Polythiourethanes(PTU)and polythioesters(PTE)derived from renewable sources are emerging sustainable polymers for their excellent degradability and ***,P(TU-alt-TE)copolymers have been rare and challenging to ***,we report the efficient synthesis of novel P(TU-alt-TE)copolymers via the alternating copolymerization of n-thiocarboxyanhydrides(nTA)/episufides(ES)and provide mechanistic insight into the alternating chain propagation process via density functional theory(DFT)*** incorporation of ESs into traditional peptide backbone is capable of adjusting the glass transition temperature below thermal decomposition temperature,which confers better thermal processability by regulating the rigidity of the backbone and the hydrogen bond interaction among the polymer *** PTUs with tailored properties are accessible by altering the feeding ratio of nTAs and(bifunctional)***,the thiourethane in the backbone can endow interesting underwater adhesion properties to the *** the broad scope of nTA and ES monomers,this method is expected to provide a promising and general route to a wide range of P(TU-alt-TE)copolymers with diverse properties.

With increased awareness of the large-scale CO_(2) emissions from the cement industry,there has been growing focus on greenhouse gas reduction *** all these strategies,fuel substitution using biomass fuel is extensively used to achieve CO_(2) zero-emission in cement *** to the avoidable high-temperature-generated thermal nitrogen oxides during cement production,research on the impact of biomass application on nitrogen oxide emissions shall be carried *** types of biomass fuel and bituminous coal were used to investigate the nO reduction characteristics under different O_(2) concentrations on experimental *** was found that the change in oxygen concentration from 9% to 1% increased the reaction time in the reactor from 555 s to 1425 s,which means the increase in oxygen concentration can lead to shorter reaction time,and correspondingly,the existing time of nitric oxide in the flue gas is also shortened,but the peak value of nitric oxide rises,during the process of O_(2) concentration changing from 1% to 9%,the peak nO concentration in the flue gas increased from 5.4×10^(-5) to 1.05×10^(-4).An increase in O_(2) concentration greatly reduces the total reduction of nO and the minimum change in nO *** peak nO concentration during the combustion process of corn stalk is 4.56×10^(-4),which is approximately 7 times higher than that of coal,and it is caused by the high amount of n in corn *** addition of raw meal has an inhibitory effect on the reduction of nO:after adding raw meal,the effective reduction time of nO by fuel decreased by about 20%,but adding raw meal raises CO_(2) concentration of fuel gas in the early stage of reaction.

Copper(0)-mediated reversible-deactivation radical polymerization(Cu(0)-mediated RDRP) of the water-soluble monomer nisopropylacrylamide(nIPAM) has been challenging with the problems of high dispersity, poor control over the molecular weights(MWs) or complex or multi reaction steps, etc. In this work, we report the well-controlled polymerization of nIPAM in water via a facile one-pot and one-step Cu(0)-mediated RDRP. The results of this approach show that the key for kicking off the Cu(0)-mediated nIPAM RDRPs is to ensure sufficient Cu~I at the very beginning, and the key to achieve a well-controlled chain growth is to provide adequate deactivation strength during the polymerization process. For nIPAM, which has a high propagation rate constant, the deactivation control can be effectively enhanced by extra adding deactivator(i.e., Cu~II) to the system. Moreover, a low reaction temperature(4 ℃) is necessary in the controlled synthesis of higher MW poly(nisopropylacrylamide)(PnIPAM) to avoid the compromise in control caused by the phase transition from its lower critical solution temperature(LCST). Through this new kinetically controlled strategy, PnIPAMs with well-defined structure, narrow molecular weight distributions(MWDs) and varied MWs were successfully achieved.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the pharmacodynamic effects and potential mechanisms of Shuangling extract against ulcerative colitis(UC). METHODS: The bioinformatics method was used to predict the active ingredients and action targets of Shuangling extract against UC in mice. And the biological experiments such as serum biochemical indexes and histopathological staining were used to verify the pharmacological effect and mechanism of Shuangling extract against UC in mice. RESULTS: The Shuangling extract reduced the levels of seruminterleukin-1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α(TnF-n), interleukin-6(IL-6) and other inflammatory factors in UC mice and inhibited the inflammatory response. AKT Serine/threonine Kinase 1 and IL-6 may be the main targets of the anti-UC action of Shuangling extract, and the TnF signaling pathway, Forkhead box O signaling pathway and T-cell receptor signaling pathway may be the main signaling pathways. COnCLUSIOn: The Shuangling extract could inhibit the inflammatory response induced by UC and regulate intestinal immune function through multiple targets and multiple channels, which provided a new option and theoretical basis for anti-UC.

