The existing abstractive text summarisation models only consider the word sequence correlations between the source document and the reference summary,and the summary generated by models lacks the cover of the subject of source document due to models'small perspective.In order to make up these disadvantages,a multi‐domain attention pointer(MDA‐Pointer)abstractive summarisation model is proposed in this work.First,the model uses bidirectional long short‐term memory to encode,respectively,the word and sentence sequence of source document for obtaining the semantic representations at word and sentence level.Furthermore,the multi‐domain attention mechanism between the semantic representations and the summary word is established,and the proposed model can generate summary words under the proposed attention mechanism based on the words and sen-tences.Then,the words are extracted from the vocabulary or the original word sequences through the pointer network to form the summary,and the coverage mechanism is introduced,respectively,into word and sentence level to reduce the redundancy of sum-mary content.Finally,experiment validation is conducted on CNN/Daily Mail dataset.ROUGE evaluation indexes of the model without and with the coverage mechanism are improved respectively,and the results verify the validation of model proposed by this paper.

Spatial Pattern and Development of Protected Areas in the North-south Transitional Zone of China

The north-south transitional zone in China mainly consists of the Qinling-Daba Mountains. It is the most important West-East geo-ecological space in China, containing protected areas vital for biodiversity conservation and ecological security of China. The protection and rational development of its natural habitat is of great significance to China’s ecological security and integration of protected areas based on mountain forest ecosystems on a global scale. In this study, five important types of protected areas in the transitional zone were selected, and their spatial patterns were analysed. Spatial analysis methods, such as kernel density estimation and accessibility analysis, were employed for both point and areal data, and focused on four aspects: land use scale, shift in the centre of gravity, spatial agglomeration, and accessibility. In addition, policy background and evolution of spatial and temporal characteristics of the protected area system in the transitional zone from 1963 to 2017 were also examined. We analysed the characteristics and geographical significance of the West-east corridor using the spatial pattern of the protected area system from the perspective of ecological and economic spaces. We focused on spatial shape, type intersection, and key areas to analyse the spatial overlap of the protected areas. Protected area establishment was divided into three stages: initial(1956–1980), rapid development(1981–2013), and national park transformation(2014–present). These stages reflected the change in the concept of ‘simple protection—sustainable use—integration and upgrade’ for protected areas of China. The spatial centre of gravity of the protection zone system was located in the west Qinling-Daba Mountains, and its high-density core exhibited a relatively stable N-shaped structure composed of four gathering areas. Excessive cardiac fibrosis impairs cardiac repair after myocardial infarction(MI).In this work,an in-jectable composite hydrogel integrating natural biomaterials,exosomes,and bioactive molecules is de-veloped to prevent or alleviate cardiac fibrosis.Curcumin,a natural molecule with antifibrotic activity,is encapsulated in the exosomes that are isolated from bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells to enhance its water solubility and bioavailability.These composite exosomes are efficiently internalised by fibroblasts and effectively inhibit their transition to myofibroblasts in vitro.Decellularized porcine cardiac extracellular matrix(dECM)hydrogel is used as the carrier for delivering these composite exosomes to the infarcted myocardium,not only improving the retention of exosomes but also providing mechani-cal support and structural protection.Injection of this hydrogel into the infarcted heart of a mouse MI model leads to a decrease in collagen deposition,alleviation of fibrosis,a reduction in infarct size,and an improvement in cardiac function.The reported composite hydrogel comprising natural materials and biomolecules exhibits good biocompatibility and bioactivity.Altogether,this study demonstrates that the dECM hydrogel is a suitable platform for the local delivery of antifibrotic biomolecule-encapsulating exo-somes to prevent myocardial fibrosis after MI and have great potential for the treatment of MI in clinical settings.

