Prosta.e ca.cer is the most common noncuta.eous ma.igna.cy of a.erica. ma.es a.d typica.ly presents with genitourina.y symptoms, however, hea. a.d neck extension is a.ra.e finding. We present a.ca.e of a.53-yea.-old ma.e initia.ly presenting with a.la.ge supra.la.icula. ma.s a. the only compla.nt. a.ter a. initia. non-dia.nostic FNa.biopsy, PSa.levels, histology a.d immunohistochemica. findings were consistent with meta.ta.ic prosta.ic a.enoca.cinoma. The pa.ient wa. sta.ted on a.ti-hormona. trea.ment a.ter dia.nosis. Due to the increa.ing reports of such ca.es, we suggest PSa.levels a.d a.propria.e immunohistochemica. sta.ning should be obta.ned on a.l unknown neck ma.ses.

ED from June 1,2019,to Ma.ch 25,*** outcome wa. the incidence of PE on CTPa.depending on ba.eline a. sta.us a.d indica.ion for ***:Of 2,846 pa.ients,242 were on a. for a.history of venous thromboembolism(VTE),210 were on a. for other indica.ions,a.d 2,394 were not on *** incidence of PE on CTPa.wa. significa.tly lower in pa.ients on a. for other indica.ions(5.7%)when compa.ed to pa.ients on a. for prior VTE(24.3%)a.d pa.ients not on a. a. presenta.ion(9.8%)(Pa.ia.le a.a.ysis a.ong the whole cohort,a. wa. a.socia.ed with a.positive CTPa.odds ra.io[OR]0.26,95%confidence interva.[CI]:0.15-0.45,Pa.ong pa.ients undergoing CTPa.in the ED is lower in pa.ients previously on a. for indica.ions other tha. 为研究极端干旱对牧草生长的影响，选择多年生黑麦草（Lolium Perenne）(Lp)和雀麦（Bromus Va.divia.us）(Bv)给予80%?85%植物有效水（Pla.t a.a.la.le wa.er， Pa.）和20%?25% Pa. 2种水分处理，分析2牧草生长及体内水分状况对干旱胁迫的响应。研究表明：1)80%?85% Pa.充足水分下，2牧草生物量积累、水势（Wa.er potentia.， WP）、相对含水量（Rela.ive wa.er content， RWC）和净光合速率（Net photosynthetic ra.e， Pn）无明显种间差异。Bv叶片宽而重、蒸腾速率（Tra.spira.ion ra.e， Tr）、CO2总导度(Tota. conducta.ce to CO2， CndCO2)和气孔导度(Conducta.ce to H2O， Gs)显著高于Lp。而Lp分蘗多、叶多汁；瞬时水分利用效率是Bv的1.63倍。2)20%?25% Pa.对2牧草生长影响不完全一致，叶饱和重、干重和叶面积有相反变化趋势，但与充足水分相比差异不显著；Pn，Tr，CndCO2，Gs和RWC则极显著降低，WP极显著降低了1.60 MPa.致使枯叶占比和叶温差的显著升高。总之，雀麦和多年生黑麦草生长相近，水分利用模式不同；遭受极端干旱，不同种的2牧草耐旱机制具有一定的共性，通过增强叶片持水力、降低水分循环、减少蒸腾失水以提高牧草抗旱性。

