Correlation and Pathway Analysis of the Carbon,Nitrogen,and Phosphorus in Soil-Microorganism-Plant with Main Quality Components of Tea(Camellia sinensis)

The contents of carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)in soil-microorganisms-plant signiﬁcantly affect tea quality by altering the main quality components of tea,such as tea polyphenols,amino acids,and ***,few studies have quantiﬁed the effects of these factors on the main quality components of *** study aimed to explore the interactions of C,N,and P in soil-microorganisms-plants and the effects of these factors on the main quality components of tea by using the path analysis *** results indicated that(1)The contents of C,N,and P in soil,microorganisms,and tea plants were highly correlated and collinear,and showed signiﬁcant correlations with the main quality components of tea.(2)Optimal regression equations were established to esti-mate tea polyphenol,amino acid,catechin,caffeine,and water extract content based on C,N,and P contents in soil,microorganisms,and tea plants(R^(2)=0.923,0.726,0.954.0.84.,and 0.883,respectively).(3)Pathway analysis showed that microbial biomass phosphorus(MBP),root phosphorus,branch nitrogen,and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)were the largest direct impact factors on tea polyphenol,catechin,water extracts,amino acid,and caffeine content,*** carbon,root phosphorus,and leaf nitrogen were the largest indirect impact factors on tea polyphenol,catechin,and water extract content,*** carbon indirectly affected tea polyphenol content mainly by altering MBP *** phosphorus indirectly affected catechin content mainly by altering soil organic carbon *** nitrogen indirectly affected water extract content mainly by altering branch nitrogen *** research results provide the scientiﬁc basis for reasonable fertilization in tea gardens and tea quality improvement.

A widely targeted metabolite modificomics strategy for modified metabolites identification in tomato

The structural and functional diversity of plant metabolites is largely created via chemical modification of a basic ***,metabolite modifications in plants have still not been thoroughly investigated by metabolomics *** this study,a widely targeted metabolite modificomics(WTMM)strategy was developed based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-linear ion trap(UHPLC-Q-Trap)and UHPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap(UHPLC-QE-Orbitrap),which greatly improved the detection sensitivity and the efficiency of identification of modified metabolites.A metabolite modificomics study was carried out using tomato as a model,and over 34.000 signals with MS2 information were obtained from approximately 232 neutral loss *** metabolite profiling was also performed by utilizing high-resolution mass spectrometry data to annotate a total of 2,118 metabolites with 125 modification types;of these,165 modified metabolites were identified in this ***,the WTMM database was used to assess diseased tomato tissues and 29 biomarkers were *** summary,the WTMM strategy is not only capable of large-scale detection and quantitative analysis of plant-modified metabolites in plants,but also can be used for plant biomarker development.

Minimally invasive surgery is a kind of surgical operation,which is performed by using professional surgical instruments and equipment to inactivate,resect,repair or reconstruct the pathological changes,deformities and wounds in human body through micro-trauma or micro-approach,in order to achieve the goal of treatment,its surgical effect is equivalent to the traditional open surgery,while avoiding the morbidity of conventional surgical *** addition,it also has the advantages of less trauma,less blood loss during operation,less psychological burden and quick recovery on patients,and these minimally invasive techniques provide unique value for the examination and treatment of gastric cancer *** minimally invasive surgical techniques have developed rapidly and offer numerous options for the treatment of early gastric cancer(EGC):endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),underwater EMR(UEMR),endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD),endoscopic full-thickness resection(EFTR),endoscopic submu-cosal excavation(ESE),submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection,laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery(LECS);Among them,EMR,EFTR and LECS technologies have a wide range of applications and different modific-ations have been derived from their respective surgical operations,such as band-assisted EMR(BA-EMR),conven-tional EMR(CEMR),over-the-scope clip-assisted EFTR,no-touch EFTR,the inverted LECS,closed LECS,and so *** new and improved minimally invasive surgeries are more precise,specific and effective in treating different types of EGC.

