＜正＞The paper presents a comprehensive study of Spice modeling for some key physical effects observed in a 65nm ***-induced stress effect,well proximity effect,as well as HCI and NBTI reliability effects,which can not be neglected for technologies beyond 90nm and must be properly modeled for accurate circuit simulations,are discussed in this study.

Large‐scale power systems exhibit more complex dynamics due to the increasing inte-gration of inverter‐based resources(IBRs).Therefore,there is an urgent need to enhance the situational awareness capability for better monitoring and control of power grids dominated by *** a pioneering Wide‐Area Measurement System,FNET/GridEye has developed and implemented various advanced applications based on the collected synchrophasor measurements to enhance the situational awareness capability of large‐scale power *** study provides an overview of the latest progress of FNET/*** sensors,communication,and data servers are upgraded to handle ultra‐high density synchrophasor and point‐on‐wave data to monitor system dynamics with more *** importantly,several artificial intelligence(AI)‐based advanced appli-cations are introduced,including AI‐based inertia estimation,AI‐based disturbance size and location estimation,AI‐based system stability assessment,and AI‐based data authentication.

Small-cell lung cancer(SCLC)is the most aggressive and lethal subtype of lung cancer,for which,better understandings of its biology are urgently ***-cell sequencing technologies provide an opportunity to profile individual cells within the tumor microenvironment(TME)and investigate their roles in tumorigenic ***,we performed high-precision single-cell transcriptomic analysis of~5000 individual cells from primary tumors(PTs)and matched normal adjacent tissues(NATs)from 11 SCLC patients,including one patient with both PT and relapsed tumor(RT).The comparison revealed an immunosuppressive landscape of human *** cells in SCLC tumors exhibited diverse states mainly related to the cell cycle,immune,and hypoxic *** data also revealed the intratumor heterogeneity(ITH)of key transcription factors(TFs)in SCLC and related gene expression patterns and *** non-neuroendocrine(non-NE)tumors were correlated with increased inflammatory gene signatures and immune cell infiltrates in SCLC,which contributed to better responses to immune checkpoint *** findings indicate a significant heterogeneity of human SCLC,and intensive crosstalk between cancer cells and the TME at single-cell resolution,and thus,set the stage for a better understanding of the biology of SCLC as well as for developing new therapeutics for SCLC.

[ Objective] To establish a Taqman real-time PCR for detection of Salmonella in pet food. [Method] A pair of primers and a probe were designed based on published nucleotide sequence of invA gene encoding the invasion protein of Salmonella enterica. [ Result] The assay detects Salmonella specifically. The detection limit of the real-time PCR was 17 CFU/test （25 uL/test） for the positive strain. This method was effective to detect artificially contaminated pet food. [ Conclusion] The results showed that Taqman PCR assay was rapid and accurate for detection of Salmonella from infected pet food.

群智感知依靠大量用户的移动性和智能设备的传感能力完成数据的收集,已经成为一种有效的感知数据收集方式。现有集中式群智感知网络中,云平台负责任务分发和数据收集等全部过程,难以有效处理大量实时数据,感知成本高;不同参与者对待任务的兴趣不同,忽略偏好因素会导致所选参与者完成任务的效率较低,参与者满意度较差。针对上述群智感知网络中存在的问题,提出一种边云协同架构下偏好感知的参与者选择策略。参与者选择过程由云平台和边缘节点协作执行。云平台基于任务的不同位置向边缘节点分发任务,并且从边缘节点收集数据。边缘节点负责参与者选择过程,通过评估时间匹配度、距离匹配度、任务类型和奖励,量化用户对任务的偏好;通过评估用户的声誉和感知成本,量化任务对用户的偏好。基于双方偏好和稳定匹配理论,将参与者选择问题建模为用户与任务间的多对一稳定匹配问题,并且求解稳定匹配使参与者偏好最大化。结果表明,该策略所选参与者的满意度较高,平台收集的数据质量较好。

[Objectives]This study was conducted to develop an enzyme-linked immunoassay kit that can detect the residual amount of pentachloronitrobenzene in Penaeus vannamei.[Methods]This study was conducted to develop an enzyme-linked immunoassay kit that can detect the residual amount of pentachloronitrobenzene in ***.[Results]The standard curve range of the kit was 0-8.1μg/L;the detection limit for *** was 0.912μg/kg;the recovery was 80.6%-103.5%;and the relative standard deviation range within batches was 5.3%-10.1%,and the relative standard deviation range between batches was 6.7%-8.1%.The specificity of the pentachloronitrobenzene monoclonal antibody was relatively good,and the cross-reaction rates with pentachlorophenol,hexachlorobenzene,tetrachlorophthalide,and chlorothalonil were low,all of which did not exceed 30%.The ELISA kit could be stored at 4℃for 12 months,showing good stability.[Conclusions]The detection kit has low cost,short time and small deviation,and is an ideal preliminary screening method.

We report protonation in several compounds by an ionic-liquid-gating method, under optimized gating *** leads to single superconducting phases for several compounds. Non-volatility of protons allows post-gating magnetization and transport measurements. The superconducting transition temperature Tc is enhanced to 43.5 K for FeSe0.93S0.07, and 41 K for Fe Se after protonation. Superconducting transitions with Tc^15 K for ZrNCl,~7.2 K for 1-TaS2, and ~3.8 K for Bi2Se3 are induced after protonation. Electric transport in protonated FeSe0.93S0.07 confirms high-temperature superconductivity. Our ^1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)measurements on protonated Fe Se1-xSx reveal enhanced spin-lattice relaxation rate 1/^1T1 with increasing x,which is consistent with the LDA calculations that H+ is located in the interstitial sites close to the anions.

Colloidal Gold Test Strip for the Detection of Fluoroquinolones in Foods Using an Analyzer

A test strip was developed to rapidly detect fluoroquinolones in foods by colloidal gold immunochromatography method in combination with a food safety analyzer. The results showed that the test strip has the detection sensitivity of 20 μg/L for enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin, difloxacin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, pefloxacin, flumequine and danofloxacin, and the detection sensitivity of 40 μg/L for enoxacin and oxolinic acid. The test strip consumes only 10 min for detection, and the false positive rate and the false negative rate are both zero. The test strip can accurately, reliably and easily detect residual fluoroquinolones in foods, and is suitable for on-site detection of a large number of samples.

随着能源技术的快速发展,风/光制氢系统将成为典型能源存在场景。本文分析风/光制氢系统中异质能源的功率交换特性,从功率/能量的供需平衡角度出发,建立风/光制氢系统的同质化分析模型;根据对模型运行域的分析,建立统一的分析框架,并通过3个维度对风/光氢制氢系统边界条件进行分析;并根据历史数据,绘制出力散点图,分析运行点规律及运行点指标范围,并对系统运行域进行合理分析。