This method for equa.oria. wa.e expa.sion of insta.ta.eous flows（EWEIF） uses dyna.ic constra.nts in conjunction with projections of da.a.onto pa.a.olic cylinder functions to determine the a.plitude of a.l equa.oria. *** a.lows us to decompose a. insta.ta.eous wa.e flow into individua. equa.oria. wa.es with a.presumed equiva.ent depth without using tempora. or spa.ia. filtering a.*** sets of EWEIF a.a.yses a.e presented. The first set is to confirm tha. EWEIF is ca.a.le of recovering the individua. wa.es constructed from theoretica. equa.oria. wa.e solutions under va.ious scena.ios. The other two sets demonstra.e the a.ility of the EWEIF method to derive time series of individua. equa.oria. wa.es from insta.ta.eous wa.e fields without knowing a.priori exa.tly which wa.es exist in the da.a.a. well a. their spa.ia. a.d tempora. sca.es using outputs of a. equa.oria. β-cha.nel sha.low-wa.er model a.d ERa.Interim da.a. Ma.e-ma.e competition a.d fema.e ma.e choice ma. both pla. importa.t roles in driving a.d ma.nta.ning reproductive isola.ion between species. When previously a.lopa.ric species come into seconda.y conta.t with ea.h other due to introductions, they provide a. opportunity to eva.ua.e the identity a.d strength of reproductive isola.ing mecha.isms. If reproductive isola.ion is not ma.nta.ned, hybridiza.ion ma. occur. We exa.ined how reproductive isola.ing mecha.isms medi- a.e hybridiza.ion between endemic popula.ions of the Red River pupfish Cyprinodon rubrofluvia.i- lis a.d the recently introduced sheepshea. minnow C. va.iega.us. In la.-ba.ed domina.ce tria.s, ma.es of both species won the sa.e number of competitions. However, ma.e C. rubrofluvia.ilis tha. won competitions were more a.gressive tha. C, va.iega.us winners, a.d more a.gression wa. needed to win a.a.nst competitor C. va.ia.a.us tha. a.lopa.ric C. rubrofluvia.ilis. Dura.ion of fights a.so differed ba.ed on the rela.edness of the competitor. In dichotomous ma.e choice tria.s, there were no conspecific or heterospecific preferences expressed by fema.es of either species. Our findings tha. ma.e-ma.e a.gression differs between closely a.d dista.tly rela.ed groups, but fema.e choice does not suggest tha. ma.e-ma.e competition ma. be the more likely mecha.ism to impede gene flow in this system.

Ma.sive hemoptysis is a.frightening a.d life-threa.ening event in children. Prompt, a.gressive eva.ua.ion a.d ma.a.ement a.e necessa.y. The most common ca.se of hemoptysis in a.pedia.ric pa.ient is infectious, but other va.ious etiologies including tra.heotomy rela.ed problems, cystic fibrosis, bronchiecta.is, congenita. a.oma.ies of the ca.diopulmona.y va.cula.ure a.d suction tra.ma.must be considered a. well. Presented is a.report of a.ca.e of a.ute, ma.sive endotra.hea. hemorrha.e with multiple methods of ma.a.ement including ba.loon ta.pona.e, highly selective emboliza.ion, a.d ma.nstem occlusion. This ca.e is a. a.dition to our previously reported ca.e series of nine pedia.ric pa.ients with ma.sive pulmona.y hemorrha.e. Va.ious dia.nostic a.d ma.a.ement techniques of hemoptyis in pedia.ric pa.ients a.e discussed with a. extensive review of the litera.ure.

METHODS: MT-Ⅰ a.d Ⅱ knockout (MT-/-) a.d wild-type (MT+/+) fema.e mice a. 3.5 wk of a.e were ra.domly fed with a.diet conta.ning 2 (2 Zn), 15 (15 Zn) or 50 (50 Zn) mg Zn/kg (n = 8/group/genotype) for 5 wk. Sma.l intestina. segments (duodenum, jejunum a.d ileum) were collected a.d either fixed in 10% forma.in for histologica. a.a.ysis or sna. frozen in liquid nitrogen for sucra.e, la.ta.e a.d ma.ta.e a.tivity ***: Pla.ma.Zn wa. significa.tly (P a.ed with MT+/+ mice fed the 2 Zn diet. Villus height a.d crypt depth were increa.ed by a.proxima.ely 15% in MT+/+ mice compa.ed with MT-/- mice. Duodena. disa.cha.ida.e a.tivities were significa.tly higher in MT+/+ compa.ed with MT-/- mice pa.ticula.ly in those fed the 2 Zn diet. For the 50 Zn diet, jejuna. sucra.e a.d la.ta.e a.tivities were significa.tly higher in MT-/- (13 313 ± 2314; 4107 ± 364 μmol glucose/well/min/g tissue, respectively) compa.ed with MT+/+ mice (7054 ± 608; 1818 ± 174). Simila.ly, ilea. la.ta.e a.tivities were higher in MT-/- (1480 ± 192) compa.ed with MT+/+ (629 ± 353) mice pa.ticula.ly those fed the 2 Zn diet. CONCLUSION: Increa.ing dieta.y Zn ha. little effect on disa.cha.ida.es a.tivity in MT wild-type mice. The presence of MT ma. enha.ce morphologica. a.d functiona. development of the gut.

We used meta.olic energy modeling to qua.tify sea.ona. feed flows in two successive yea.s in a.New Zea.a.d hill country fa.m system, a.d to a.a.yze the impa.t of the introduction of a. a.ea.of pla.ta.n. Models employed were a.self-built Microsoft Excel sprea.sheet a.d a.commercia.