Predictive factors for percutaneous nephrolithotomy bleeding risks

Objective:This study aimed to identify predictive factors for percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)bleeding *** better risk stratification,bleeding in high-risk patient can be anticipated and facilitates early ***:A prospective observational study of PCNL performed at our institution was *** adults with radio-opaque renal stones planned for PCNL were included except those with coagulopathy,planned for additional *** including gender,co-morbidities,body mass index,stone burden,puncture site,tract dilatation size,operative position,surgeon's seniority,and operative duration were studied using stepwise multivariate regression analysis to identify the predictive factors associated with higher estimated hemoglobin(Hb)***:Overall,4.86%patients(n=7)received packed cells *** mean estimated Hb deficiency was 1.3(range 0-6.5)g/dL and the median was 1.0 g/*** multivariate regression analysis revealed that absence of hypertension(p=0.024.,puncture site(p=0.027),and operative duration(p=0.023)were significantly associated with higher estimated Hb ***,the effect sizes are rather small with partial eta-squared of 0.037,0.066,and 0.038,*** power obtained was 0.621,0.722,and 0.625,*** factors studied did not correlate with Hb ***:Hypertension,puncture site,and operative duration have significant impact on estimated Hb deficiency during ***,the effect size is rather small despite adequate study power ***,operative position(supine or prone),puncture number,or tract dilatation size did not correlate with Hb *** mainstay of reducing bleeding in PCNL is still meticulous operative *** study findings also suggest that PCNL can be safely done by urology trainees under supervision in suitably selected patient,without increasing risk of bleeding.

BACKGROUND Bladder cancer is a type of cancer with a high incidence in *** electrosurgery(PES)is often used in the treatment of bladder *** complications often cause depression and anxiety in patients after *** To investigate the current state of depression and anxiety after PES in patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer and analyze the factors affecting *** A retrospective study was conducted to compare the baseline data of patients by collecting their medical history and grouping them according to their mental status into negative and normal *** regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors affecting the occurrence of anxiety and depression after surgery in patients with bladder *** Comparative analyses of baseline differences showed that the patients in the negative and normal groups differed in terms of their first surgery,economic status,educational level,and marital status.A logistic regression analysis showed that it affected the occurrence of anxiety in patients with bladder cancer,and the results showed that whether the risk factors were whether or not it was the first surgery,monthly income between 3000 and 3000-6000,secondary or junior high school education level,single,divorced,and widowed *** The risk factors affecting the onset of anxiety and depression in bladder cancer patients after PES are the number of surgeries,economic status,level of education,and marital *** study provides a reference for the clinical treatment and prognosis of bladder cancer patients in the future.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a pressing global health concern that is associated with metabolic syndrome and *** the basis of the insights provided by Jiang et al,this editorial presents an exploration of the potential of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)for NAFLD *** have numerous desirable characteristics,including immunomodulation,anti-inflammatory pro-perties,and tissue regeneration promotion,rendering them attractive candidates for NAFLD *** preclinical and early clinical studies have high-lighted the efficacy of MSCs in improving liver function and reducing disease severity in NAFLD ***,MSC heterogeneity,long-term safety concerns,and unoptimized therapeutic protocols remain substantial *** these challenges through standardized protocols and rigorous clinical trials is essential to the safe and successful application of MSCs in NAFLD *** research into MSC mechanisms and therapeutic optimization is required to improve treatments for NAFLD and related liver diseases.

Overseas operations and corporate financial asset allocation

Using data on Chinese listed companies for 2008-2018,we find that firms participating in overseas operations,proxied by overseas subsidiaries,generally have higher financial asset allocations than other *** the micro level,the effects are more pronounced when the parent company faces serious financing constraints,has no overseas returned executives,has a business that is inconsistent with that of its overseas subsidiaries and has overseas subsidiaries that experience *** the macro level,the effects are more pronounced when overseas operations are in OECD and Belt and Road countries,or in areas with higher economic or political risks and greater investment opportu*** asset allocation helps mitigate cash flow fluctuations and operational risks for multinational *** study advances research on the determinants of financial asset allocation and has implications relevant to the Chinese government’s“Go Global”and Belt and Road strategies and its efforts to realize a developed financial sector to service the Chinese economy.
