Objective Increasing evidence has indicated that there is a correlation between Fusobacterium nucleatum(***)abundance and poor prognosis of colorectal cancer(CRC).Furthermore,tumor metastasis plays a decisive role in the prognosis of CRC ***,it was hypothesized that the abundance of *** in CRC tissues affects the tumor *** In the present study,*** DNA obtained from 141 resected CRC samples was quantified by qPCR to determine whether there were differences in *** abundance between groups with and without CRC *** The results revealed that *** was more abundant in CRC patients with metastasis,and CRC tissues enriched with *** had a higher risk of lymph node metastasis and distant *** receiver operating characteristic curve indicated that *** in CRC tissues could be used as an indicator for CRC metastasis,to some ***,the in vitro experiments(electron microscopy,and migration and invasion trials)revealed that *** was a highly invasive bacterial strain,and could significantly enhance the invasion and migration capacity of SW480 and SW620 *** addition,a meta-analysis comprehensively indicated a slight correlation between *** abundance and advanced CRC stage(RR=1.17,95%CI:1.00–1.37,P=0.04,random effect).Conclusion There is a correlation between *** abundance and CRC metastasis,and *** may serve as a metastasis biomarker for CRC patients.

For space-based gravitational wave （GW） detection,the main noise source for massive black hole binaries （MBHBs） is attributed to approximately 10～7double white dwarf binaries in the *** a GW source,the amplitude of the detector response,recorded by a space-based gravitational wave detector,exhibits a modulation effect with a year period when observing the source from various orbital *** the adverse conditions mentioned above,where there is a strong foreground noise and annual modulation in the signals,we employed the wavelet transform and the strong-amplitude relevant orbital position search methods,which allows the weak MBHB sources to achieve higher locating *** detail,for two MBHB sources of lower intensity,the precision of luminosity distance,represented by the ratio ?DL/DLat the 95%confidence level,is enhanced by factors of ～*** angular resolutions,denoted by??s,are enhanced by a factor of ～*** improvements increase the number of detectable GW sources,facilitate multi-messenger follow-up observations and provide constraints on the cosmological constant.

Natural swarms arranged from cells to herds are usually decentralized but display intriguing collective intelligence in coordinating individuals across large scales to efficiently achieve their common goals. Learning from nature may provide new strategies for controlling collective dynamics of synthetic swarms to accomplish specific functions. Here, we present a bioinspired computational framework that steers distributed active swarms to collectively capture and merge targets via reinforcement learning. We exploit collective milling structures of natural herds to cage the targets, and adopt a switching control policy inspired by sperms' chiral dynamics to optimize the trajectories of individuals, through which the active swarms can selforganize to enclose single or multiple distant targets in a dynamical, adaptive and scalable manner. There exists a critical swarm size, beyond which the excessive competition between agents would generate large mechanical forces, leading to capture instability but enabling the transition from short-distance to long-distance merging capture of multiple targets. This work provides physical insights into distributed active swarms and could offer a multilevel, decentralized strategy toward controlling swarm robotics in wide applications such as bio-medical devices, machine immunity, and target clearance.

Some basic properties of granules,including the granule size distribution,packed-bed permeability,and chemical composition of the adhering layer,were investigated in this study for four iron ore blends consisting of 5wt%,25wt%,and 45wt%ultrafine magnetite and 25wt%ultrafine hematite *** effects of varying the sinter basicity(CaO/SiO2 mass ratio=1.4 to 2.2)and adding ultrafine concentrates on the variation of the adhering-layer composition and granule microstructure were ***,the effect of adhering-layer compositional changes on sintering reactions was discussed in combination with pot sintering results of ore *** sinter basicity led to an increase in the basicities of both the adhering layer and the fine part of the sinter mix,which were higher than the overall sinter *** the sinter chemistry was fixed and fine Si-bearing materials(e.g.,quartz sand)were used,increasing the amount of ultrafine ores in the ore blends tended to reduce the adhering-layer basicity and increase the SiO2 content in both the adhering layer and the fine part of the sinter mix,which will induce the formation of low-strength bonding phases and the deterioration of sinter *** adhering-layer composition in granules can be estimated in advance from the compositions of the-1 mm fractions of the raw materials.

The first digit law, also known as Benford’s law or the significant digit law, is an empirical phenomenon that the leading digit of numbers from real world sources favors small ones in a form log(1 + 1/d), where d= 1, 2,..., *** a law has been elusive for over 100 years because it has been obscure whether this law is due to the logical consequence of the number system or some mysterious mechanism of nature. We provide a simple and elegant proof of this law from the application of the Laplace transform, which is an important tool of mathematical methods in physics. It is revealed that the first digit law originates from the basic property of the number system, thus it should be attributed as a basic mathematical knowledge for wide applications.

The bifurcation associated with a homoclinic orbit to saddle-focus including a pair of pure imaginary eigenvalues is investigated by using related homoclinie bifurcation theory. It is proved that, in a neighborhood of the homoclinic bifurcation value, there are countably infinite saddle-node bifurcation values, period-doubling bifurcation values and double-pulse homoclinic bifurcation values. Also, accompanied by the Hopf bifurcation, the existence of certain homoclinie connections to the periodic orbit is proved.

A novel lactic acid-based cross-linked poly（ester-amide）（LCPEA） was synthesized. The gel fraction of the LCPEA could be modulated by the reaction conditions and it affected the mechanical and thermal properties of the LCPEA. The tensile strength, elastic modulus and bend strength of the LCPEA of 65% gel fraction were 4.65, 136.55 and 39.63 MPa, respectively. The thermal decomposition temperature （50 wt%） of the LCPEA was around 410℃.

A special integrable nonlocal nonlinear Schroodinger equation, NNLS, or namely Alice-bob NLS（ABNLS）equation is investigated. By means of the general N-th Darboux transformation, one can get various interesting solutions to display different types of structures especially for solitons. By using the Darboux transformation, its soliton solutions are obtained. Finally, by adjusting the values of free parameters, different kinds of solutions such as kinks, complexitons and rogue-wave solutions are explicitly exhibited. It is found that these solutions are quite different from the ones of the classical NLS equation.
