Backg.ound:The seasonal influenza vaccine coverag. rate in China is only.1.9%.There is no information available on the economic burden of influenza-associated outpatient visits and hospitalizations at the national level,even thoug. this kind of information is important for informing.national-level immunization policy.***:A retrospective telephone survey.was conducted in 2013/14 to estimate the direct and indirect costs of seasonal influenza-associated outpatient visits and hospitalizations from a societal *** participants were laboratory.confirmed cases reg.stered in the National Influenza-like Illness Surveillance Network and Severe Acute Respiratory.Infections Sentinel Surveillance Network in China in ***-reported costs from the survey.were validated by.a review of hospital accounts for a small sample of the ***:The study.enrolled 529 outpatients(median ag.:eig.t y.ars;interquartile rang.[IQR]:five to 20 y.ars)and 254 inpatients(median ag.:four y.ars;IQR:two to seven y.ars).Among.the outpatients,22.1%(117/529)had underly.ng.diseases and among.the inpatients,52.8%(134/254)had underly.ng.*** averag. total costs related to influenza-associated outpatient visits and inpatient visits were US$155(standard deviation,SD US$122)and US$1,511(SD US$1,465),*** medical costs accounted for 45 and 69%of the total costs related to influenza-associated outpatient and inpatient visits,*** influenza outpatients,the mean cost per episode in children ag.d below five y.ars(US$196)was hig.er than that in other ag. g.oups(US$129–153).For influenza inpatients,the mean cost per episode in adults ag.d over 60 y.ars(US$2,735)was much hig.er than that in those ag.d below 60 y.ars(US$1,417–1,621).Patients with underly.ng.medical conditions had hig.er costs per episode than patients without underly.ng.medical conditions(outpatients:US$186 ***$146;inpatients:US$1,800 ***$1,189).In the baseline ana

Introduction Hepatitis C virus(HCV)is a major cause of chronic liver *** A virus(HAV)or hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection on pre-existing.hepatitis C can lead to sig.ificant morbidity.and mortality.1].The Advisory.Committee on Immunization Practices(ACIP)recommends HAV and HBV vaccination for patients with chronic liver diseases[2,3].Best-practice advice from the American Colleg. of Phy.icians and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)also emphasized the importance of HBV vaccination for at-risk populations[4].The hepatitis B vaccine response,however,is g.nerally.lower among.patients with chronic liver diseases,especially.those with cirrhosis or older ag.[5,6].In this study.we reported that a hig. proportion of patients with chronic hepatitis C remained at risk of HAV or HBV infection at their referral to our tertiary.Liver Center.

Introduction Using.the information obtained from analy.is of 16S rRNA g.ne sequences,Tsukamurella was first proposed as a g.nus in 1988,1 despite the fact that the first strain of this g.oup of bacteria was described in 1941,2 and the first human isolate was reported in 1971.3 Similar to related g.nera of the order Cory.ebacteriales,such as Nocardia,Rhodococcus,and g.rdonia,members of Tsukamurella are g.am-positive,aerobic,catalase-positive,and partially.acid-fast as a result of the presence of my.olic acid in the cell *** to their similar phenoty.ic properties,differentiation of these g.nera and speciation within these g.nera is difficult in most clinical microbiolog. laboratories.

Introduction Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)is the most abundant serum protein found in the human fetus,produced by.the y.lk sac and the liver[1].The levels of maternal serum AFP reach a peak value at28-32 weeks of g.station and decrease rapidly.after birth and usually.drop to the normal at 8-12 months of *** normal serum AFP level for an adult isg.mL[2].In contrast,livertumor cells usually.sy.thesize and secrete an increased level of *** ultrasound and AFP are g.nerally.recommended as the screening.modality.for HCC for patients at risk for development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)[1].AFP-L3,an isoform of AFP that binds Lens culinaris ag.lutinin,can be particularly.useful in the early.identification of ag.ressive HCC[2].These assay.,however,can g.nerate false-positive and false-neg.tive AFP *** patients with advanced HCC,20%had normal AFP levels,whereas some patients with liver diseases had sig.ificant AFP elevation without liver cancer in long.term surveillance[3].Elevated AFP levels could be associated with active liver diseases with hepatocy.e reg.neration[4,5].In that setting.the AFP level will decline with improvement of the underly.ng.liver *** case illustrated the dilemma and uncertainties as a result of persistent abnormal AFP values after extensive clinical investig.tions.

三维可视化技术是三维CT重建技术的再发展,它与原有的三维CT重建技术相比有很多优势.目前,三维可视化技术已被应用于肝脏手术中,其在临床肝脏手术中应用的益处主要有：（1）可支持Couinaud的解剖方法,把肝脏细分为两个半肝、4个扇区和8个肝段.而且可以旋转肝脏模型,通过对肝脏进行不同程度的透明化显示,观看肝内结构,使学习肝脏解剖和手术技术变得容易.（2）可以清楚显示肿瘤在肝段中的具体位置.（3）帮助医师决定手术类型.（4）可使用模拟肝切除手术来评估不同手术的困难程度和风险.（5）可以帮助医师找出会影响手术的血管或结构变异,使手术更为安全.因此,三维肝脏可视化技术在临床中的应用,将原有的三维CT重建推至更高的层次,对于初学肝脏手术的医师,其应用价值更高.
