This paper introduces a rigid-flexible coupling wearable exoskeleton robot for lower limb,which is designed in light of gait biomechanics and beneficial for low limb movement disorders by implementing gait *** rationality of the proposed mechanism is shown with the implementation of the dynamic simulation through MSC *** the purposes of lightweight,the exoskeleton mechanism is optimized through finite element *** can be concluded from performance evaluation experiment,the mechanism has certain advantages over existing exoskeleton robots,namely,comfortable,lightweight,low cost,which can be utilized for rehabilitation training in medical institutions or as a daily-walking ancillary equipment for patients.

Aim: To evaluate the joint action of phoxim and fenvalerate on the reproductive function in male Sprague-Dawley rats. Methods: The 2×2 factorial analysis experiment was used in the study. The pesticides were orally given at daily doses of phoxim (Pho) 8.2 nig/kg, fenvalerate (Fen) 3.3 mg/kg and Pho 8.2+Fen 3,3 mg/kg (Pho:Fen = 5:2), 5 days a week for 60 days. Sperm motility was measured with computer-assisted sperm motility analysis (CASA) and daily sperm production estimated. Immunoenzymatic method and electron microscopy were used to evaluate the serum testosterone and the testicular morphology, respectively. Results: There were significant decreases in sperm motility parameters in the treated animals, including straight line velocity (VSL), beat cross frequency (BCF), linearity (liN) and straightness (STR). After treated with Fen, significant decreases in VSL, liN and STR were demonstrated. Significant decreases of daily sperm production were seen in animals treated with Pho and Pho+Fen in comparison with the controls. Serum testosterone levels were not significantly changed in the treated groups. Factorial ANOVA showed that no significant interactions were noted between Pho and Fen in sperm motility, sperm production and serum testosterone. Both the single and mixed pesticides caused various degrees of testicular lesions, involving vacuolation of endoplasmic reticulum and necrosis of Sertoli cells. Conclusion: The pesticides may cause sperm motility changes and testicular lesions in male rats. The action of Pho and Fen may be additive.

CSFL caused by spinal dural defect is a common complication of spinal surgery,which need repair such as suture or ***,low intracranial pressure symptoms,wound infection and prolonged hospital associated with pin-hole leakage or loose seal effect were often occurred after surgical suture or sealants ***,pressure resistance and high viscosity spinal dural repair patch in wet environment without suture or sealants was highly ***,a bioactive patch composed of alginate and polyacrylamide hydrogel matrix cross-linked by calcium ions,and chitosan adhesive was *** fabricated patch exhibits the capabilities of promoting defect closure and good tight seal ability with the bursting pressure is more than 790 mm H2O in wet *** addition,the chitosan adhesive layer of the patch could inhibit the growth of bacterial in vitro,which is meaningful for the postoperative ***,the patch also significantly reduced the expression of GFAP,IBA-1,MBP,TNF-α,and COX-2 in early postoperative period in vivo study,exerting the effects of anti-inflammatory,analgesic and adhesion ***,the bioactive patch expected to be applied in spinal dural repair with the good properties of withstanding high pressure,promoting defect closure and inhibiting postoperative infection.

Long-term nonunion of bone defects has always been a major problem in orthopedic *** bone graft materials such as Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)/β-tricalcium phosphate(PLGA/β-TCP)scaffolds are expected to solve this problem due to their suitable degradation rate and good ***,insufficient mechanical properties,lack of osteoinductivity and infections after implanted limit its large-scale clinical ***,we proposed a novel bone repair bioscaffold by adding zinc submicron particles to PLGA/β-TCP using low temperature rapid prototyping 3D printing *** first screened the scaffolds with 1 wt%Zn that had good biocompatibility and could stably release a safe dose of zinc ions within 16 weeks to ensure long-term *** designed,the scaffold had a multi-level porous structure of biomimetic cancellous bone,and the Young’s modulus(63.41±1.89 MPa)and compressive strength(2.887±0.025 MPa)of the scaffold were close to those of cancellous *** addition,after a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments,the scaffolds proved to have no adverse effects on the viability of BMSCs and promoted their adhesion and osteogenic differentiation,as well as exhibiting higher osteogenic and anti-inflammatory properties than PLGA/β-TCP scaffold without zinc *** also found that this osteogenic and anti-inflammatory effect might be related to Wnt/β-catenin,P38 MAPK and NFkB *** study lay a foundation for the follow-up study of bone regeneration mechanism of Zn-containing *** envision that this scaffold may become a new strategy for clinical treatment of bone defects.

Objective This study was designed to examine the in vitro effects of fenvalerate on steroid production and steroidogenic enzymes mRNA expression level in rat granulosa cells. Methods Using primary cultured rat granulosa cells (rGCs) as model, fenvalerate of various concentrations (0, 1, 5, 25, 125, 625 μmol/L) was added to the medium for 24 h. In some cases, optimal concentrations of 22(R)-hydroxycholesterol (25 μmol/L), Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH, 2 mg/L), or 8-Bromo-cAMP (1 mmol/L) were provided. Concentrations of 17β-estradiol(E2) and progesterone (P4) in the medium from the same culture wells were measured by RIA and the steroidogenic enzyme mRNA level was quantified by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results Fenvalerate decreased both P4 and E2 production in a dose-dependent manner while it could significantly stimulate rGCs proliferation. This inhibition was stronger in the presence of FSH. Furthermore, it could not be reversed by 22(R)-hydroxycholesterol or 8-Bromo-cAMP. RT-PCR revealed that fenvalerate had no significant effect on 3β-HSD, but could increase the P450scc mRNA level. In addition, 17β-HSD mRNA level was dramatically reduced with the increase of fenvalerate dose after 24 h treatment. Conclusion Fenvalerate inhibits both P4 and E2 production in rGCs. These results support the view that fenvalerate is considered as a kind of endocrine-disrupting chemicals. The mechanism of its disruption may involve the effects on steroidogenesis signaling cascades and/or steroidogenic enzyme’s activity.

A process to fabricate a kind of novel micro-nano scaled TiO2 /CuS composite fibers by electrospinning technique and chemical precipitation method was developed in the present *** microstructures and photoelectronic properties of the fibers were characterized using SEM,FT-IR,UV-vis and fluorescence *** results revealed that the TiO2 portion in the composite fibers was a mixture rutile and anatase phases while TiO2 and CuS had been fully *** fibers had smooth surface with a diameter of 50-300 *** with pure TiO2 fiber,the TiO2 /CuS micro-nano-scaled composite fibers exhibited a strong absorption in the visible light region and the efficiency of photo-induced charge separation were *** composite system is of widely potential applications in the areas such as solar cells,supercapacity,photocatalysis,etc.

Antioxidative activities of the aqueous extracts of Puerariae and Notoginseng

In view of the problem that the current electromagnetic environment platform is not able to provide the real signal source for electronic reconnaissance, in this paper the complex electromagnetic environment faced by modern warfare is analyzed, and design the electromagnetic environment platform which can provide an approximate real environment for cognitive reconnaissance. Based on the signal feature modeling and the calculation of the feature parameters, the platform can obtain the approximate radar pulse data, and through the data fusion and coding, can get the approximate battlefield electromagnetic environment data, and show the data through the chart. The data can be more effectively applied to the process of modern radar reconnaissance signal processing, and provide a more realistic platform for the modern war in the cognitive reconnaissance. Experiments show that the generated data has the better similarity as the real battlefield data, and can provide the data source for the signal processing.