nitrogen(n)-doped carbon materials as metal catalyst supports have attracted signifi cant attention,but the eff ect of n dopants on catalytic performance remains unclear,especially for complex reaction processes such as Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS).Herein,we engineered ruthenium(Ru)FTS catalysts supported on n-doped carbon overlayers on TiO_(2)*** regulating the carbonization temperatures,we successfully controlled the types and contents of n dopants to identify their impacts on metal-support interactions(MSI).Our fi ndings revealed that n dopants establish a favorable surface environment for electron transfer from the support to the Ru ***,pyridinic n demonstrates the highest electron-donating ability,followed by pyrrolic n and graphitic *** addition to realizing excellent catalytic stability,strengthening the interaction between Ru sites and n dopants increases the Ru^(0)/Ru^(δ+)ratios to enlarge the active site numbers and surface electron density of Ru species to enhance the strength of adsorbed ***,it improves the catalyst’s overall performance,encompassing intrinsic and apparent activities,as well as its ability for carbon chain ***,the as-synthesized Ru/TiO_(2)@Cn-700 catalyst with abundant pyridine n dopants exhibits a superhigh C_(5+)time yield of 219.4 mol CO/(mol Ru·h)and C_(5+)selectivity of 85.5%.

Raindrop size distribution(DSD)plays a crucial role in enhancing the accuracy of radar quantitative precipitation estimates in the Tibetan Plateau(TP).However,there is a notable scarcity of long-term,high-resolution observations in this *** address this issue,long-term observations from a two-dimensional video disdrometer(2DVD)were leveraged to refine the radar and satellite-based algorithms for quantifying precipitation in the hinterland of the *** was observed that weak precipitation(Rnts for 86%of the total precipitation time,while small raindrops(Dndrop ***,the average spectral width of the DSD increases with increasing rain *** DSD characteristics of convective and stratiform precipitation were discussed across five different rain rates,revealing that convective precipitation in Yangbajain(YBJ)exhibits characteristics similar to maritime-like *** constrained relationships between the slopeΛand shapeμ,D_(m)and n_(w)of gamma DSDs were ***,we established a correlation between the equivalent diameter and drop axis ratio and found that raindrops on the TP attain a nearly spherical ***,the application of the rainfall retrieval algorithms of the dual-frequency precipitation radar in the TP is improved based on the statistical results of the DSD.

Background:The nasal alar defect in Asians remains a challenging issue,as do clear classification and algorithm guidance,despite numerous previously described surgical *** aim of this study is to propose a surgical algorithm that addresses the appropriate surgical procedures for different types of nasal alar defects in Asian ***:A retrospective case note review was conducted on 32 patients with nasal alar defect who underwent reconstruction between 2008 and *** on careful analysis and our clinical experience,we proposed a classification system for nasal alar defects and presented a reconstructive *** data,including age,sex,diagnosis,surgical options,and complications,were *** extent of surgical scar formation was evaluated using standard photography based on a 4-grade scar ***:Among the 32 patients,there were 20 males and 12 females with nasal alar *** predominant cause of trauma in China was industrial *** majority of alar defects were classified as type Ⅰ C(n=8,25%),comprising 18 cases(56.2%);there were 5 cases(15.6%)of type Ⅱ defect,7(21.9%)of type Ⅲ defect,and 2(6.3%)of type Ⅳ *** most common surgical option was auricular composite graft(n=8,25%),followed by bilobed flap(n=6,18.8%),free auricular composite flap(n=4,12.5%),and primary closure(n=3,9.4%).Satisfactory improvements were observed ***:Factors contributing to classifications were analyzed and defined,providing a framework for the proposed classification *** reconstructive algorithm offers surgeons appropriate procedures for treating nasal alar defect in Asians.

Transition-metal oxyhydroxides are attractive catalysts for oxygen evolution reactions(OERs).Further studies for developing transition-metal oxyhydroxide catalysts and understanding their catalytic mechanisms will benefit their quick transition to the next ***,Mo-doped CoOOH was designed as a high-performance model electrocatalyst with durability for 20 h at 10 mAcm−***,it had an overpotential of 260 mV(glassy carbon)or 215 mV(nickel foam),which was 78 mV lower than that of IrO_(2)(338 mV).In situ,Raman spectroscopy revealed the transformation process of *** using the density functional theory showed that during OER,doped Mo increased the spin-up density of states and shrank the spin-down bandgap of the 3d orbits in the reconstructed CoOOH under the electrochemical activation process,which simultaneously optimized the adsorption and electron conduction of oxygen-related intermediates on Co sites and lowered the OER *** research provides new insights into the methodical planning of the creation of transition-metal oxyhydroxide OER catalysts.

传统推荐系统只利用单一用户行为,然而用户行为间是具有关联性,忽视用户行为会丢失辅助行为对目标行为的影响。本文提出了一种行为增强的多层次协同Top-n推荐,在推荐二分图和元路径图上利用注意力机制传播信息,学习多层次高阶和异质协同信号(包括用户-项目间的和项目间的)以提高推荐性能,这样可以更好地利用推荐图结构,并充分考虑到推荐图结构上各种行为间的相互影响。在经典数据集上做了全方位实验验证模型有效性,在电商推荐数据上取得了很好效果。
