Deep learning CNN-APSO-LSSVM hybrid fusion model for feature optimization and gas-bearing prediction

Conventional machine learning(CML) methods have been successfully applied for gas reservoir prediction. Their prediction accuracy largely depends on the quality of the sample data; therefore, feature optimization of the input samples is particularly important. Commonly used feature optimization methods increase the interpretability of gas reservoirs; however, their steps are cumbersome, and the selected features cannot sufficiently guide CML models to mine the intrinsic features of sample data efficiently. In contrast to CML methods, deep learning(DL) methods can directly extract the important features of targets from raw data. Therefore, this study proposes a feature optimization and gas-bearing prediction method based on a hybrid fusion model that combines a convolutional neural network(CNN)and an adaptive particle swarm optimization-least squares support vector machine(APSO-LSSVM). This model adopts an end-to-end algorithm structure to directly extract features from sensitive multicomponent seismic attributes, considerably simplifying the feature optimization. A CNN was used for feature optimization to highlight sensitive gas reservoir information. APSO-LSSVM was used to fully learn the relationship between the features extracted by the CNN to obtain the prediction results. The constructed hybrid fusion model improves gas-bearing prediction accuracy through two processes of feature optimization and intelligent prediction, giving full play to the advantages of DL and CML methods. The prediction results obtained are better than those of a single CNN model or APSO-LSSVM model. In the feature optimization process of multicomponent seismic attribute data, CNN has demonstrated better gas reservoir feature extraction capabilities than commonly used attribute optimization methods. Alteration of ascending colon mucosal microbiota in patients after cholecystectomy

Clinical Analysis and Mental Health Survey of Hemophilia Carriers:a Cross-sectional Study

文章基于中国第一历史档案馆藏内务府汉文奏销档中关于织染局的七份档案,通过梳理乾隆和嘉庆年间内织染局设置及所辖人、财、物变更等重要事项,分析了清朝中期织染局的沿革历史、人员构成和分工、所用物料、织造品类和使用去向等种种问题,阐明了织染局作为清代官营织造机构之一的特殊性质和使命,以及与江南三织造的联系和区别。织染局作为清代唯一一处位于京内的官营织造机构,其用丝主要来自江南三织造的供应,在匠役的来源上也与江南地区有着密切联系。由于地理条件及生产规模所限,织染局所产丝织原料质量、生产规模和产品类别均不能与三织造相比。但是作为随传随办的织造机构,织染局能够灵活应变,满足上用和内用的临时需求,因此在清代官营织造机构中具有特殊地位。而且,自乾隆十七年(公元1752年)织染局迁入万寿山演化为耕织图后,不仅通过精简人员和技艺优化来扩大生产品类和提高产品质量,更与皇帝倡导农桑的政策紧密结合,逐渐形成兼具实际生产意义和政策示范性的场所,同时也满足了皇帝对江南田园生活的向往,成为承载官营生产织造和皇帝人文思想的理想机构。

2006年,“西兰卡普”被列入首批国家级非物质文化遗产名录,其非遗价值对织锦织造行业的发展具有重要的促进作用,然而西兰卡普的创造性转化与创新性发展依旧滞后。本文从政策角度梳理国家级和省(区)级织锦技艺,探讨西兰卡普的保护措施。并通过文献法、实地调研法,以图文参照形式梳理土家人信仰寄托、民俗和技艺沉淀对于西兰卡普纹样表现的影响,思考西兰卡普非遗价值的独特所在。研究认为,西兰卡普的保护、传承不是简单的复古,而应深入了解土家族文化基因去粗取精,使其与当代文化相适应、与现代社会相协调,以人们喜闻乐见、具有广泛参与性的方式推广开来,跨越时空、超越国度、富有永恒魅力。

Clinical analysis of colistin sulfate in the treatment of pneumonia caused by carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria

BACKGROUND Multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria,exacerbated by excessive use of antimicrobials and immunosuppressants,are a major health *** To study the clinical efficacy and safety of colistin sulfate in the treatment of carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacilli-induced pneumonia,and to provide theoretical reference for clinical diagnosis and *** This retrospective analysis involved 54 patients with Gram-negative bacilli pneumonia admitted to intensive care unit of The General Hospital of the Northern Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army of China from August 2020 to June *** bacteriological culture,the patients'airway secretions were collected to confirm the presence of Gram-negative *** patients were divided into the experimental and control groups according to the medication *** research group consisted of 28 patients who received polymyxin sulfate combined with other drugs through intravenous,nebulization,or intravenous combined with nebulization,with a daily dosage of 1.5–3.0 million *** control group consisted of 26 patients who received standard dosages of other antibiotics(including sulbactam sodium for injection,cefoperazone sodium sulbactam for injection,tigecycline,meropenem,or vaborbactam).RESULTS Of the 28 patients included in the research group,26 patients showed improvement,treatment was ineffective for two patients,and one patient died,with the treatment efficacy rate of 92.82%.Of the 26 patients in the control group,18 patients improved,treatment was ineffective for eight patients,and two patients died,with the treatment efficacy rate of 54.9%;significant difference was observed between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of white blood cell(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of WBC,PCT,and CRP in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group