Adenosine triphosphate plays a crucial role in regulation of many biological pathways and has been used as an indicator for many diseases.In this pape r,based on the fact that β-cyclodextrin polymer(polyβ-CD)could significantly enhance pyrene fluorescence through supramolecular assembly(host-gest interaction),a sensitive and facile method for adenosine triphosphate detection has been developed.A 3’-pyrene-labelled ATP-binding aptamer was employed as the fluorescence probe,which could be digested by exonuclease I to obtain mononucleotides,with pyrene attached on.The pyrene attached on mononucleotides could easily enter the hydrophobic cavity of polyβ-CD,accompanied with prominent fluo rescence enhancement.While ATP was introduced,ATP and its aptamer could combine together and the obtained hairpin complex could not be cleaved by exonuclease Ⅰ,The pyrene labelled on the probe could not enter the cavity of polyβ-CD belong to the complex’steric hindrance,accompanied with the weak pyrene’fluorescence.So we could quantify the concentration of adenosine triphosphate facilely by measuring the fluorescence intensity of the system.The detection limit of this method for adenosine triphosphate was 11 μmol/L(S/N=3),The developed method showed sufficient selectivity and could successfully assay adenosine triphosphate in biological samples.The developed method provides a potential platform for biological micromoles assay.

Bacterial biofilms,especially those caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria,have emerged as one of the greatest dangers to global public health.The acceleration of antimicrobial resistance to conventional an-tibiotics and the severe lack of new drugs necessitates the development of novel agents for biofilm eradication.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a promising non-antibiotic method for treating bacterial infections.However,its application in biofilm eradication is hampered by the hypoxic microenvironment of biofilms and the physical protection of extracellular polymeric substances.In this study,we develop a composite nanoplatform with oxygen(O_(2))self-supplying and heat-sensitizing capabilities to improve the PDT efficacy against biofilms.CaO_(2)/ICG@PDA nanoparticles(CIP NPs)are fabricated by combining calcium peroxide(CaO_(2))with the photosensitizer indocyanine green(ICG)via electrostatic interactions,followed by coating with polydopamine(PDA).The CIP NPs can gradually generate O_(2)in response to the acidic microenvironment of the biofilm,thereby alleviating its hypoxic state.Under near-infrared(NIR)irradiation,the nanoplatform converts O_(2)into a significant amount of singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))and heat to eradicate biofilm.The generated heat enhances the release of O_(2),accelerates the generation of^(1)O_(2)in PDT,increases cell membrane permeability,and increases bacterial sensitivity to^(1)O_(2).This nanoplatform significantly improves the efficacy of PDT in eradicating biofilm-dwelling bacteria without fostering drug resistance.Experiments on biofilm eradication demonstrate that this nanoplatform can eradicate over 99.9999%of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)biofilms under 5-min NIR irradiation.Notably,these integrated advantages enable the system to promote the healing of MRSA biofilm-infected wounds with negligible toxicity in vivo,indicating great promise for overcoming the obstacles associated with bacterial biofilm eradication.

The issue of China＇s energy supply security is not only the key problem which af- fects China＇s rapid and sustainable development in the 21st century, but also the one which international attention focuses on. Based on the notable characteristic of spatial imbalance between energy production and consumption in China, this paper takes the evolution of China＇s primary energy resources development（excluding hydropower） from 1949 to 2007 as the study object, with the aim to sum up the evolutive characteristics and laws of China＇s energy resources development in the past nearly 60 years. Then, based on comprehensive considerations of coal＇s, oil＇s and natural gas＇s basic reserves, qualities, geological conditions production status, and ecological service function of every province, this paper adopts development potential index （DP）to evaluate the development potential of every province＇s en- ergy resources, and divide them into different ranks. Conclusions are drawn as follows：（1） Generally speaking, China＇s gross energy production was increasing in waves from 1949 to 2007. From the viewpoint of spatial patterns, China＇s energy resources development has shown a characteristic of ＂concentrating to the north and central areas, and evolving from linear-shaped to ＂T-shaped＂ pattern gradually since 1949. （2） The structure evolution of China＇s energy resources development in general has shown a trend of ＂coal proportion is dominant but decreasing, while oil and gas proportions are increasing＂ since 1949. （3） At the provincial scale, China＇s energy resources development potential could be divided into large, sub-large, general and small ranks, four in all. In the future, the spatial pattern of China＇s energy production will evolve from ＂T-shaped＂ to ＂R-shaped pattern＂. These conclusions will help to clarify the temporal and spatial characteristics and laws of China＇s energy resources development, and will be beneficial for China to design scientific and rational energy development strategies and plans, coordinate spatial im

