In this paper,nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots(N-GQDs)were combined with gadolinium ions(Gd^(3+))by a surface modification to obtain magneto-optical dual-functional N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)*** morphology of obtained composite was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** and magnetic properties were measured by a fluorescence spectrophotometer and a vibrating sample magnetometer,*** indicate that well-dispersed spherical N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)nanoparticles have an average diameter of 7 nm.N-doping significantly increases the luminesce nce of particles with an optimal luminescence intensity at 20℃and pH=9.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicate that the N-doping introduces pyrrolic N as an electron donor,enhancing fluorescence by increasing the surface electron cloud density of *** addition,density functional theory calculation results reveal that N-doping reduces the band gap of NGQDs/Gd^(3+),enabling electronic transitions to higher energy levels and generating more activation sites,thereby enhancing *** to N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)prepared at 20℃,the saturated magnetization of particles prepared at 40℃is 0.85 emu/g,indicating a better magnetic *** above results suggest that bifunctional nanomaterials N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)with excellent optical properties and magnetism can be better used for fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging.

SNF1.related protein kinase 2(SnRK2)family members are essential components of the plant abscisic acid(ABA)signaling pathway initiated by osmotic stress and triggering a drought stress *** study characterized the molecular properties of TaSnRK2.4 and its function in mediating adaptation to drought in Triticum *** of TaSnRK2.4 were upregulated upon drought and ABA signaling and associated with drought-and ABA-responsive cis-elements ABRE and DRE,and MYB and MYC binding sites in the promoter as indicated by reporter GUS protein staining and activity driven by truncations of the *** two-hybrid,BiFC,and Co-IP assays indicated that TaSnRK2.4 protein interacts with TaPP2C01.and an ABF transcription factor(TF)*** results suggested that TaSnRK2.4 forms a functional TaPP2C01.TaSnRK2.4-TaABF2 module with its upstream and downstream *** analysis revealed that TaSnRK2.4 and TaABF2 positively regulate drought tolerance whereas TaPP2C01.acts negatively by modulating stomatal movement,osmotic adjustment,reactive oxygen species(ROS)homeostasis,and root *** analysis,yeast one-hybrid,and transcriptional activation assays indicated that several osmotic stress-responsive genes,including TaSLAC1.4,TaP5CS3,TaSOD5,TaCAT1.and TaPIN4,are regulated by *** analysis verified their functions in positively regulating stomatal movement(TaSLAC1.4),proline accumulation(TaP5CS3),SOD activity(TaSOD5),CAT activity(TaCAT1.,and root morphology(TaPIN4).There were high correlations between plant biomass and yield with module transcripts in a wheat variety panel cultivated under drought conditions in the *** findings provide insights into understanding plant drought response underlying the SnRK2 signaling pathway in common wheat.

Obeticholic acid(OCA),a farnesoid X receptor(FXR)agonist with favorable effects on fatty and glucose metabolism,has been considered the leading candidate drug for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)***,its limited effectiveness in resolving liver fibrosis and lipotoxicity-induced cell death remains a major ***,a newly recognized form of cell death characterized by uncontrolled lipid peroxidation,is involved in the progression of *** oxide(NO)is a versatile biological molecule that can degrade extracellular *** this study,we developed a PEGylated thiolated hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSN)loaded with OCA,as well as a ferroptosis inhibitor liproxsatin-1.and a NO donor S-nitrosothiol(ONL@MSN).Biochemical analyses,histology,multiplexed flow cytometry,bulk-tissue RNA sequencing,and fecal 1.S ribosomal RNA sequencing were utilized to evaluate the effects of the combined nanoparticle(ONL@MSN)in a mouse NASH *** with the OCA-loaded nanoparticles(O@MSN),ONL@MSN not only protected against hepatic steatosis but also greatly ameliorated fibrosis and ***@MSN also displayed enhanced therapeutic actions on the maintenance of intrahepatic macrophages/monocytes homeostasis,inhibition of immune response/lipid peroxidation,and correction of microbiota *** findings present a promising synergistic nanotherapeutic strategy for the treatment of NASH by simultaneously targeting FXR,ferroptosis,and fibrosis.

[目的]为了减少因个人主观因素而产生的分析偏差,提高可靠性分析活动输出结果的可信程度,采用FMECA(故障模式、影响及危害性分析)分析法分析城市轨道交通车辆系统的可靠性。[方法]介绍了FMECA分析法的内涵及其基本流程,以及故障模式下部件可靠性危害度计算方法和危害度分析步骤。采用该方法实例分析了上海轨道交通1.号线车辆各部件的风险等级,并以此为基础优化了检修周期。[结果及结论]通过识别,有针对性地检查高危害度部件,适当延长低危害度部件的检修周期,再结合一些轨旁和在线检测设备,能够降低企业的用工成本。在目前车辆可靠性未有明显变化的前提下,相较于传统检修规程,新检修规程下每列列车人工检修工时下降超过1.%。

Exclusive responsiveness to ultraviolet light (~3.2 eV) and high photogenerated charge recombination rate are the two primary drawbacks of pure TiO_(2). We combined N-doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs), morphology regulation, and heterojunction construction strategies to synthesize N-GQD/N-doped TiO_(2)/P-doped porous hollow g-C_(3)N_(4) nanotube (PCN) composite photocatalysts (denoted as G-TPCN). The optimal sample (G-TPCN doped with 0.1.t% N-GQD, denoted as 0.1. G-TPCN) exhibits significantly enhanced photoabsorption, which is attributed to the change in bandgap caused by elemental doping (P and N), the improved light-harvesting resulting from the tube structure, and the upconversion effect of N-GQDs. In addition, the internal charge separation and transfer capability of0.1. G-TPCN are dramatically boosted, and its carrier concentration is 3.7, 2.3, and 1.9 times that of N-TiO_(2), PCN, and N-TiO_(2)/PCN(TPCN-1., respectively. This phenomenon is attributed to the formation of Z-scheme heterojunction between N-TiO_(2) and PCNs, the excellent electron conduction ability of N-GQDs, and the short transfer distance caused by the porous nanotube structure. Compared with those of N-TiO_(2), PCNs, and TPCN-1. the H2 production activity of 0.1.G-TPCN under visible light is enhanced by 1..4, 2.3, and 1.4times, respectively, and its ciprofloxacin (CIP) degradation rate is increased by 7.9, 5.7, and 2.9 times, respectively. The optimized performance benefits from excellent photoresponsiveness and improved carrier separation and migration efficiencies. Finally, the photocatalytic mechanism of 0.1. G-TPCN and five possible degradation pathways of CIP are proposed. This study clarifies the mechanism of multiple modification strategies to synergistically improve the photocatalytic performance of 0.1. G-TPCN and provides a potential strategy for rationally designing novel photocatalysts for environmental remediation and solar energy conversion.
