DAla2 GIP-Glu-PAL especially its anti-AD effects and its underlying mechanism are still not reported to date. The present study tested the neuroprotective effects of DAla2GIP-Glu-PAL that against the synaptic plasticity and cerebral damages, and explore its possible molecular mechanisms on APP/PS1 transgenic mice. Methods The nine-month-old APP/PS1 mice and wild-type（WT） mice were divided into the following four groups: WT-PBS, APP/PS1-PBS, WT-DAla2 GIP-Glu-PAL, and APP/PS1-DAla2GIP-Glu-PAL. APP/PS1 and WT mice were injected（i.p.） with PBS（0.01 M） or DAla2GIP-Glu-PAL（5 μM） at a volume of 0.2 ml once a day for 30 days. The synaptic plasticity was measured by using in vivo hippocampal field potential recording. The neuroprotective effects of DAla2GIP-Glu-PAL were assessed by immunofluorescence double-labeling staining on hippocampus morphology of APP/PS1 transgenic mice. And the cellular and molecular mechanisms of DAla2 GIP-Glu-PAL were investigated by using Wester blotting techniques. Results（1） Chronic administration of DAla2GIP-GluPAL facilitated L-LTP induction in APP/PS1 mice at 9 months of age, as well as their WT agematched littermates.（2） Chronic administration of DAla2 GIP-Glu-PAL reduce inflammatory response of astrocytes in APP/PS1 transgenic mice.（3） Wester blotting results showed close association with the inhibition of NF-κB signaling for the neuroprotection of DAla2 GIP-Glu-PAL in AD animals. Conclusion The results demonstrate that DAla2 GIP-Glu-PAL has neuroprotective properties on in AD model mouse, this finding shows that novel GIP analogues have the potential as a novel therapeutic for AD patients.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of persistently elevated corticosterone on sleep parameters in rat and to inspect the changes in sleep related nucleus in the brain,in order to elucidate how the dysfunction of HPA axis,always seen in mental disorders such as depression,affects *** Male SD rat was subcutaneously injected with 4 different dose of corticosterone for continuous 7 *** parameters were examined by EEG and EMG recording.C - Fos protein and specific neurotransmitter markers immunoreactivity in sleep- and wake-active nucleus were conducted with the method of *** Corticosterone administration at 10 mg·kg,20 mg·kg and 40 mg·kg for 7 d can significantly reduce the total sleep time and NREM sleep time without influence on SWS and REM *** dose of 0.5 mg·kg can only decrease light sleep time and NREM sleep time as a ***,the ratio of REM sleep time was remarkably increased after the treatment of 40 mg·kg corticosterone for consecutive 7 *** immunohistochemical experiments were processed at 40 mg·kg *** results show a decline of c-Fos expression in GABAergic neurons of VLPO(Ventrolateral preoptic area),and an increase of c-Fos immunoreactivity in noradrenergic neurons of LC(Locus coeruleus).CONCLUSION These findings demonstrate that the reduction of total sleep time and augmentation of REM sleep ratio,which resulted from incessant addition of corticosterone,were due to the alteration of sleep-wake related nucleus,for which decreased activity of GABAergic neurons in VLPO and increased activity of noradrenergic neurons in LC are most likely to responsible.

The tensile strain in inorganic perovskite films induced by thermal annealing is one of the primary factors contributing to the inefficiency and instability of inorganic perovskite solar cells （IPSCs）,which reduces the defect formation ***,a flexible molecule 5-maleimidovaleric acid （5-MVA） was introduced as a strain buffer to release the residual strain of *** anhydride and carboxyl groups in 5-MVA interact strongly with the uncoordinated Pb2+through Lewis acid-base reaction,thus tightly“pull”the perovskite *** in-between soft carbon chain increased the structural flexibility of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite materials,which effectively relieved the intrinsic internal strain of CsPbI2.85Br0.15,resisted the corrosion of external strain,and also reduced the formation of defects such as VIand *** addition,the introduction of 5-MVA improved crystal quality,passivated residual defects,and narrowed energy level ***,power conversion efficiency （PCE） of NiOxbased inverted IPSCs increased from 19.25% to 20.82% with the open-circuit voltage enhanced from 1.164 V to 1.230 *** release of strain also improved the stability of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite films and devices.

Parkinson’s disease is the second most common progressive neurodegenerative disorder,and few reliable biomarkers are available to track disease *** proteins,DNA,mRNA,and lipids carried by exosomes reflect intracellular changes,and thus can serve as biomarkers for a variety of *** this study,we investigated alterations in the protein content of plasma exosomes derived from patients with Parkinson’s disease and the potential therapeutic roles of these proteins in Parkinson’s *** a tandem mass tag-based quantitative proteomics approach,we characterized the proteomes of plasma exosomes derived from individual patients,identified exosomal protein signatures specific to patients with Parkinson’s disease,and identified N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase as a differentially expressed protein.N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase expression levels in exosomes from the plasma of patients and healthy controls were validated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and western *** results demonstrated that the exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase concentration was not only lower in Parkinson’s disease,but also decreased with increasing Hoehn-Yahr stage,suggesting that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase could be used to rapidly evaluate Parkinson’s disease ***,western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase levels were markedly reduced both in cells treated with 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and cells overexpressingα-synuclein compared with control ***,N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase overexpression significantly increased cell viability and inhibitedα-synuclein expression in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-treated *** together,our findings demonstrate for the first time that exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may serve as a biomarker for Parkinson’s disease diagnosis,and that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may reduceα-synuclein expression and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-induced n