In this study, the joint effects of Cd(Ⅱ), Pb(Ⅱ) and atrazine (ATR) on Solidago Canadensis L. were investigated. The results showed that soil containing Cd, Pb and ATR could inhibit root elongation of Solidago Canadensis L., and that there was a positive linear relationship between the inhibitory rate of root elongation and the concentrations of Pb(Ⅱ). The mixture of Cd(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ)-ATR in soil showed a significant adverse effect on root and shoot biomass of Solidago Canadensis L. Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) contents increased slightly at the lower concentrations of Cd(Ⅱ)-ATR, then decreased when Cd(Ⅱ)-ATR concentrations were higher than those of 1.0 TUmix(Cd+ATR). The toxic effect of Pb(Ⅱ)-ATR on the ASA contents of Solidago Canadensis L. was greater than that of Cd(Ⅱ)-ATR. Soluble sugar contents firstly decreased and then increased with increasing concentrations of Cd(Ⅱ)-ATR and displayed fluctuation with increasing concentrations of Pb(Ⅱ)-ATR. Total protein contents in-creased with increasing concentrations of Cd(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ)-ATR , relative to the control sample. The NP-SH con-tents showed a significant increase up to 12.2 mg/gfw of Cd(Ⅱ)-ATR, followed by a significant decline to 4.5 mg/gfw after 14 days of exposure. The effect of Pb(Ⅱ)-ATR was similar to that of Cd(Ⅱ)-ATR but the amount of NP-SH was not higher than that of Cd(Ⅱ)-ATR.

Myocardial infarction(MI)is one of the typical cardiovascular diseases,which persist as the leading cause of death globally.Due to the poor regenerative capability of endogenous cardiomyocytes(CMs),the transplantation of exogenous CMs becomes a promising option for MI treatment.However,the low retention and survival of transplanted cells still limit the clinical translation of cell therapy.Herein,an alginate/fibrin-based injectable hydrogel was prepared for the delivery of neonatal CMs and an angiogen-esis agent vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)locally to the infarcted area of the heart.This hydro-gel combined the specific advantages of alginate and fibrin with proper mechanical properties and cell affinity,showing good biocompatibility to support the retention and integration of the transplanted CMs to the host myocardium.Moreover,the delivered VEGF was favorable for the blood recovery to mitigate the ischemic microenvironment of the infarcted area and thus improved the survival of the transplanted CMs.Intramyocardial injection of this hydrogel to the infarcted area of the heart promoted angiogenesis,inhibited fibrosis,and improved cardiac function,exhibiting great potential for MI treatment.

Identification of differential metabolites in liquid diet fermented with Bacillus subtilis using gas chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry

Growth and health responses of pigs fed fermented liquid diet are not always consistent and causes for this issue are still not very clear. Metabolites produced at different fermentation time points should be one of the most important contributors. However, currently no literatures about differential metabolites of fermented liquid diet are reported. The aim of this experiment was to explore the difference of metabolites in a fermented liquid diet between different fermentation time intervals. A total of eighteen samples that collected from Bacillus subtilis fermented liquid diet on days 7, 21 and 35 respectively were used for the identification of metabolites by gas chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry(GCTOF-MS). Fifteen differential metabolites including melibiose, sortitol, ribose, cellobiose, maltotriose,sorbose, iso maltose, maltose, fructose, D-glycerol-1-phosphate, 4-aminobutyric acid, beta-alanine, tyrosine, pyruvic acid and pantothenic acid were identified between 7-d samples and 21-d samples. The relative level of melibiose, ribose, maltotriose, D-glycerol-1-phosphate, tyrosine and pyruvic acid in samples collected on day 21 was significantly higher than that in samples collected on day 7(P luding ribose, sorbose, galactinol, cellobiose, pyruvic acid,galactonic acid, pantothenic acid and guanosine were found between 21-d samples and 35-d samples.Samples collected on day 35 had a higher relative level of ribose than that in samples collected on day 21(P lusion, many differential metabolites which have important effects on the growth and health of pigs are identified and findings contribute to explain the difference in feeding response of fermented liquid diet.
